First of all the store was amazing the guy that helped me was very helpful and was not afraid to help me wasnt meaning of lazy exactly the opposite of that she was more than willing to help me answer my questions even wrote things down for me very very good service awesome stuff youll see in the pictures that they have there prices are excellent they have handguns and ammunition in stock currently as we speak now they are open 9 a.m. until 6:30 Monday through Friday and close at 6 on Saturday and close on Sunday thank you for all your help I will definitely be back very nice little small cozy shop another really cool thing is they have new rotations stock everyday so literally every day you can see something different

Customer Service is Key I Don’t Know How THEY HAVE A 4.9 Rating With the attitudes they have .. I was inside the cluttered fhilty establishment for less than 2 mins and my entire morning is ruined … all I said was I’d like as much as possible for the device first he snickers “obviously” then doesn’t answer me but ask again then the second guy says so if I offer u $100 bucks that’ll be good enough with pure attitude.. at this point I knew I didn’t want to do any business with these guys and left PROMPTLY to go to CashPawn America

I took in a $200 digital torque wrench to get a loan for $60. They guy offers me 40 which sucked but ok. Then he changes his mind and says 30 and wouldnt even honor what he offered. Gonna go pick my stuff up and thatll be the last time I set foot in there

Stopped in yesterday to see about some gemstones from scrap that Id inquired to purchase over a year ago but they couldnt tell me a price for. The manager yesterday told me to come back after 11am today to ask the owner. Whoever the bald guy is just treated me with such complete disrespect... Completely fabricated a prior situation and said I offered an embarrassing number before when I have never offered anything and have been waiting for a price from them. I cant both buy and sell an item, tell me what you want for it and we go from there. Previously they said they needed to talk to their gem guy to determine value. I left my number and waited over a year before stopping in randomly as I was passing through. Why tell me just YESTERDAY to come back today to ask someone you wouldnt even let me speak with? Not sure what the point of wasting my time was. Why go out of your way to be rude to a potential customer? Its a shame you claim to have sold them all to some other guy for $1000 - I had $2500 in cash in hand today just to get something started but Ill stick with my usual clients that dont berate women.

Matt and his people are always polite and helpful. They do cheap transfers as well. Ive used them a few times for that and Ill use them in the future as well. Highly recommend you do too.

I went in to pawn two rings, since money Im expecting hasnt come in yet. Im very skeptical when going to a business for the first time, any business, because you dont know the employees or the area, etc. I went to them based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. I met Drew and he was pleasant and friendly from the minute I walked in. He was willing to loan more than I needed. I also asked about their layaway plan and any other questions I had. I will pick my pawn up in a week, but will definitely be back to purchase something and, if needed, to pawn something.

I went there on Monday and I have to say I was very impressed with the staff. They were willing to work with me on selling my stuff, and willing to negotiate on the price of the item I wanted. Unfortunately the item was a bit smaller than I needed, but they gave me great tips on how to sell my stuff and to find what I was looking for in the market. They went above and beyond for customer service, and that is something you dont usually hear for a pawn shop. Keep doing what you are doing guys!

Instrument that i purchased from here didnt work at all on my THREE different amps and by the time i realized it it was passed their 7 days to return it. they clearly do not test their electric guitars on amps before taking and selling them bc i had it looked at by an actual professional who told me the reason why i wasnt getting any sound out was bc the person who had it before rewired it with different wires and used tape to hold it together. i have to get it repaired for $100+ now. it seems like they just want to sell items to you just to make money and will lie. i remember asking if they test the electric guitars before selling them and the dude said they dont take items if they dont work,clearly that was a lie.
