Their selection is okay but I never seem to find exactly what I want. Great staff though!

Lil bit pricey but the girl working the place was more then helpful!! Wife tryed on a top an the girl told her that if she needed any kind of help with it she would be way more then willing to help her out with it!! I said I can help her she told me I couldnt go back an help her she would! Thinking thats crazy 6 other customers in the store! Over all fun place!!

It was great, the woman at the counter took me and my gf to the back for an amazing time!

The selection was limited and a bit Over priced. However, the sales associate was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I found what I was looking for. Because of her, I would say I would recommend this place to others.

The woman working was soooo nice lol she helped me spend more $ than my husband wanted me too but after seeing all the fun things I got it was all good lol. But the store has lots of beautiful lingerie, tons of play things and even a little section for the ones that smoke can get things there. Great store

10/10 recommend. I had been to 4 separate stores looking for the right toys and lingerie. I could not find them. The lady at the front caitlyn helped me for over an hour to find the perfect toys lubes and lingerie for my night. She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and even gave me some helpful advise towards the situation I was planning.☺️ She did everything she could to help me find the perfect fitting lingerie, and the toys she helped me pick out LET ME TELLLLLLL YOU, the job has been done at least 75 times in 3 days😂 had my soul coming out of my body. I will 100% be back and will always recommend because of her.

The staff sold me an item that I did not want. I was looking at said item but decided upon something else instead. I said this verbally. I ended up being sold both items and did not realize this until after I had left the store.I returned to the store to see about refunding the item that I did not request and I was told I would have to speak with a manager. I spoke to a manager and she inquired about this to the owners. The owners said that they WOULD NOT refund me for the item. Keep in mind that I had my receipt and that the item was in new condition and still sealed.This really shows that they dont care about their customer base. Is a refund of fairly insignificant value to the owners for a mistake they made too hard to ask for?I dont recommend going here. Markup is pretty high. Youre better off shopping online and saving some $$$.

My girlfriend purchased an outfit from the store located in Jacksonville, Ar. When she bought the outfit she wasnt allowed to try on any of the clothing before buying, they had a display outfit which they claimed to be the same item more a less and size. The display item fit her just right so she decided to purchase the item and asked if there was a return policy and the store attendant said as long as you bring it back within 2 weeks with the receipt and original package you should be fine. After bringing it home and trying it on the outfit she got didnt fit her and wasnt the same style as the one she tried on. After taking it to the store the next day the lady working the front told her we have a no return policy so your stuck with the $130 lingerie you cant wear , we contacted the store manager and she said come back up tomorrow between so and so time. For 2 weeks this lady would leave early and avoid her, telling her theres not much they can do after she herself said it was returnable . After th e two weeks of not being able to contact anyone in the store that could or would do anything I decide to take her up there myself and figure this out. For some reason while I was with her I guess for back up , she is a shy timid person and dosent like confrontation, they said well we I guess we can take just the outfit back without the accessories, even though they were never tried on. Said we couldnt have our money back but they could do instore credit , which was fine. Lol now after all that , after the 2 weeks off trying to get this thing exchanged, the manager looks at her receipt and says oh you only had till yesterday to exchange it 😂Only reason I gave them 3 stars was because the manager did decide to give us partial credit back and I understand this is during a pandemic but jesus tell a person they cant return before they buy anything and put the correct merchandise on display if its being used for fitting purposes .

By the best adult store I have ever been in!!!!!!!!!! They set the bar for customer service quality any business should have they were very polite well organized did not seem to have any problems answering any questions or concerns

As soon as I walked in the door I was bombarded with a rude associate asking for ID instead of a simple good morning. I was so turned off by the greeting that I didnt even take the time to look around.
