Kenny is a pretty decent manager and actually should be this locations head manager bring he has a lot of professionalism to him. He helped me rectify issues with my pawn with no questions asked but that lady manager? Answering the phone with an attitude all because I even had an issue to begin with? Smh...Mind you she’s the stores manager...my experience was pleasant up till this

Employees were rude, im guessing they didnt want to help anyone because they wanted to go home.

I came into the establishment in search of a Wii U controller. Upon entering not one associate acknowledged my husband and I. We waited for one associate (with head scarf) to finish with her customer while another woman walked around us while we were waiting and didn’t ask us if we needed any assistance. After the woman at the register finished with the customer she took a phone call and continued to pretty much ignore us. After she hung up the phone she proceeded to her next task leaving us waiting. By now it’s been about 20minutes. Very poor customer service.

Im mad i have to give them a star.......update i called and spoke with the manager named kenny. Sooo cool. He is the real deal! Gooood dude! We conversated and his story seamed real. He made it right!!

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE SELLING FAKE GOLD. I PURCHASED A NECKLACE FOR $400 WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 14K GOLD. I TOOK THE NECKLACE BACK 3 WEEKS LATER TO PAWN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE NECKLACE WAS NOT REAL. IY WAS THE EXACT SAME NECKLACE THAT THEY SOLD ME FOR $400. THE STAFF WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. THEY CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAID ID CHANGED THE NECKLACE. I AM 63Y/O AND HAVE NO REASON TO LIE TO ANYONE ABOUT ANYTHING. THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING PPL OFF WITH FAKE GOLD!!!!!!

Whenever you go to this pawn shop ,your gonna need a lawn chair,a packed lunch ,and a change of clothes.Long story short ,your gonna be waiting awhile,Dont matter if theres 3 employees or 6 ..busy hours or slow hours.

I moved here from south Florida and was short on cash so I pawned my ps3 and a few games all on one pawn ticket, I lost my pawn ticket and they said there was no way to look it up without my ticket over the phone which is understandable plus I live close by so I went in to check on my items and they made me wait 22 minutes before speaking to me about my items,them the lady at counter was rude and act as if she didnt want to help me,well I had two weeks left to pick the items up but on the last day to pick up my stuff was on a Friday and I wouldnt get off work In time so I ask them could I pick up my stuff on Saturday and some guy was like yeah sure no problem well put it in the computer so it shouldnt be a problem getting my stuff back,well come Saturday that same lady at the counter said she doesnt remember me coming in and no note was in the system stating I would come in so they tried to shelf my items, long story short they kept my games and sold me my system back at story price which was 50% more then what they me for the loan. Never again, plus free cash pawn on 103rds offers more and treat you better

Took my roku tcl 55inch tv in to pay a bill had to sell it for $180. The women that helped me were great didnt want to sell it but had to pay bill. So was told come back 30 days from date of pawn and buy it back ....of course it will be a little more i know....so I go in and the manager has marked tv for $400. Brand new the tv is only $307.17-$333...so the manager is price hiking because either you tbink if he wants his tv that bad hell pay $400...or somebody else will....no thanks thats bad business to do your customers like that i will never go to tbis pawn shop again. To the two ladies that did there best to help me Dori and Kristy ty anyways for your help.
