We’ve had this house 2 years. After the first year giant cracks appeared and a door frame separated. I was told it was settling cracks and I had to fight to get them to re-level it. Now after it’s been re-leveled the roof is soft. The walls are leaking. No doors along the seam will shut. There’s mold and cracks along the seams along the ceiling. I’m paying for a house that won’t even last as long as the mortgage.

I purchased a home from here and have had nothing but problems and no one will help me fix them Im getting the runaround and now shes not accepting my calls I have a floor sinking in and my kitchen floor is looking like a ramp. Im not even going to speak of the many other problems Ive had once they get your money they dont know who you are anymore. Im now having to get a state inspector and a lawyer

Jim has been amazing, hes treated us with nothing but kindness and respect. Honestly Im surprised, when reading some other reviews, the way the company representative would reply to dissatisfied customers. I digress, I understand that the economy is more fluctuant than it was 5 years ago but telling customers that the home theyve been invested in and waiting for 6 months is now $20k more isnt the right way to do business. This is NOT my experience but it is an example of what happened to my wife and i this past week and several other customers as well.

My husband & I decided it was time to replace our existing home with a new home for our GOLDEN YEARS and looking all over, we found it. The exact size, floor plan & amenities we wanted were at Quality Mobile Homes. Tommy Riddell & the staff there were so helpful. They worked it out. Tommy (our salesman) was reassuring that it would happen & it did! Our dream home that we can afford. Thanks to all at Quality Mobile Homes.

Once they make the sale, you pretty much on your own. They take forever getting job done, quality went right out the window. To many complaints to say. It would take a week to give details. Building a house is a better deal.

Quality Homes is making my dreams a reality. I have been wanting my own land and home for years since my divorce. Tommy and Katie has been pivotal with this process providing guidance and are well versed. I have recommended Quality Homes to my friends as well. I thank you both.

I came in to look at homes with my husband and disabled father. The woman at the front desk was unprofessional. It was obvious she didnt want to assist me, and was rude when I tried to help myself. I wanted to look at their largest models only, and I asked for floor plans. She told me they werent all on the lot. Ok, completely understandable. Can you tell me which ones are? No. She wanted me to go out and look at each one and then come back in for help. Why would I look at homes that will not fit my needs? That seems like a huge waste of time. When it came time to look at the homes I had chosen, they made NO accommodations for my disabled father, even after the sales woman was informed he was unable to walk the distance to each home, 4 that we had picked out. She did not care. and I am fairly sure they are not up to ADA standards. They lost a sale and I hope they continue to loss sales, especially from the disabled community.

Shows you respect and kindness, went somewhere else but came back, he tells you everything you want to know, I would recommend them any day.

This has been the best experience. I never imagined that I would be a homeowner. I walked in one day just to see what the homes looked like. I met Katie. She took me on a tour of the homes that they had on site. I walked into one of their homes and fell in love with it. She asked a few questions and she seemed to think that I would be able to qualify. I did!!. She answered every question that I had and fought for me when things didnt seem to be working out for me. Tommy was amazing as well. He was available to answer any questions that I had. This company is a family company and once you walk in their door, they treat you like family. I closed today and cant wait to start a new chapter in my new home. Thank you to all the hands that helped start this new chapter in my familys life.

We recently went to quality homes on Normandy after being referred by a coworker of our family. It has been nothing but pleasant since then! We met with both Tommy Riddell and Katie. They both were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about any questions or concerns we had. They helped us get into our first home! Tommy breaks down the houses very well and will not show you something he doesn’t think will fit within your budget (that sucks to get your hopes up to be let down!) We have overall had a great experience so far in our process. I would definitely recommend using this dealer to friends and family.

My husband and I have been searching for our forever home for 2 1/2 years, we have visited almost every Mobile Home Dealer from Jacksonville to Tampa... we were told by a dealer in Lake City that Townhomes LLC would allow us to custom design our floorplan, so thats what we did, sent it over to them and then never got a call back... I called Quality Mobile Homes and spoke with Katie and she immediately got me with a sales rep. After almost a month of that rep quit working for them, my file was transferred to Tommy. My first thought was OMG we have to start all over... Tommy took it and ran with it! He caught some errors from the previous rep (Thank God) he is very knowledgeable on the construction of mobile homes and told us the difference in the lumber packages, we were more than willing to pay the price of the upgrade after finding out how it was going to be built. We made the poor guy go through like 7 different changes... he NEVER showed any irritation(I know if I was him I sure would have lol) alot of the changes (upgrades) we made should have been more money but he honored the price we were given before he took over the file! We are waiting on the bank to do their job so I will update when complete and we are moved in... LONG STORY SHORT...IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR YOUR FOREVER HOME dont drive up and down the state of Florida for 2 1/2 years just go to Quality Mobile homes and get with Tommy and Katie! They WILL make your dreams come true without breaking the bank! AWESOME AWESOME experiences!!!

Tommy was fantastic. He was so patient with me . I changed my mind 3 times and he patiently started the whole process over. He was great at explaining how the whole process work. Anytime there was a problem I called him he was on it. He and Katie were a great team in helping me get what I wanted.

Where to start...If I could rate this place 100 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This place is absolutely amazing! Tommy is one of the most honest people I have come across. I have been through hell and back dealing with another dealership in Palatka for an entire YEAR with little to no communication, no care in the world. I decided to make the move over to Quality Homes 3 weeks ago. In just 3 short weeks, I am getting ready to do my first closing. WHAT?! That shows you how much Tommy and Katie really care about their customers. I get treated like family, I get constant updates and am always in the loop on what is going on. Plus they saved me a ton of $$ compared to what the other dealership wanted to charge me. Not only did I deal with that horrible dealership in Palatka, but because of this virus, my mortgage company decided literally just before I was about to do my closing, to cancel my loan. I called Tommy in tears and he INSTANTLY got me in with another lender with a better rate. All of this has been done within 3 short weeks. This is honestly, the best experience I have ever had and I honestly cannot thank Tommy and Katie enough for their dedication and hardwork on making this happen for me and making it happen fast. If you are in the market for a mobile home, this is the place to go. Thank you Quality Homes for making this happen for myself and my family. This was the best experience ever! Tommy is awesome! Ive been looking at homes for years at every place in Jacksonville, Lake City, Yulee and of course Wayne Frier Macclenny but when I walked into Quality Homes on Normandy Blvd. and met Tommy I knew this was the place I was going to buy a home! I instantly felt like Tommy was like family. Honest, truthful and always their for me. He and Katie made the experience of buying a home fun and easy no matter what hiccup we may have occurred. They make you feel like you are number one and their only customer . I have a 3 year old son who looked forward to going to the office to hang out with his new friends. They treated him like family too and baby sat every time I had to go to the office to get things done. No other manufactured home dealership does that! ZERO STARS IF I COULDLet me start. When we first met Tommy & Wade and we told them what we wanted & what our budget was. They said no problem we can make it work for you. So that your budget meets are met. They said that we could fine tune dimensions or take out higher end products.they were friendly & seemed helpful. We found a modular we wanted & loved. They gave us a bunch of a+b=e & that depending on land it would depend on what was needed. That they didnt have a flat rate for any modular they sold. Because d+c may equal f. That architecture & land was a iffy. They first told us what the price of the base trailer price was & how much it would approximately be to bake it a modular. They wouldnt give any solid numbers. Which if you go to any modular place they will tell you exactly what the price is (having done a lot more shopping around). That land doesnt change the price.It was frustrating so we set up an appointment to get better approximate numbers (giving into the land being this big unanswered numbers game). We got 3 calls over the weekend asking us who we set our appointment up with & who was supposed to be there. What time was it. Giving us major hesitation because they didnt seem to have any clue on what was going on. Mind you the email confirming our appointment had wade, tommy & katie in every email about this appointment. But we showed up ready to put a deposit down hoping everything would get worked out at the appointment. We told them we wanted more of a breakdown on pricing & better approximate numbers. We were told they would have those when we arrived for our appointment. Needless to say we showed up & they didnt have pricing, tommy wasnt at the meeting.If it wasnt for katie trying to help we would have walked out. They told us to go walk the modular we wanted again & they would have #s for us in 15 minutes. We spent at least that looking at colors & a few small changes we wanted to make things cheaper. We get back in the office 45 minutes later & they finally have some numbers. (Which we asked them to have ready for our appointment & not even sure why we had an appointment at this point). We expected maybe a $10,000 maybe higher price from our goal just for wiggle room. The came up almost $80,000 dollars higher. Not even close to what we had discussed and again things were not broken down they lumped it together in these large categories so you couldnt tell where or what the money was going to.We were so frustrated we drove over an hour to this place 3 different times. The first time they were slammed so we only really go to look at the layout. The 2nd time I made sure to make an appointment so it would not be dragged out. That didnt help....our appointment was a waste of all of our times. After we left we went to numerous other places & had better results.We did get an email from them asking for another chance saying they got the manufacturer to drop the price $2,400.00 asking if we could have another sit down to discuss numbers. We said no thanks because they were $80,000 over our budget not $5,000 or $10,000 off. We felt like if we did go back that it wouldnt be truthful on how they got to numbers we wanted seeing they were so far off in dollar amount. Be very careful when dealing with this place. In the end I felt very uncomfortable with how this company operated & how much of your time they will waste. Just overall bad experience I would not recommend this company not even a little bit. Best of luck to anyone who has had dealings with them.I feel like the reviews I saw must have been from family & friends because that was nothing close to the experience we got. They said they would also give us a list of references to talk to & never did. Such a mess.
