Cute clothes. super duper pricey.

The inside is completely unfinished. Not in a good way either. Gaps between the glass and concrete near the door allow outside air to pass through freely. On a rack in womens section unpainted drywall attached to what appears to be a scrap 2x4. Then wood screws haphazardly driven through the drywall.

Not as good a selection of stuff there anymore. Not bad, just not for me. Maybe I am getting out of style.

I’ve Had the absolutely worst Experience in the store. Purchase the item from this store and had to return it and was given a gift card that didn’t work. Explained the situation to the store was told to find my Receipt I went and found my receipt and was told their was still nothing that can be done. Called customer service was told I was to talk to the store where the mistake was made. Now I’m out $150 for a store mistake when I have the gift that was given to me and The receipt

Is this location closing or something? I came in to look for a jewellery dish which youd usually find on the lower level...that level was dang near empty! Some of their items had dust on them as if theyd been sitting for awhile. I know the pandemic mightve played a part in the place looking like it did but I think its time for some new merchandise. Not to mention, there were no associates around to help.

I think it’s important to have the dressing rooms available anytime you go into a clothing store. Understandably with COVID-19 I can understand why some clothing stores do have their dressing rooms closed however the urban outfitters website specifically says that the dressing rooms are open. This is my second time wasting 40 minutes to drive to urban outfitters only for them to tell me that their dressing rooms are closed. I tried to call ahead, probably 20 times, with no response before driving there. To my surprise the sales associate told me that the dressing rooms are closed today because they didn’t have enough people working. She also proceeded to tell me that the phones weren’t answered because they were on their lunch break. Oh for 2 hours??? Ok. Maybe have a social media account that posts whether certain services are open or not. Sales associate was lazy and in empathetic. The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that Kelsey is a good worker.

I went there to get my granddaughter a gift card because it is one of her favorite places. I liked the shop. It was unique in the layout and although plenty of choices not overcrowded. Cute clothing. I bought her some body spray and me some too because I liked it so much. Very friendly staff.

I love this place! Clean and easy to find sizes. I was not overwhelmed by employees harassing me about needing help, but they were very readily available and crazy mad friendly and helpful when I did have questions. They looked genuinely happy to be there and to to chat with me.

Haley, Kelsey, and Amanda all worked together to provide me a great shopping experience.

Solid Urban Outfitters, has more stuff than others I have visited and the people that work there were not pretentious even though I am a 26 year old woman shopping at urban outfitters just trying to stay up to date with the trends.

Pretry store, good organization and up to date with new styles. Great if youre looking for a fresh look. Prices are up there but the quality of the clothes makes up for it most of the time. I would like them expanding the mens section though.

Great store. Wonderful selection. Lots of fun items. Staff arent push or intrusive. Very expensive, though. Not somewhere to go and get a gift less than $20.

The people that work at this location are very friendly & helpful. They have a great selection & great deals. I buy some vinyl there & they have exclusives although sometimes its not in stock at the store.

I love the store set-up, however they are lacking on their handicap friendly accessible options. I like the vinyl selection and the printed T-shirts. Staff is nice, and the checkout process is really quick.

They have all the hottest brands as soon as they hit. Similar style to pac sun; more midwest-urban. Prices accurately portray the quality of the clothes. Offer lots of on trend designer beauty products. A great place to form your style! Also a fantastic lingerie/sleep section.

Nothing too special about this store. Just a regular Urban outfitters store. I will say they dont not have a lot of the items listed on their website though.

The store was clean and well organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, it was beautiful inside the store and the Crosley display was just fabulous. Well worth a visit even if you just want to peruse!

Very helpful ask for Dalton are Kane they know the store in an out.We will be going back.6/25/19And its a year later and they still have perfect customer service I called today Kelsi Shay help me with in less than 2 minutes

I love love love urban outfitter its my favorite place to shop.... Yeah its a lil more pricey than your other stores but the clothing and stuff fits me and my personality so well its like someone made a freaking store just for me :)

Love the setup and vibe from this location but I always seem to have bad luck finding stuff I linked in my size. Their home goods and vinyl sections are the best.

Always overpriced. Staff is glassy eyed and not super helpful. I love Urban Outfitters home style, but Im confused as to why they sell clothing that used to be the cheapest stuff you could get at Walmart in the 90s and charge $80 for it.

FUN Country Club Plaza store and stocked with school clothes along with unique items for room and carry.

Wonderfully exquisite place. Waitress Sharon was a total joy and refreshing.

Hi there, I went to the Urban Outfitters in Ward Parkway with my mom and nephew, Ben, about one month ago and Ben found the shirts that he was looking for to work at his job at Panera bread in Kansas City right now! :)

UO sells some interesting stuff, but everything is overpriced, even sale merchandise.

Sizing is very limited. Im not sure what focus groups youre working with, but Im 63, 210 lbs and I dont feel like I have that uncommon a build. Im forced to resort to accessories and shoes, and the last 2 pairs of shoes Ive bought from UO have fallen apart. I want to be a fan, but youre making it difficult.

This is one of the better décor-ed Urbans I have been to in the the country so far.

My sister and I were followed through out the whole store. Same lady kept eye balling us. White lady with short brown hair. Like damn if you’re so worried about stealing stand by the damn door and check receipts. ( I bought a $86 dollar jacket, yesss lady the one you kept staring at us with )

Awesome experience with Urban Outfitters at the Plaza!!! Luke and Lizzy helped me and my 20+ items in the dressing room. Super friendly and didnt seem suspicious of me just because I was a teenage girl. They were helpful without being overbearing and offered their adivce for what to pair what with. Luke suggested low-top white converse with grazing jeans and a striped crop that I had tried on. I already have white converse so of course I had to get the outfit :) Great staff, great vibe, and great sales, too. I will definitely be back to this location when Im in town again. Thanks again, Lizzy and Luke! :)ALSO, the lad ywho rang me up (pixie cute, half long-ish blonde, half shaved brown) helped me find which jeans would suit me best for what I was looking for, and recommended the mane and tail shampoo and conditioner. I ended up getting her recommened jeans and the shampoo. You guys rock.
