Really neat place. It’s a café/coffee shop vibe that turned into a mellow bar around 6 or 7pm. The mechanic, Quinten, changed my tube and showed me how to do it myself next time. He answered all my noob questions about bike maintenance. Everyone else there was really friendly and encouraged me to join them on rides. The café was delicious but not inexpensive. I payed about $4.50 for a small 16 oz iced mocha and $10 for a pretty big tuna melt sandwich with a little serving of pasta salad. It wasn’t busy, and service was fast. I was there from 3pm-9pm on a Tuesday night and it was quiet enough for me to study with headphones on and a table to myself. Clean seating area and clean bathrooms.

Amazing place if youre a cyclist or just into bikes in general. There are many bikes for sale, a repair shop in the back, and accessories to buy.The food was good and the smoothies were great. The only downsides I see to this place are the confusing dish return situation and parking. Those can be forgiven though since theyre pet friendly.

I was there Sunday July 19, 2020. Both the waiter and cashier were cold, rude and treated me as though I had no business there. I told the cashier I wanted to dine IN and even sat down at the table. The waiter (whom I believe may have been the owner) asked me in a barking tone what was I waiting on. I then had to repeat what I ordered. The waiter left and came back with my order in TAKEOUT bags which he basically threw on the table. When I reminded him that I requested to dine in---he sarcastically asked, So what do you want me to bring you---trays? Unprofessional, rude---not to mention the food was sloppily thrown together and disgusting. Never again!

So I walk in and I ask for the half sandwich and soup combo, which is priced at 8.95. I ask for a grilled cheese and the daily soup. They charge me almost 13 dollars. I pay it without paying much attention. After I pay, I ask why is it 13. The lady working there flatly tells me the grilled cheese is not a sandwich that is part of the combo for 8.95. The sandwich combo by itself would have been 9 bucks. It is a shame I work two blocks away, and I will never go back.

I visited the coffee shop for the second time yesterday 12/21/2020 in the morning hours, met with the same guy who is disrespectful, loud and out of character for a coffee shop. Got my coffee and I took a seat on the first seat available I was the only one in the shop and yelled at not to seat there, the barista could have told me without screaming, after the second rough encounter with same individual left never to go back.

I have been going here for probably two years? I started ordering online and asking that they not use any packaging - I bring my own containers. They just bring out the food on a metal tray and I put it in my tupperware. They have been very accommodating, I think there has been a slight mixup only a couple times with this unusual, special request. They also honored free food from my loyalty card even though they dont use them anymore.Their food is delicious, and I really appreciate their mindfulness and flexibility.

This comment is around bike service. Took two bikes in for general tune ups. First it took over 10 days which was fine. Picked up both bikes and the tires were flat and one with a severe leak that wasn’t fixed properly. Tried to take the bike back in repeatedly to get looked at and the mechanic was never there. Then asked if I could leave my bike there for 10 days due to going out of town and was told that was too long given how many bikes they had piling up. I was surprised because this was exactly the previous wait time. Therefore, left having paid over $200 and still deflating tires. Would not recommend for service.

I liked it here. The crowd is this strange mixture of people who go for the coffee and food and people who actually bike, and for a while it was seriously all guys there except for me, but I actually got a lot of work done here. I went on a Saturday, so maybe things are different on other days, but it was a bit more hangout-y and sit-and-eat-ish as compared to the coffee shops I usually prefer which tend to be much more college students studying-ish. I had a white mocha (appropriately sweet and in a cute, but manly mug), the spokes grilled cheese (fantastic, but oily, and Im lactose intolerant (it was a bad idea)) and a beer (they had excellent draft options and a fantastic happy hour). All in all, a great place, with all the necessary study things (outlets, wifi, food) and also a good place to simply hang out.

ComiCon was in town, which made parking a mess. But after making the trek from my long-lost parking spot -- a spot to which Ive never returned, thus abandoning my car to the urban jungle of Quality Hill -- Spokes was a welcome two-wheeler oasis in a sea of GoT and Star Wars cosplayers. The coffee was fresh and hot, and the Veggie Delight wrap was much needed and delicious nourishment after the long hike. If youre vegan (like me), theyll happily accommodate: the wrap was prepared without cheddar, and without disparagement or disdain. They also have beer, which I contemplated but ultimately passed on. Next time. And the bikes! So many bikes. Inspired, Ill be back on two wheels. If anyone finds a green Subaru Impreza now overgrown with weeds and urban flora in Quality Hill, its yours -- Im getting a bicycle instead.

Delicious! Our group shared and sampled multiple dishes from their charcuterie platter, chicken quesadilla, corn dip, meatloaf melt, strawberry pop tart, and their epic peanut butter Reeses cookie - everything was delicious. I was surprised because usually something leaves you wanting. The only disappointment is that they said the meatloaf melt was a favorite and honestly I felt the charcuterie plate and chicken quesadilla overshadowed it because they were flawless. The spiced nuts (charcuterie) and zesty sauce (quesadillas) elevated the dish to beautiful places. Then we hit dessert.... Holy buckets! That cookie is the cookie equivalent of eating a few spoonfuls of peanut butter with a happy side of chocolate and that strawberry pasty was a happy childhood throwback! The atmosphere was fun without being over bearing and very clean. Thanks for the great first impression- we will be back!
