I was in a hurry, but had a nail in a tire. Kyle, the service manager was awesome. No hassles! Got me in and out in a super fast time. Five stars and a THANK YOU!!!

I went in for an oil change and they told me it was leaking. They made me wait for hours while they ordered the right piece because they couldnt put the old one back on. The next time I took it to a different shop bc Franklin was busy. The shop said the previous person had put on a misthreaded piece and if they removed it, I would have to replace the whole oil pan. I took it back to Franklin and there answer was, we hear that all the time but we can fix it for $800 lying crooks will never touch my car and apparently they do this all the time
