Tim was awesome and a good price for great work

Had an issue with my old unit and after an attempt to get the parts for the repair it was decided that since the part would take a couple of weeks to arrive it would be better to just upgrade and replace the 15 year old unit. Hayden was efficient and professional. He was missing some parts for some extra work I asked him to do but responded quickly to get the parts and install at a discount. I would highly recommend ABC!

I had such the best experience with Tim and Hayden at ABC Garage Doors. Our garage just stopped working and I saw this company online and called them right away. I spoke with Tim and he was amazing and he walked me through the entire process step by step. He was always available for questions. I had my new garage door within 24 hours of calling him. I got the windows with the inserts. Beautiful!!! Trust me it’s worth the extra $200-$250 after tax. I couldn’t be more happy!! Thank you guys!!!

This company is absolutely incredible! The owners are great. They are super hard-working and I can always count on them. I had an emergency incident on a Sunday and I had service within an hour. There’s no better garage door company. I would recommend them 1000 times

Very professional crew who didnt let a few hiccups derail the job. We scheduled a garage door replacement for both doors and on the day of the appointment the supply house our garage doors out from under us. The guys at ABC Garage Doors hustled and found replacaement doors, worked late, and were able to complete the job on the same day. Clean install and left our garage cleaner than it was before they arrived. Definitely recommend.

I contacted several companies to replace my broken torsion spring. This company was by far the most responsive and forthright about pricing and explained about spring lifetime warranty scams being offered from others. Tim was early for our appointment and even noticed that previous installer had put the wrong size spring on one side of the door. He replaced both springs and serviced the door for a great price. He then helped my parents out the next week. A+ company

Great Service Quick Knowledgeable s/o Tim & Hayden

I replaced my own garage door opener and when I did, I noticed that the cables on either side, holding the garage door were badly frayed and at the point they could snap at any time! That can be very dangerous, so I called ABC Garage Doors at 4pm and Tim was as my home at 11 am the next morning. They replaced my cables quickly and for a fair price. I would recommend ABC Garage Doors to others and will call them again when I need them.

Jun 2020: I wrote my last review 2 years ago! We have a 3 car garage, we recently had a spring break (not the previously replaced springs), the older spring on the other door. We gave them a call, they told us what to do to disable the door and they came out first thing in the morning. They came with the spring, removed and replaced and they were on their way. Another great job, nice to see they are consistently doing good work and have survived the recent world events! Thanks guys!Written in 2018: Great job! Holiday weekend, came right out and got the springs replaced. Reasonably priced and cleaned up after they completed the job. Highly recommend this company.

Around 16 Jan 2019 this year, I called ABC Garage Doors to replace a broken spring on my garage door at my home, after they arrived to my home one of the technicians call me at work saying that my garage door opener was also not working and that I needed a new one. I didnt understand how that happen because it was working before I left for work that morning. I knew I needed the replacement of the broken spring, So being at work at the time I had them to replace the garage door opener as well. They replace my garage door opener with a different model (Linear Garage Door Opener). The issue that Im having with the company is that no one is answering or taking any of my calls anymore to fix or resolve the problem with that new garage door opener. I am so very disappointed and frustrated with this company. I would not suggest using this company for any type of garage door repairs, because no one is every available to take your calls or even return your calls. I suggest you stay way from this company... All they had to do is come back and fix the problem with the garage door opener... Very disappointed and frustrated....

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. I called them recently to install a new garage door at my house. The next day I met with a man name Hayden who quoted me a price for a new heavy duty garage door and I prepaid for the garage door. The day Hayden installed the garage door he installed a cheaper one and not the one we agreed to. In addition the garage door was not balanced and had damaged the track. I was very disappointed with the installation and wanted to speak to the owner and found out Hayden was the owner and he refused to correct the problem and return my calls. Horrible experience. Do not recommend this company.

They deserve 0 stars but thats not an option. Horrible customer service. I called on a Saturday morning when my garage door springs broke since their ad says they have someone available 24/7. After a couple of attempts someone answered and said oh they were sorry they couldnt come out Because they had a family lunch to attend. I was asked if they could come out on Monday morning 1st thing at 8 am. I took time off work and waited till 930 with no one showed up or called. I attempted calling them multiple times only to go to a voicemail box that was full. We finally got someone who didnt know anything about the service call. They finally rescheduled only not to show again. The 3rd time they came out supposedly to make the repair. I gave them the size of the door and the spring and was told they stocked what I needed. When they arrived an hour and a half late for the appointment they didnt have the parts told me they were special order and the coupon I had discussed with them on the phone was not valid for my size springs even though the add did not have a restriction. Their price jumped from $125 to 500. I said ok. I just need to get it done. They said it would take a couple of days. They left and never came back. I would never recommend them to do anything!

Worst company ever. We called them twice and both times it was a no show. When I finally got in touch with them he said he ...oh I put it down on the wrong date... next time just didnt bother to show up. The 24 hour available is a joke..we called the first time we were told he had a family lunching to go to so he wasnt available. Finally after all that..he came out two weeks later he said he had the right springs...but when he got here he said ..oh I dont carry them I will have to go pick them up ..it will be a few days...we told him to forget it .We went with another company.

I called this company on 8/13/2018 at 9pm! I expected to leave a message, but someone actually answered the phone. Blew me away! Nonetheless, I explained to the gentleman that my door had issues. He walked me through some diagnostics on the phone. Not sure if you heard that....the guy was going to help me fix it via the phone if that were possible. That defies the whole concept of him making money. Blown away...again.He then agrees to come out on 8/14/2018. Within 15 minutes, the garage door was fixed, and they were on their way.Well spoke, professional and clearly masters of their craft.Thanks, guys. Youve shocked the hell out of me, and I am happy for it. :)

We called ABC garage to have sensors installed. They were supposed to come out on Thursday (showed up without the pairs). Rescheduled for Friday- never showed up. Owner said he didnt know were his technician was and didnt know we had a reschedule. A new day and time was set for Monday- again a no show! After 3 rescheduled and NOT 1 call to us- we had wasted time. UNPROFESSIONAL- DO NOT USE
