I ordered a cookie cake at a different location for my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived at that store at our scheduled pickup time the doors were locked, lights off, and no one was answering the phone. I called the Avenues location hoping they could perform a miracle and make a cookie cake for me in a couple hours. Kelsey not not only came to the rescue with a cookie cake ready in 15 minutes, she created a beautiful custom design for me. She was incredibly kind and sympathetic when I told her what had happened with my original order at the other location and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I don’t know how she pulled this off so quickly, but she won my business. From now on I will only order from the Avenues location.

So pleased with the service! I called the store with just an idea and whoever took my order helped me make decisions on all the little details. It turned out so cute and I really appreciate them letting me request something thats not actually on their menu.

I did not catch her name, but the young girl with black hair up at the register was one of the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. The double doozie she made was really awful (I’ve been coming for years and have really fond memories of Great American Cookie, and was super disappointed) But honestly I was the most disappointed with how stand off-ish and rude she was to my sister and I. I feel like I am a very positive person and usually get the same energy back when talking to people. I usually don’t leave reviews but if I owned the Great American Cookie I would be really upset if she was regularly talking to customers like that.

Sign on the counter says “Be back in 20 minutes.” It’s been 40. Do I leave my money on the counter and just grab my cookies?

Ive gotten a Great American Cookie Cake for my daughters Birthday every year since she was 1yrs. This year we celebrated her 19th birthday with a custom Billie Eilish themed Cookie Cake which came out awesome thanks to Kelsey who did an amazing job and with her great customer service and beautiful smile she give me the greatest experience🥰.I loved that they give my daughter a birthday card with every staff members signature on it. Best cookie cake ever always so delicious 😋 I recommend everyone to head over to the Avenues Mall and try it. You wont regret it. Again thank you, to Kelsey and staff for her card and beautiful cake. Compelled to write a review after recently being strongly encouraged to try a new cookie place open late AM in Tinseltown that pales in comparison. My disappointment there not living up to the hype prompted a visit to Great American for satisfaction and the Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Raisin, Macadamia Nut, Sugar, Chocolate Chip and the almighty CHEWY PECAN SUPREME did not disappoint. IMO still the better tasting cookie !!!

I cant say enough!!! The manager Lynn is awesome. Kelsey decorated a big cookie for me and did a phenomenal job. Ck out the picture of the dog cookie. Unbelievable!!!Thank you so much!

I came up to get some cookies and i was greeted by Lynn she had just put fresh cookies out she was very polite and had great suggestions on what to get the cookies were amazing and Lynn was very helpful amazing customer service she went up and beyond you guys should give her a pay raise! would def eat here again

Great gluten friendly options (ingredients are gluten free but they use the same oven to bake cookies with gluten. This is reasonable), my wife loved the cookies I got her. They do a double chocolate and some sort of pecan cookie that is amazing, tastes like pecan pie. Check it out!

I went to this store today. The mall opens at 10am and in my opinion, and every other place Ive ever worked for, you are to be ready for customers at open. I attempted to order a pretzel (they also sell pretzels) at 10:38am and was told by what seemed like a manager that she was still setting up and to give about 30 minutes. Okay, cool, Im a patient person, so we (keep in mind my friend I was with already bought a pretzel from Auntie Annes and I chose to wait and walk to this place because I like their cheese sauce better) walked around and came back at 11:05am and I again asked if she was making any pretzels. She replied with no, Im still setting up. So by then my friend and her kids already ate, I had already fed my baby so I was starving and said I would just go to Auntie Annes and get one instead. It worked out cause I had a free pretzel for my birthday on my AA app. When we left the mall at 12:00pm there were STILL no pretzels made. Now keep in mind my friend I was with worked at this EXACT store for like 6 years and said she had NEVER seen that before. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not EVER go back to this location for a pretzel again. Great job on being unprepared and losing a customer.

The blonde manager is the rudest lady I have ever met! Half of the time I come here she’s not even at the window and I’ll wait but after 10 minutes I have to leave And get back to work. And when she does see you she ignores you, I am writing this review because when I went upstairs I attempted to buy a cookie and there were about four people waiting and they said they haven’t seen her. Because of her negligence great American has now lost five customers and I’m sure many more

False advertisement that u can try product prior to purchase. False advertisement for size of product given. Cookie dough does tast good though. Expensive, could get more at store for far less.

I LOVE GAC Co. These are my fav cookies in the entire US. I grew up eating them with my sisters and they taste the same as they did 15 years ago: heavenly!
