I have been doing business with them for about 25 years. The owner and his employees are some the best people I have been around. very friendly will go out there way too help you any way they can. I never gave anyone 5 stars but they deserve more. This is from a very satisfied custom I hope this help everyone that read this .

Lady that answered the phone indicated they dont perform services in Green Cove Springs even though the website indicates they service all of Clay County. Then she proceeded to hang the phone up in my face once I indicated the obvious contradiction.

Called several times, only because I had used them in the past. Lady on phone told me twice she would call me back with an appt date . Called today totally rude .Used to be a good company …now not so sure. Definitely would NEVER recommend them to a friend .

Great service from the time I called to schedule an appointment to when Kramer came out to fix our springs. Very thorough job. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and I definitely recommend Duval Overhead Doors to anyone needing garage-related services. I really appreciate the way they do business.

Extremely professional and very reasonable. The door is very nice, just what the wife wanted. The owner would not accept final payment until even the smallest details were complete. Very hard to find honest companies any longer, Duval Overhead Door is a highly recommended.

Door technician David B serviced my garage door assembly this morning. It was one of the best service visits Ive had in a number of years (includes visits for appliances, roofs, etc.) His knowledge and explanation about why the breakdown occurred and how I can prevent it from happening again was great, and in terms I could easily understand. He fixed the problem quickly and then completed a thorough alignment check on the system, making sure it worked perfectly before leaving. Your company should be proud to have him on your repair team. Owner is crooked as can be... He told me that he was the original Overhead Door when i called to get pricing on replacing a circuit board in my Legacy garage door motor.. He told me I was better off replacing the motor. I ended up getting in touch with the correct Overhead Door Co. of Jacksonville that fixed my motor and saved me about $150.00.

Joe Boyer, the owner, stands behind his work and product 100%. We had an issue with our garage door during installation and Joe fairly assessed the damage and provided the warranty remuneration. Really appreciate Joes integrity and practical common sense approach of how he runs his business.
