Amazing selection, awesome location, and such amazing staff—both ladies greeted me as soon as I walked in, introduced themselves, gave me a tour of the store, and provided me with the most non-judgmental shopping experience that I’ve ever encountered in an adult novelty shop!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Every Product is a overpriced copy of another item, I bought a restraint kit that was one of their preferred vendors and it broke in the first use, cheaply manufactured. You’re better off going to Adam and Eve or insurrections, at least there you can make a purchase and it actually be a quality purchase. Some of the stuff is dusty and looks like it’s been there years. Doesnt help when you overhear that shady stuff goes on in corporate and the internal issues they have just makes me feel uncomfortable buying from this corporation.

BEWARE! Very shady business!!! Please keep on driving by! They over charge you when you purchase multiple items so it is harder to notice. Then they try to not give you a recipe so they can hide it by saying you dont need a recipe to still have the warranty on the items. If or When you do look at the recipe one or two items are more than what was on the sticker you saw in the store. But they take the price tag off the items before putting them in the bag by saying we have to open everything to make sure it is good so when you get home and take everything out of the bag it is too late. I will NEVER be shopping at any of these stores again! Sunset novelties you should be ashamed of the staff you hire.

I would have been glad to purchase all the items in my hand. But after being singled out and watched more than the other clients in the store. That uncomfortable feeling made me leave empty handed. Inserection has the best customer Service in Jax! Keep that noted :)

Husband and I purchased a cash out vibrating plug. It came with a charging cord and is labeled that it’s rechargeable. Me being curious I looked all around the two items that comes in the box and never found the port for it. Unless I’m blind, the product is not rechargeable. Also I looked online and they sell it on their online store just today and it was discounted from 80$ (Which we spent) all the way down to 40$ that’s half off. I do not rescind that product for it’s very misleading. Waste of 80$ Clearly they want you to come back to buy a better one that costs a lot more and I get it but please do not false advertise products. You end up getting reviews like this one.

Very shady business practices, I bought several items and as I walked out to my car I noticed on my receipt that I was over charged for two of the items I had just bought. Went right back inside the store and asked why I paid more than I should have for two of my 6 items. I was told (item 1) was $79.99 not the $54.99 that it was priced as, and (item 2) was also mis-priced and was $139.99 and not the $99.99 that it was priced on the package. So when I asked about refunding my money because that was more than I wanted to pay for both items, I was told that it was a stern NO!! No refunds, no exchanges period!! I was simply told the items on the shelf were priced wrong and that I was charged the right price. And sorry about that....If I had not inspected my receipt in the parking lot I would not have known until I drove back 3 hours to my home and it wouldnt have been worth the drive to correct the over charge to my card. But clearly being footsteps away from the register I had just walked away from less than 3 minutes earlier didnt matter either.So BEWARE if you buy an item at a price that is on the product make sure you are charged that price before you pay, because once they get your money or charge your card the price they make up then its too late to complain or get a refund or exchange item. Once you hand money over even if you are charged more than you expected to pay its a done deal at their benefit and you are screwed out of your money and have no recourse to correct it with them.I have my receipts to show and back up that I paid over $430 on the 25th of August 2020, and another visit from a few years ago where I paid over $1380 in cash for a lot of lady toys for a dear friend the first time we visited this store. This last visit will be my last visit, my last dollar and because of a very rude and poor manager, a incompetent sales girl and a store policy that refuses to correct the problem of taking more money for an item than advertised as. No refund, NO exchange, NO EXCEPTIONS.Just a smirk faced saying sorry, after knowingly taking more money than they should. This fraud must be a policy since they know you have no recourse for correcting any errors concerning money once you have paid.Sad, sad sad, also corrupt as fûccccckusuck

Is good to know that if you buy something there, there will be no exchange. It took me 5 minutes to return to the store to change the pills that I bought but the girl told that they couldn’t. The product that I bought was recommended by the girl that works there and IT DOESNT WORK! she told me was the best that the had in the store even though were super expensive.
