Absolutely love this place! Conveniently located, and I can’t thank Rod and his team enough for their camaraderie — not to put down any other store — but this one is where all the masters in the art are born and developed. The showcase of GW models is top-notch and every time I pick up a display piece to inspect, I discover a new technique that’s escaped me before.

I love the staff here. They make you feel so welcome and as if you already belong to the Warhammer family. They are extremely helpful with picking out product like paint colors or choosing your next army to build. Highly recommend visiting this store!

Wonderful and enthusiastic group who give you a significant amount of their time to explain how the games and details work. They also are fantastic with hyper little boys who need a little extra attention or challenges to be able to focus and get things done properly. I highly recommend visiting with them and getting addicted to two new worlds of play.

Eric and Roderick were great. Its very easy to just buy models but what keeps the hobby alive is stores like this and affable people like Eric and Roderick.

Expensive, very, very, very expensive, but the store is very nice and cozy and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They even let you come in and paint a few figures if you’re new, which I was. Don’t know anything about WarHammer, but I enjoyed my visit.

A great store but since Corona virus you cannot walk around the store to view model boxes. If you know what exactly you want its fine but if you wanted to browse models then shop online.

This location is absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I wondered in there one day while exploring the area and fell in love with it. All the employees are super nice and helpful. It feels like one big family.

A fellow who worked their, I believe his name is tucker, is one of the best salesman I’ve ever met. He was very kind to someone who was very new to the hobby (me) and helped me find a good set for my price range and the paints I’d need for it, even telling me that I already had a paint preventing me from spending more money and recommending me a good paint brush. He deserves a raise if he’s not already the manager.

Geniunely some of the best customer service ever, staff are so friendly and welcoming to new players/painters. They will literally demonstrate and let you paint a demo model. I recommend this place to any new or old players.

Interesting place and people. The proprietor of the establishment is personable, knowledgeable, and skillful with painting miniatures. Games occur frequently here. The staff are eager to answer questions, coach you through games, and teach you how to paint your first model. They have 4-5 game tables with various landscapes, 2 painting stations (room for four people), and various genres of miniature games. Open generally in the afternoons, except on Sun and Mon. Great store and atmosphere. My brother-in-law always wants to come here when visiting, and I enjoy painting to the epic orchestra of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. o7

Eric and Rodrick absolutely blew me away. Ive always loved warhammer 40k but never dived into minis and tabletop.Eric immediately threw my wife and I into a one-on-one paint class (and we got to keep the minis!) and then ran us through a quick table top skirmish. We were in Jacksonville for our honeymoon and these guys were the highlight of it, and we only expected to walk in, look around, and leave.I left with enough loot to get me started. If Eric and Rodrick are what I can expect from the Warhammer community, Im going all in.

I love this store! The staff are always friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you figure out what you need for armies, paints, etc and they are always holding awesome events at the store as well. They have just about everything I need for Warhammer Age of Sigmar as well as 40k and if they dont have it in store they can let you order it online and deliver to the store for free (we did this when the battleforce boxes came out for Christmas and I was super happy to get my Space Wolves battleforce). They have beginners painting classes as well to show you how to paint your own miniatures and are also very helpful in helping you learn how to build the models should you need their help with that too.

Just got in to tabletop gaming, and was recommended this shop by another, regarding miniatures. While they didnt have the exact one I was searching for, the owner was exceedingly helpful, and even offered to teach my friend and I how to paint and detail! Everyone that works here is great. Theyll spent tons of time giving you tips and tricks for painting if youre new like me. Ryans even helped me when he wasnt working. If youre looking to get into Warhammer, there isnt a more welcoming place around.

While they have a huge selection as any GW store would, the employee talked me right out of the store. All I wanted to do was look at some fantasy minis and see what I wanted to paint. The employee wouldn’t leave my side or stop talking to me. Maybe because I am female, maybe not. I will look for something else to paint. A most unenjoyable experience!

New to the franchise i was never was interested in any table top games. But somehow i stumbled onto the book series and decided i wanted to read one of the books. Honestly i was scared to get into a 40yr old scifi series with over 500 books writen on the subject. Once i walked into the doors every doubt and fear vanished. In what can only be described as the most contagious excitement carried by a games workshop employee. He was so proud and enthusiastic to help because i was new welcoming me into this seemingly infinate world. If i had more time to shop i would of stayed for hours. This store has the best customer service i have ever experienced. Thanks guys keep it up i am now hooked.

Went here looking for miniatures for my dnd campaign, not realizing it was a war hammer store. A lively gentlemen name rob helped me find some terrain for my campaign I’m currently running.They did have tons of warhammer merchandise, and at least 4 games of warhammer going on. He showed me stuff they were currently using and the games continued unaffected. Very fun environment.Also a great selection of paints and tools for working on your miniatures.

This store is really nice! The selection is big. There is alot on display.Its was first experience with the game. Gabe was really helpful and informative. He spent a long time explaining things to my GF and I. You can tell he enjoys what he does.First time visitors get to paint a free figurine. Nice touch.Totally worth visiting!

The people here are all extremely friendly, and very welcoming of new players to the world of traditional gaming! Rod is a very great and enthusiastic manager whose passion for the hobby really shows whenever hes giving a demo for new people. The atmosphere is amazing, 10/10 would go here every saturday to play 40k and hear rod make funny explosion noises while telling newbs about the awesomeness of the setting.

Awesome store for the Warhammer lovers!!! They have WH 40K and Age of Sigmar. You can go and paint there, they will teach you to paint, to play, they even will play with you! Tucker is the most enthusiasts person Ive ever meet for WH, and he is willing to help you with all the things that you need!!! Games Workshop also have The Lord of the Rings strategy game, is awesome!!!
