I bought over 4000 dollars in appliances from here and payed for install they delivered my washer, dryer and dishwasher but did not bring anything to install any of it then they told me that I’d have to wait until my refrigerator gets delivered they left the appliances in the middle of the floor and left my house. They didn’t have the refrigerator that I wanted in stock so I settled on one that I was told was in stock they switched the delivery date on it 3 different times it’s been over a month and they kept putting it off. I ended up having to get the stuff to install my other appliances and do it myself because they were gonna leave me without a functioning washer and dryer for over a month. Home Depot is not getting anymore business from me after this. It’s ridiculous that I spent that much money and had to do half of it myself

I ordered a mini fridge in the Johnstown, PA store. One of the managers worked with me as l ordered it online. I got the fridge today September 5, 2021 Saturday morning.The managers name was Dawn. She was great, friendly, professionLcourteous and just down right nice and treated me as a valuable customer. Thank you Home Depot for a great employee!.

Ordered a kitchen set from this store . They guy in the kitchen dept seemed to know what to do . However , when we got the kitchen we had three different cabinet faces. We decided to return them because they were not correct . We were not able to get a refund because they were a “special order “.even though it’s not what we ordered . They said they would replace the cabinet faces with what we ordered . After waiting 6 weeks to get them , they are incorrect as well . Looks like they mixed three different cabinet series into one . Guess we have to eat the $11,000 and 3 months on this one . Also the lady in this department is rude and dismissive. It’s her way or no way . Use extra caution !!!

Love Home Depot and so does the boyfriend...maybe a little too much. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable and willing to help you out. Impressive service and a good variety of woods and doors and windows and flooring ajd any hardware thought you van have you can more than likelyfind it here.

We ordered a stove back in March theyve had her money since the end of March 2021. We still dont have our stove! There is always an excuse on why they havent been able to deliver it! Will not go to them again!

Very pleasant staff who are always more than helpful. The store is always nice and clean. Everything seems to be pretty much easy to find but I do wish the bathrooms werent all the way at the end.

A cashier informed me that if I get the Home Depot credit card and made a purchase over $600, I would not have to make a payment for 6 months. That was a month ago. Citibank called saying I am late on a payment this morning. I explained what I was told and she told me the employee gave me false information. Thats a pretty big screw up.

Had what we needed at a fair price. Also a good selection to choose from.

DO NOT order anything to be shipped to your home. I did. Stated the delivery would be at the house in a week. It wasn’t. Contacted customer service and got told the tracking number I received was wrong. Their app showed it was out for delivery but fed ex has yet to receive the item. It’s been over two weeks so far and all I have is a shipping label created. Customer service pretty much told me to wait. I was refused a refund and when I filed a dispute they still haven’t replied to that either. Never again will I shop online from Home Depot. Sad thing is. The item is now at the store 10 miles away but since they already have my money; I can’t just go get it.

I just love going to Home Depot for everything!! From indoor to outdoor products.

Great customer service experience

This was well worth the trip from Cumberland MD. We ordered a cabinet online and came to pick it up. Very fast service. Friendly people. Awesome. The cabinet was cheaper her than in Cumberland.

Their curbside process needs fixed. Checked in through the link they sent and waited and waited. Had to download the app and check in again then it finally notified her that we had been waiting.

Typically I would never rate a chain a 5 especially a Wal-Mart, Lowes or Home Depot but this particular Home Depot actually has staff that helps you find things by actually taking you to where it is. Vs other places saying aisle 6 then you go to aisle 6 by yourself and to find its not there at all.

Went in got what I needed & back out !! Unlike Lowes who didnt have what I needed

Do not get this home depot to install any flooring!! Its nightmare to get straight answers and get the installation actually scheduled. They have no problem taking your money but have a problem helping get the job done!!! Stay away unfortunately is my opinion

People dont seems to be friendly in the morning. Normally people are ready to assist you with your needs at Home Depot , and I understand that their are days that you might not be in a good mood but that being said, do your best and leave your problem at home. Remember this, you represent the company that you work for.

Usually go to Lowes. Two things.1. There lumber looks nicer and is cheaper.2. Lowes offer discounts for ALL VETERANS. Home Depot only offer discounts to disabled vets.Shame on you from me .

The first thing I want to point out is how stunning the restrooms are. Staff is friendly and decent outside selection for gardening. Great prices that are usually better than Lowes.

If I could do less than one star, I would. The WORST customer service and the most incompetent people in the carpet department. They made a huge error in our order and were nothing but rude and condescending to us when the error was realized. Three months later, still not resolved! I will never set foot in your store again and will be returning over $800 in merchandise this weekend. Youd think with Lowes across the street, youd try and retain business. Lowes gained a loyal customer today, good riddance Home Depot!

I visited this store this morning and was denied my veterans discount. The young lady would not give it to me because my veterans status was clearly displayed on my drivers license and not on my va identification card. Im from TX and am an essential worker. Working for homeland security. Just completely ridiculous. My state issued id has worked at this store 3 times this week! I dont carry all my veterans info with me all the time, because the state of TX has vetted my info. They have to physically see your department of defense form 214 to legally put the veterans status on your license. Someone needs to school these workers or change your policy. Despicable

We bought a lot too much. My stove didnt get delivered for 7 weeks. Had to cook on the grill. A nd added a toaster oven to the already full counter top. Had some good toasted sandwiches. The salesperson was really nice the day we were in there. He got us a discount. That was 👍

This place is a joke. They make you buy more carpet then needed. So really its not free installation. If my husband didnt ask installer about extra carpet we would of never known how this store works.

Most prices of standard items are more expensive than at the competition. There are a few things that I can only get at Home Depot so I still shop there. I just personally think they could do better on their prices.

Had a mishap with a card setup and purchase and they went out of their way to discuss it with me and make it right in a way that made the most sense for me and them. Very reasonable and the kind of service that gets repeat business. Website search and electronic integration is also very good.

Needs to be better organized. Power tools and accessories were kind of spread out more than neccessary.

Ordered a refrigerator ion in November an still don’t have one in operation. I would not by appliance at Home Depot

I ordered some window well covers online. Got a call from the local store associate saying that they were out of stock and had no idea when he would get them. Offered to sell me similar covers for same price. Went to get them the next day and he was off and no one there knew anything about it. I told him I would be there the following day but he neglected to say he would be off that day🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

I went for a Christmas tree and the guy that came outside to load it for me was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond what I expected.. I usually get the runaround about how they arent allowed to do this or that but he cut and trimmed our tree and then loaded it for me! I will definitely return to Home Depot next year for our Christmas tree.

The worst place ever to buy carpet from. They came in and messed my house up and refused to fix it no lie. Just go to someone who knows what they are doing. Totally worth any extra cost
