This was the most pleasant, professional and personable expert in five ever had with an eye appointment. I could not sing their praises louder. They worked with me to understand all my options for care and Cost when it came to getting my lenses and contacts and the entire visit was filled with wonderful interactions with all employees. Incredible!

I really appreciate the fact that the doctors office in this LensCrafters is open on Sunday!! In addition, I had a great experience. My exam was so smooth and I had no issues. The girl working the front desk of the doctors office is great. She’s very friendly and full of energy.I also had a great experience with the LensCrafters side! After my appointment I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. They gave me all the information I requested and even gave me a quote. I was having some issues with my insurance system not communicating properly with their system, but the staff at this LensCrafters was really helpful. Paul, the store manager, went above and beyond for me to help me get my contacts. He spoke to someone at my insurance company and figured out a way for me to be able to get my contacts without losing out on my insurance benefit.

Very quick and prompt service! Paul was extremely kind and knowledgeable about kids frames and lenses. He took his time to price out a few different options! All in all, a really great experience!

Everybody was incredibly polite and professional. They kept me informed of what the test was going to be and what it was testing for. After my exam the optometrist spoke to me about my results and explained things in plain language that was easy for me to understand. The place was also very clean and they were cleaning frames after people tried them on and sterilizing testing equipment in front of me so i knew it was clean.

Absolutely ridiculous. We have been going to this location for a couple years. Appointments are always scheduled a year in advance. Got texts last week to confirm my appointment AND my daughters. Got postcard reminders in the mail for both appointments a couple days ago. Got a phone call yesterday to confirm my daughter’s appointment, but not mine. Went in for my appointment today and they not only did not have my appointment confirmed from last week, but had the doctor going to lunch at my appointment time. I fought with them about them dropping the ball for a few minutes, I have very limited availability right now so if my appointment is at 1 that is when I am available. They were not willing to work out anything around my appointment time or my daughter’s so I ultimately cancelled everything and will no longer be seen at this location. Absolutely unacceptable after 3 different ways to confirm/remind about appointments. This should not have even been possible.

Had a great experience. Took the time to answer all questions. Felt we were valued customers. Paul was great and very personable.

Wonderful experience! Maciej was so helpful, he was able to replace the screw in my designer glasses (I purchased them years ago at sunglass hut).He told me I could bring any pair of glasses to him, and he would adjust them for free!! Great customer service!

I was greeted by Maciej, he was very helpful assisting with the selection of frames. Provided vast information about the types of lens, offered progressives and I accepted along with transitions among other items. Was very detailed to what best suited my needs. Maciej made this a very smooth experience. Staff was very friendly. This store is best equipped with a variety of name brand frames compared to the other Lens Crafters I have been through in Jacksonville.

My family have been going to LensCrafters for many years. We go to the 9041 Southside Blvd #173 Jacksonville Fl. 32256 location. Anyway, our latest trip was for new glasses for my wife. The Licensed Optician who helped my wife was Joe Salcedo. If you want someone that will spend the time and explain the best features you should have for your new glasses, then Joe Salcedo is the one to see. The thing is he shows you a feature and then tells you why that is important. We were super impressed by Joe Solcedo and I would recommend you go see him when you or a loved one is getting new glasses.

Paul at this store is awesome! I really appreciate his help fitting my pre-teen son with glasses. We immediately felt comfortable with him, asked him many questions, and found the right pair of glasses. We even found out that he’s a Dr Who fan like ourselves, and he and my son regaled themselves about their favorite episodes.

My first time ever in a Lens Crafters. Doctor was nice - very thorough and excellent! The staff on the retail side were also very friend, professional and knowledgeable about the variety of lenses and glasses. They also ensured every pair I tried on they put in a tray to wipe down before putting them back on the shelf.

Batman is the man! But seriously, Paul and his team have been exceptional. Great customer service and very helpful.

I have zero problem with the staff or the products. I just spent more than $1000 on glasses in your store. I do have a huge problem with making customers wear masks! Myself and my wife have both been vaccinated 6 months ago. The governor of Florida lifted the ridiculous restrictions which will not prevent you from getting COVID. If you staff has a policy of wearing masks that’s fine. But requiring g your customers to continue to do so is not a good policy. How about being proactive and doing what is a better way to handle customers by making the mask requirements an elective..

Under staffed. Optics appointment for contacts is good. There is only one guy in there who is qualified. Hes older gentlemen very wise

We waited 30 min past our appointment time, this would’ve been better if the person from the retail side appointed to help the dr side would’ve been able to at least check in with us, as the retail side was not yet busy. Instead we were given a clipboard and ignored until the dr came out. At the end of the appt, the same woman did not make us feel comfortable at all with the next part of the framing and fit process. It was like pulling teeth to find out what our insurance covered. She seemed very confused about what she should be doing and how to help us. The gentleman seemed much more helpful. The entire appt and experience felt very rushed. A suggested solution would be to adjust hours according to staff availability in an effort to give better care/experience to patients/guests.

The staff here is excellent! Joe,and the floor manager were very helpful,and understanding in working with me today.I have some unique and difficult issues.Im very greatful for their knowledge and patience! To just say they are a tremendous asset to the company would be a gross understatement!!

So my exam was amazing and they are so friendly, but the real experience was with Paul who helped me with my glasses. First off he was so knowledgeable about everything and it was an outstanding experience! I never felt pressured at all to buy or anything which means the world to me! i’ll send everyone there just for the amazing experience he gave! 10/10 would recommend, also Austin was great too! so nice & friendly!!

Dr. Nguyen is very kind and very passionate about what she does and makes you feel very comfortable takes her time. Paul was very kind and helped me every step of the way, with deciding on the right pair of glasses and helped me save money on 2 pairs of glasses. Entire staff was extremely kind and courteous throughout the whole process of the eye exams, trying contacts and ordering glasses. Customer service superb! I will always go back to this location!

They was very helpful and I got a lot of feedback from them about my eye health. Very friendly and very helpful. Overall I would give a perfect 10 but only 5 stars displayed.

Four employees, three customers, and some guy with grey hair, asked two different customers if he could help them, but, I guess, because I had two small children with me, he couldnt be bothered to help me. Poor customer service. I shouldve went to the one located at the Saint Johns center. A lot more friendly and helpful.

My husband made appointments for both he and I. They waited until we were about to be seen to tell us that they didnt except our insurance even though they were provided our insurance info over the phone. They should have just told him over the phone that they didnt take our insurance. Simple.

Poor service due to an error in its location through Google Maps. Hopefully no one else will consult with you again. Dr. nGuyen has problems with the time of his patients which he understands are relaxing at home and it is so bad on his mind that even after a patient is in consultation he is able to cancel it for a few minutes late

The folks at lens crafters are fabulous. They took the time to know the person, help with the fit and choice of glasses that was perfect. I look forward to dealing with them consistently.

Dr. Lee is FANTASTIC. Super kind, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. This LensCrafters was recommended to me by a friend and I am extremely happy I listened! Carissa at the front desk was very polite and my all around experience was amazing. I even got my glasses 30 mins after my exam!

They spoke with me and made sure I was okay and found I would be best for me. Loved my visit.

Without going into great detail, this lens crafters gave me new frames, transition lenses etc after a year. They didn’t have to do anything , they weren’t even aware of my issue but wanted to make it right so replaced everything. I am in my 70’s and am so excited to see again.Everyone was excellent !

As a patron, I am very upset and appalled regarding your policy NOT to provide my measurements to me that your establishment took in order to fill my prescription!!! I fully intend on addressing this further.

This place is terrible! It seems like Dr. Nguyen has some personal issues that she likes to take out on her customers. I was 13 minutes late to my appointment and was told by her that she wouldn’t be able to do my exam any longer because I was past the 10min grace period and I guess me being 3 minutes past that would push her appointments back 3 minutes!! God forbid her day gets extended by a few minutes. What a joke! She also felt it was necessary to talk down to me about being a few minutes late. She was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Not what you’d expect from someone in her profession. The worst experience I have ever had for any situation, not just an eye exam. I drove to Pearle Vision, without an appointment and was in and out in 45min. Lens Crafters needs to do better. That’s just unacceptable.

I sat on my glasses and they were able to fix them for free. There was a long wait but they were able to help me out. I am satisfied

I was helped today by Clark and Mark. I called all over town to find a lab that could get me in a pair today with no luck. Any place that was open had no tech on duty in their lab.Not only did this location have a lab tech on duty...they had my glasses to go in about 40 minutes. Very professional and helpful. I will be back. Thank you so much!

The doctor inside is great . The store that sells the Glasses is not! Glasses are cheap , they don’t explain, they don’t adjust them right , plus they force you to buy their cheap frames even though you have yours that are better ...

After Drs Visit and Eyeglasses Purchase with Coach Frame, paid Cash in full , the Young Short Lady Handled Them To Me in a Cheap Storage Bag ! Do They Know that Every Pair Of Eyeglasses(Frame) of course they come together with The Original Box?? It Sounds So Stupid, She Forgot about It ... Happy Though with The Doctors Visit...

Terrible experience. Have been back 4 times and the glasses are still not correct. Paid around $400 after insurance. Made to feel like Im the problem and that no one is listening to me. My last pair from other doctor are still good prescription, just scratched up. Had 5th appt. setup but staff was rude on phone so I canceled, lost any future business for entire franchise.

Should be no stars. Eye doctor was mean and rude to my wife. Told her she was going blind and her made her feel like it was her fault. We paid 400.00 at specialist and was told nothing was wrong with her eyes. Shes lucky shes a woman.She was a little woman with foreign sounding name.

Your store manager is closing your business 10 minutes early.....

I purchased prescription glasses from Lenscrafters and within 2-3 months the protective coating on the lenses started to peel. I called Lenscrafters and was told they offered no built-in warranty and that if I didnt spend extra at the time of purchasing my glasses for their protection plan that I would just have to purchase new lenses all over again. Only a couple months after spending over $300 for glasses. TERRIBLE customer service options. Never again.

Called to get my the details of my eye glass prescription and requested them to email it directly but they informed me that they DONT have email capabilities... 😑😑😑
