This is an exceptionally good store. All employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about everything the store carries. I’ve never went in the store or used the drive through but what anything I needed was gotten for me quickly and without hesitation. I’ve used Cvs for years and wouldn’t change to another pharmacy for anything!

Wife got a covid test on THURSDAY, October 15 and here we are on Tuesday, October 20 with no results. Pretty pathetic a pharmacy hasnt given back the test results and when you call, its automated recordings that do nothing. Fix this mess!

I was speaking on the phone with the pharmacist Shawn. He interrupted every sentence I tried to say. When i politely asked him to please not interrupt me, he became volatile yelling at me and then he hung up the phone. If the pharmacist is this volatile when speaking on the phone with a customer, I would not recommend trusting them with something as important as medicine. I moved my prescriptions to another company. The new company is super professional and cheaper!

Price gouging due to Covid 19. Masks are $2.18 each including tax. Same masks at Home Depot are 69 cents each including tax. This is on the day that mask wearing was mandated. CVS is profiteering in an unconscionable manner.

I have always had my prescriptions filled at Walgreens and upon moving to JC I tried this CVS. The pharmacy staff is rude, slow, and overall extremely unhelpful. There is one gentleman who was kind who gave me a flu shot, but the other interactions I have had were terrible. They were difficult when I brought in my prescriptions, and seemed terribly bothered when I had a change of insurance. I signed up for text alerts for my prescriptions to be automatically filled. At Walgreens they notify when a prescription has been filled a few days before the other one runs out and also when a script has runout of refills. This CVS texts you day of and fails to tell you when you are out of refills until you call. They are overall difficult and short with customers. Customer service is lacking... will be switching to Walgreens across the street.

Emily is extremely rude .. next time make sure the phone is on mute before you decide to speak negatively about a customer .. tell your friend “the tech” she’s raggedy just like you 😂😍😍

Good pharmacy. Pretty big. Ample selection of supplies besides medicine and they even carry ice.

I have been getting scripts filled at cvs for as long as i can remember, but i must say the people that work in the pharmacy at this CVS in Johnson City are the most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with and its not just once in awhile it is every time, I know my scripts arent even a drop out of your pocket but I will no longer be a loyal shopper I will be going across street to Walgreens
