Helpful staff. If youve never bought tools at Harbor freight for occasional use youre paying too much elsewhere. Their cheapest Sawsall they sell, at $18 dollars 10 years ago, finally failed me after 10 years and a lot of abuse

Good place to go for some of your hardware needs and also the people there are very friendly and helpful and not very expensive on your different accessory items

Helpful staff and usually have what I need when in a bind for a tool.

I really like this place and as others have mentioned you just need to be careful what you are purchasing and what you expect it to do. With that said I have an issue with the way HF does business. The reps at our local store are great but store policy is store policy. on 12/23/20 my girlfriend purchased a side cabinet as a gift, we certainly did not expect it to come for Christmas but I could have flown to china to get it by now. Ive called the store several times and was told it may be a week or two. I call back same story that its not on the truck and COVID has delayed everything. The part that really irritates me is this is PAID IN FULL upfront. The store clerk stated I could come and get my money back but I want the product I ordered. Anyone else waiting over 2 months for an ordered item???

Good affordable tools

Very helpful staff with reasonable prices on items. Great for consumers who dont want to put a lot of money into a tool they arent going to use much. Havent had any issues with products purchased there.

Friendly, fast and courteous employees. It seems like alot of things are out of stock at the moment, however that would not make me adjust my rating. Im rating based on my experience at the particular store I go to.

Ive never had a bad experience there. The employees are always super helpful and pleasant. The selection is great and the quality and prices are even better.

They have a decent selection of products. I can only say that their products are cheap and youll have to replace them more often. I much prefer quality to quantity.

Very helpful staff. Prices are very low, but they match the low quality tools. You get what you pay for here. Everything will still work, and most hand tools have a lifetime warranty, they just feel cheap in your hand. All in all a great store.

Great place, a handymans/DIYs dream store. The tools are off brand, sure, but for the price you pay you cant beat it! Also, many tools have a lifetime warranties. I recommend checking here before paying top dollar for name brand tools and accessories.

I love shopping at Harbor Freight!! But I ALWAYS have my list and coupons ready before shopping there. They now have lifetime tools by Pittsburgh Steel & SnapOn!! Its definately worth the effort at Harbor Freight to definitely find an excellent deal on all your tools & accessories!! Welding tools and others as well!!

Harbor Frieght tools dont last as long as they use to. Maybe built in the USA but Chinese built tools last longer.

Pricing is great but also poor quality employees are disrespectful. Do not call because they are rude and will say they carry it. The goofy 80s throwback manager never speaks up and when directly spoken to seems the position is honorary.

We found a circular saw, after going to 3 other stores that were all out of stock.

I was unaware that they closed at 7 on Wednesday and at 10 till 7 I was made aware of this by an employee who then followed me around while I was trying to decide what to get (I wasnt browsing either I had a cart full of items) but it made me.extremely uncomfortable and very unwelcome. Returning everything and wont return there.

After the snow and freezing rain that we had recently, I needed to get another chainsaw, my yard looked like a War Zone from all of the broken limbs and branches and I was able to get the exact same one that Walmart was selling, only it cost approximately $40.00 less at Harbor Freight !
