Found a beautiful dress after trying on 40 plus dresses. My suggestion is to get sized in the store and purchase your dream dress online. The in store selection of dresses and shoes are limited.

Does anyone actually work at this company? Ordered a dress a month ago and can’t get anyone on the phone to find out where it is. Have called 4 different times only to wait on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer!

This store was disgusting! We found several dresses on the rack with body stains... like sweat stains and deodorant stains. We did not buy anything and will not return.

Great shoes for those who are on a budget. The staff will be honest if you ask them how it looks on your person. I think they have great taste in shoes. Feed back helps too!

The young ladies in the store was very helpful and help me and my daughter pick an amazing dress for prom. Wish they could have a better return policy just in case you change your mind but I still would recommend them as long as you are sure about your purchase.

Last week I was online shopping for a dress to wear to a friends wedding. After I found one on Windsor’s website I immediately called the store to ask about availability. An extremely knowledgeable, friendly, happy person answered and was able to not only locate and put on hold the dress I saw, but two others that she thought, based on what I called about that, I would like. When I arrived to try everything on she remembered everything we had spoken about and got me in the dressing room.Cam did an amazing job and she really made me have an amazing shopping experience. If I could have walked out with all 3 dresses I would have but I ended up purchasing the one she said I would love.

I think they have beautiful clothes. I think the prices are sort of high. I came in on my actual birthday to run in to buy something simple to wear for dinner. I had an issue because the workers kept saying “ do you want me to start a fitting room “ constantly !!!! So I agreed and said yes. I finish shopping and go to the fitting room they lost some of the items I chose. They couldn’t find the items and once they did they were balled up. I moved past that and finally decided on jeans and a top. I had 2 pairs of jeans. They put the wrong pair in the bag. They also put the wrong pair of earrings in the bag. I didn’t check my bag until I got home. So on my birthday I had nothing to wear and had to find something at home. Which I could of did in the first place. I can’t find the receipt and they do NOT pick up the phone it’s always busy. The mall is 35 minutes from my house. So I’m forced to waste time and gas to go there because of their mistake and I don’t know if they can fix the mistake before I go because no is picking up the damn phone. The jeans were 43$ and the earrings 11$ . It’s a decent amount of money to spend on something you never wanted in the first place.

Came in this store today and Camri was so helpful and made sure I was being helped the entire time! Good customer service is hard to find anymore so this was much appreciated!! Giver her a raise!

I was looking for a formal dress and was greeted by a girl name Aaliyah she was freaking awesome. She help me even gave advice. I went into this store about 5 times in one week tryna to figure things out. And Everytime they help me out. They are awesome here. But Aaliyah stood out to me!

The manager and employees treat u horribly.Had 2 dresses to try on, they knew that, they put it on the outside rack of the fitting room then once I reach there they put it back on the floor. Also, when I went to try on another dress for a special occasion, they put a security sensor on it NOT IN THE SEAM & made a hole. They were acting so weird. Only one good worker was there. a Venezuelan girl employee, the rest are a mess. Dont buy anything from them, know I wont anymore. Trashy!
