I love these guys! All the counters were manned, and the short lines moved briskly. I needed a certain kind of windshield wiper, and as usual, the staff guy (sorry I didnt get your name!) ran out to my car to make sure it fit. They always do this for me. Thank you so much, you are appreciated!

Very helpful and very knowledgeable and good sense of humor and they were very eager to help and I left there with some pretty good advice on what I was doing and I ended up being very helpful very much for help.

I have used NAPA products almost 40 years with only happy results. Quality parts for my heavy duty truck i depend on for my landscaping business.Ive never returned any parts due to quality issues. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great prices.

Never buy a battery from here. There batterys price are on the high end but a 72 month warranty is really nice. But if youre battery freezes it voids all warranty. So in MT we get bellow freezing temperatures. They would not work with me or prorate it out. The guy that was there told me he told 3 other guys the same thing. I called a couple places to check if this is a common practice for warranty. But so far Napa is the only place that has this in the fine print. Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone else.

We love NAPA! When we first started out, roughly 3 1/2 years ago, NAPA was quick to reach out to us and establish a commercial relationship. Sure, they want sales, but Ive never seen that as they only reason. We cant say enough good things about our rep, and the store. Im a little baffled by the organization system for parts. The part I ordered seemed to be on, then off the shelf. I called to check its arrival; Took a while to find the part on the shelf, then it was pulled and had my name on it. When I came to pick it up it seemed that there was no order with my name, in the system or on the shelf. After some searching they found everything I needed. Despite the confusion, the service was friendly and happy to help me with what I needed.

NAPA Auto Parts has been around as long as I can remember even before some of the other auto parts stores came into town I think it tends to have very competitive prices even for what I can find online and is a convenient place to pick up a spare bulb or part that you need for your vehicle I know that my mechanic Kelly Toman in Columbia Falls uses NAPA Auto Parts because theyre very fair in the prices and their products are very good quality

Heads up, do not buy Napas Legend car batteries if you live in a state that has 0 and below temperatures in the winter. I have tried 2 of their Legend Batteries recommended by them, and once the temperature nears 0, they lose their cranking power.

Our family has used Napa for so many years I lost count, we will not shop elsewhere for our parts. Customer service is amazing and staff is knowledgeable. Thank you Napa.

Love Napa Kalispell. Steve Harrop is the best parts guy you’ll find. On the rare occasion I shop somewhere else because Napa doesn’t have what I need in stock, I’m always let down by the clowns behind the counter.

Took forever and got the wrong part......NAPA used to be the ONLY place I would buy auto parts.......my dad managed Courtesy Motor Supply in C. Falls (NAPA of C. Falls) for years!! Same thing happens there now too.Do not know why, but they have gone down hill in a big way........In this day with WAY MORE competition, they should be working harder to get better.Sad really.......

I do quite a bit of business with Napa and some of the other parts stores. They all do fairly well. Napa has some of the most knowledgeable employees in the valley. Often has much more in stock than the other stores.

Good store with friendly staff. Maybe just my experience but I have been shorted on parts in my clutch kit and givin the wrong parts a few times but overall friendly and helpful crew

Napa in kalispell, has all the parts you need for vehicles, including body work and painting. If they dont have it they will do what they can to find it for you, or find out who can get it for you. They will even look things up in their catalog to find the right parts, like on a lot of the older vehicles.

In wet unpleasant weather these people still came outside to help me figure out exactly what I needed and showed me how to install it. For a non-mechanical person such as myself they were kind, generous and gave GREAT advice. I would highly recommend them.
