Last night was the first time going and it was well worth it! We ordered the deluxe 6 pack and a cookie sandwich and everything was delicious!! Cookies were nice and warm and basically fell apart in my mouth. Staff was friendly and polite. I recommend opening up more spots like this. Will be going back for more!

Just So you know , they dont even make them at the store !! If they run out They have to wait for a delivery of more for them to heat up!! They are open and deliver till 3am !!! Dont forget to wear your mouth pajamas !! Its small inside so be prepared to wait in a line ! Not exactly worth the long wait or the high price tag !! If you want good cookies go out to Cookies & Cream in jax beach !! Way better choices and options and they dont have to wait for a delivery of cookies !!

Came from next door after slamming a giant bowl of ramen and commenced to wolfing down an assorted 6 pack of their delicious cookies. I am extremely miserable and content at the same time. Will be back! Awesome establishment and great staff

Wow a 3 foot tall ice cream sandwich LOL. This thing is big you have to eat it with a spoon and try your best to finish. They are excellent but expensive, I think about $8. You get to pick two cookies and the ice cream flavor. They do not have any seating inside but there is patio seating. One negative was the person serving us was not as good as the ice cream how can you have an bad attitude selling happiness. I posted some pics, now go and taste it.

The staff is great. Just a wonderful group of people. Thats what earned the 3 stars. As far as the cookies... Theyre just cookies. They arent some miraculous/groundbreaking/best cookies ever. I dont really get the hype. Maybe people today just dont know how to bake, so this is their only access to warm cookies. But, I can bake better cookies myself at less than half the price. Sorry, but theyre really not worth the half hour wait in line or the high price tag.

Super super yummy and really nice staff. my boyfriend wanted smores but they were out so he replaced with macadamia nut and they gave us two extra. definitely recommend

They were ok cookies. Pricey for a regular sized cookie. Very soft and crumbly probably because they were kept warm. There is a taste difference between a warm fresh baked cookie and one that had been kept in a warmer. Worth trying once.

This location is getting worse and worse I swear! I used to order from them at least once a week or every two weeks and it was great. Then the last time I came in person the line was out the door, waited 20+ minutes and got home to uncooked cookies that were raw in the middle. I didn’t check them because they always do an outstanding job. They put in an order for me to pick them up, but customer service never actually sent it through. I guess. So when I arrived they didn’t have them prepped for me. They did give me extra cookies for the inconvenience and that was great.A few weeks later I want to order delivery and they claim they’re out of EVERYTHING. Only two types of icecream, no option for sprinkles, only three kinds of cookies out of the extensive list they usually have. It’s honestly crazy how they went from 5 stars top tier to not even having any cookies for sale wow.

Not only are the cookies amazing, but the people are too! I just tonight had a long wait on an order, I called to check in at about the 1 hour mark and the wonderful employee on the other end of the line explained they were a bit understaffed but that my order was ready and waiting for a driver to pick it up. A concise and reasonable explanation and I had no reason to be upset, just to look forward to the cookies! A short while later my order showed up, as well as an extra box of cookies with a hand written note apologizing for the wait! It wasn’t necessary, but absolutely kind. I won’t be getting cookies from anywhere else in Jacksonville. Insomnia has earned my exclusive business. I just hope they’re able to see this and appreciate my thanks!

The absolute best! Once I discovered this place I went every single day for a week. Highly addicting so be careful. Im learning to exercise some restraint.Ive heard they always have a line. I guess I just happen to stop by at the perfect time. Ive only had to wait once and I was third in line. That was on a Friday night, so maybe keep in mind on the weekends there might be a bit of a wait but nothing major.They are worth the price. The cookies are usually still warm which makes them even better. And if you have some leftover for the following day, a quick pop in the microwave and they still taste fresh out of the oven. Great recipes! The ice cream is also really good. The staff is awesome. This place is a gem overall. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

After seeing some great reviews for Insomnia Cookies, I was sold and had to try it. The location is very small and kind of tucked into the middle of two other establishments. My wait time was pretty short to order. I was a little unprepared in what I wanted, so I stuck with a traditional chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was okay. It was warm and soft but still just okay. I think my overwhelming joy for the cookie wasn’t really there. I guess I’m losing my sweet tooth urges. I’m still glad to have tried the place. It would be pretty fun to come get cookies late at night.

Perfect Segway between dinner and movies. Chocolate chip ice cream sandwich was delicious. Cookies were warm and the chocolate chip ice cream was tasty! It’s a tiny place but wonderful. The best part... if you ever have a craving for warm cookies in the middle of the night, they deliver!!!

Not any difference with other cookie companies. Its freshly baked and very soft, so thats a plus! The flavors arent one or a kind, but its the name and being open up late to satisfy your sugar needs, for sure!

Cookies are ok but the conditions are questionable at best. You can see straight into the kitchen where one girl is scarfing down chicken wings and licking her fingers in the middle and another is coughing all over the place not covering her mouth or wearing a mask. It would be gross under normal circumstances but with Covid that’s extra nasty.

The reason I give two stars is because yes, the cookies taste great, however, the service is AWFUL. We went on a weekday in the early evening and they only had 3 cookie flavors left in stock. The employees were smug, rude and dismissive and didnt apologize or act like they cared at all that they had basically no cookies to offer. For a place that specializes in cookie varieties and is open very late, it was disappointing for them to already be out of the majority of cookies. Would I recommend them? Yes, because the cookies taste great but if you go there, expect rude staff and probably not a big selection of cookies to choose from.

We waited an hour for a mediocre set of 12 cookies. Customer service is trash. The crews in the back are just messing around resulting in 1-2 hour wait. Very disappointing. Cookies weren’t even warm like they’ve been sitting there all day. I could have bought chips ahoy for 3 bucks and would have been satisfied.

Insomnia Cookies just LOST another customer thanks to Desiray and her leadership on 9/26/21. She allowed allowed a box of scraps to be delivered from the store under the guise of peanut butter cookies - SCRAPS I say! It looked like squirrel droppings. Then, she had the audacity to say she packed the order, which was left outside on the ground without so much as a whisper let alone a door bell ring like requested. Then, she went on to say no delivery drivers were available to replace the order. Bad move, cookie lady. Bad move. 👎 I hope this isnt your brand Insomnia Cookies. Im off to Yelp, Open Table, Facebook, Instagram to copy and paste this baby as many times as ai can. Thank you, Desiray. I just wanted some warm Cookies. This is my first time in this place, it is cozy. I recommend it but i have a suggestion PLEASE USE GLOVES to use gloves. Someone could have been preparing orders while the cashier took the orders and did cash transactions. This is a concern because she is handling money and preparing orders and not able to sanitize in between.I ordered strawberries / cheescake which were tasty. This detail that could help make your service even better. I give them 4 stars.!

Insomnia cookies is an open late cookies and ice cream craving destination that we love to visit when traveling. This outpost of Insomnia doesnt disappoint with their delicious cookies available after midnight. We were impressed with the decent service at this location - usually you arent so lucky at some Insomnias. They also served the cookies freshly baked when available and the interior was spotless! Expect to wait in a long line. The employees move at a sloths pace and let people just linger around in the store while people are standing outside in the rain waiting to order.Cookies are super thin for the price and they run out of flavors quickly. My wife and I first tried Insomnia Cookies when we found one while wandering around NYC, so I was excited to learn that Jax now has one. We visited this weekend. The place is really small, so if you are looking for it, its almost easy to overlook, just look for the really tiny shop nestled in the middle of the new strip mall they built in the Tinseltown parking lot. The cookies are good, nice and warm. I ordered the triple chocolate and my wife ordered a peanut butter cookie which she also enjoyed. The person at the counter was very friendly, he actually gave my wife and I our cookies free of charge, he said it was free coupon cookie day just for that day. We will definitely drop by again when we are in the area.

Cookies are great, but people seem to complain about the wait a lot. I wouldnt know because I just ordered on the app and they hand you your cookies out back. Standing in line is a choice in 2021 for the most part so it is kinda strange to complain about it.

Very rude people working there, the sign is covered up completely with randomness and when you try to walk in, some dude yells at you to leave and wait outside. ya cant see in to see how many are there and apparently they only want 2 people at a time in there but dont put any signs up?Their cookies are overpriced too, so im not gonna waste my time there anymore for rude service and expensive cookies that are not worth it.Maybe when they get their act together and stop acting like trash in Jax(like most people in Jax) then they could afford a better place that can hold more then 2 at a time safely, or atleast afford signage letting people know of that.

Found a little cookie shop in the middle of this small strip mall, which I found by following the Triforce symbol. Cookies are absolutely delicious. Space is small, with 4 or so high top seats to enjoy your ice cream and cookies. I really appreciate that they sell whole and chocolate milk, it adds the perfect touch to the warm cookies.The ice cream tasted fine but was a little... freezer burned maybe? The cashier knew his cookies but didnt know which flavor of ice cream was which. There were a few people that seemed like their friends already in the seats since they were spread out all over the table with their stuff. I liked that they had music going but to make the place seem more legit, they should probably have music from behind the counter, not from a laptop at the high top table.It just felt like they needed to tighten up their feel with a dash more professionalism but not taking away from the personality of the staff. I mean, that being said, I will still definitely go back for the cookies.

Great cookies. Used web site to order. It was a little glichy with a mobile phone. It kept telling me to change my delivery time 15 min.when I was ordering to pick-up.After trying 4 times changing pick-up times one hour out...and then back to 45 min out it finally took.Arrived at designated time and order was not ready, but I got fresh cookies right out of oven for some flavors.$$$ but hey, did not have to heat up my house cooking cookies.

We stopped in around 8 or 9pm, and there was still a line out the door (even counting social distancing, there was a lot of people) and for good reason. Those cookies were heavenly and were fresh baked when we ordered. So soft and gooey, and they have plenty of flavors if chocolate isnt your thing. Definitely a must stop.

Tim was absolutely amazing! It was our first time in and he asked us if we would like a run down of the menu. He told us about our options, the best deals and his personal favorites. On top of the stellar customer service, the cookies were delicious!

Picked up a large order of cookie cakes last night for a workplace event and found everyone at Insomnia to be super friendly and helpful. I got a peanut butter cookie to sample and it was delicious! I will definitely be back in the future.

I will now crave these cookies. As well as the ice cream was a perfect combination but was made with creamy perfection.Prices from uploaded photos online did not match prices in store. Prices a touch higher.

Personally, I don’t prefer their cookies because they’re so sweet and heavy. I wish I could have something not too overpowering because they are delicious. The M&M and macadamia cookie are good and I would order those two again. The snickerdoodle cookie is good as well.I do like the whole idea of eating and ordering cookies until 3AM but I think I’ll stick with my Publix cookies. The store is really small inside and tends to have long lines towards the night but when we went, it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, I think this place is worth checking out and buying but if you don’t have a super sweet tooth, maybe insomnia cookies is not the place to go.

Twice now there’s never not been a huge line extending out to the parking lot, with it barely moving a few feet every 10 minutes. I don’t care how good their desserts are “which I’ve yet to try” as I refuse to wait 2-3 hrs in line.They need a bigger building as it’s starting to create a road hazard.

The cookies are always hot, fresh, and chewy & delivery is super fast. The snickerdoodles are amazing and the chocolate chip cookies are really chocolate-y and melty. I order from Insomnia regularly (once or twice a month) and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.
