Hired them. They were not the cheapest. But I thought that they have been in business for years, not a one man job and would probably have insurance. Said he would patch the nail holes and fix the crack before painting in the living room and kitchen The paint that was on the walls was a semi gloss. I wanted to be able to wash them. The paint they used is not washable. He said it was Sherwin Williams but he used the contractor big bucket flat.They showed up with not a full crew and no tools for patching walls like with sand paper. Immediately they said they would be done in 1 1/2 days. Have a check ready for tomorrow because we are leaving at 1 for a funeral. The deal was check upon completion. Rush rush rush. They painted over the cracks and when my husband stopped them on the living room crack. They said we don’t have sand paper or tools. We have to get done because we get paid by the job and we want to finishOur girl who did not come took care of bring the tools. This morning Glenn cancelled the job even though he admitted that it was a three day job. IWe just asked if they could come back after the funeral which was Saturday. We did not cancel we just wanted the sloppiness stopped and to slow them down

Dont hire this company to do floor refinishing. They refinished my stairs and they are all wavy and have marks all over them from the sanderThey look horrible. Used pine quarter round with oak floors. Nothing matches . Set up horses in a bedroom without asking to cut new wood flooring. Didnt get to empty things out of the room. Didnt cover carpet properly with drop cloths saw dust was all over my carpeting. Just brushed things off and said they would clean it up. I asked the guy why he didnt set up on my porch and his answer was and walk up and down the steps. Painted white base board going up stairs without hand sanding rough spots. Painted over fuzz from old carpeting. Asked the guy why he didnt sand first, he said he wasnt told to. This was common sense . Everything was just brushed off. Wanted paid by one of the workers with no receipt. Didnt even know what my bill total was. Main boss didnt come to inspect job until I talked to him on the phone and said I wasnt happy with some things. What a horrible experience.

I hired AAA Quality Painting for interior painter job at my old house to refresh it. It becomes really great, walls are very nice and calm. You are awesome painter!

After reading many good reviews Im sad to say Im disappointed with the quality of professionalism from this company. They really acted as if the job my husband and I requested from them was unimportant, which was an exterior painting of our foundation. It took awhile for them to even come and do the job and we got a few excuses as to why they never showed when they said they would. They forgot their shop vac to clean up the mess of the paint they chipped off leaving a mess in our yard. We have 3 dogs which we didnt want to try to eat the paint. They just picked some up by hand. They were expecting to be paid cash and had no receipt to give stating they would mail us one. They didnt get cash from us! When I called the owner to discuss some things I was unhappy about I got blown off and made to feel I was being a pain to him. I was told to just mow over the chips in the yard.... And it wouldnt hurt the dogs if they ate some. Even if it wouldnt hurt them.... Thats offensive!! Why is it my job to clean the mess?? It shouldnt be. I just feel if they cared about their customers or getting new ones to return they wouldve been more courteous about a few things.
