I went to this gas station just a few minutes ago and I wanted help with my fast4ward card cuz me and the cashier couldnt figure it out so they called the quote-unquote manager to help and she basically said screw you laughed at me rolled her eyes and treated me like dirt! I am a decent woman I work hard for my money and I get disrespected like that by someone I dont even know I worked at a roadrunner before thats not how you treat your customers I will never be back to it that Road Runner and probably never Roadrunner again after that experience please for the love of God Drive the extra mile or two to a different gas station so you dont have to deal with these huge manager wants to put you down

I just left the Roadrunner market on State of Franklin is Johnson City. The store manager was very rude to me, for no reason. i notice that this Roadrunner has quite a few one star reviews. In any case, the manager yelled at me, for no reason, and said I was being rude to his boy, which is what he called his adult colleague. I will never go to a Roadrunner market again.

Bathroom was clean. Quick and efficient purchase.

The night shift employee, Alex, recently denied a 70 year old man service, based solely on his appearance. The gentleman simply attempted to purchase a bottle of Propel water, and was told by Alex, that he was not going to sell him the water. The old mans appearance would lead one to possibly think him homeless, but he does in fact on his own home. When I attempted to purchase the water for him, Alex stated that since I was attempting to purchase the water for the old man, that he was not going to make the sale. I told Alex that it wasnt ok to discriminate against someone based on their appearance, but he basically said that he didnt really care. I spoke with the store manager there next morning, but was basically told that Alex had the right to refuse a sale to anyone. When I asked the manager in what grounds the old man was refused service, he refused an answer. I witnessed the entire ordeal, and the old mandid nothing, other than walk straight to the cooler, choose a water, and attempt to pay for it. Alex clearly profiled, and discriminated against this nice old man, for no other reason than his prejudice. It seems as if this behavior is condoned at this store, with absolutely no corrective action taken. One would think that this disgusting type of behavior would not be tolerated at a business, but unfortunately it is. Alex actually bragged to one of my coworkers last night about the incident, saying that he thought it was funny. For management to continue to allow this type of behavior from an employee, shows the type of atmosphere at this location. I experienced, and witnessed the worst customer service if my life at this location, and will make sure that what happened here is posted on every forum and board that I can possibly find, until this issue is addressed.
