Didnt know this place was here. I was looking for a place to get a spare key for my Kia Soul. After going to a few places I was steered here. The guy made my key in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. I truly recommend this place if you need a key made. Plus the atmosphere was very friendly.

Spoke to owner by phone about my key not able to unlock my burglar bar door. I brought the lock and key to him to fix. He was unprofessional in his communications with me. He said my fee would be $87 + tax. I notice the highest service price on the list he have hanging up was about $60. I ask him how long it will take to fix my lock and he said 15 minutes. I thought to my self $87 for 15 minutes of labor, thats more than my Lawyer fees. It was 5:p.m and he was about to close. I told him I need to wait until tomorrow and compare price. I went to Knowell Lock & Safe and they charged me $25.68 after tax.

The guy in there is very RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, and UNPLEASANT!!! He cut my car keys wrong and stated that I had an ignition problem, which I never had before!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE EVER EVER EVER!!! I went to INSTANT KEYS on Highway Ave and they fixed his mess up and was a lot cheaper than he was !!! Big S/O to INSTANT KEYS. You guys will definite get my business before this rude dude will ever get again!!! Everyone go to INSTANT KEYS, They will get you right for less money and is very reliable and pleasant!!!! Good Evening,Our company, AT&T Authorized Retailer off of Dunn Ave was very dissatisfied with our service today with your Economy Lock and Key Company.Our service provider, Hayward Biggins, was very unprofessional and rude. He stated that he couldnt disclose how much it would cost us for our lock to be changed but he would keep it under $200.After Hayward was finished he then informed us that the total would come to $439.77 and for just a Trip, Charge, and entry fee (non-service) it came to $155.00.We are a company who always have to change locks when employees are leaving, so we would have wanted to have a company for a long term.This was not a good experience and will not be using your services anymore!

Expensive, the person was unable to program my key after an hour and had to call a competitor, then I had to go to the dealer the next day for another key because this one was cut very poorly and hardly turned.On the plus side, he met me at the airport parking lot right on time.
