The processor of our experience, Heather, is one of the most courteous and well-mannered people I have met in a very long time. She is very intent on a customer satisfaction status, and shes very knowledgeable of all the items that go along with glasses. She is a joy to work with, and she should be given all proclivities going to forward an advancement of her career. Just had the best experience here. My daughters glasses unexpectedly broke last night and I was frantic trying to find somewhere that could get her in same day. My daughter had an appointment within hours of us calling and her glasses were ready same day. Very happy I heard their advertisement on the radio. Firstly, the store is very large and they have a huge selection of frames. Secondly, Heather, one of the opticians there, really knows her stuff. She was about to just look at my face and know what glasses will look good. She was so nice and honest about what looks good and why or why not, and thirdly, their prices are great. They are extremely reasonable and have a deal where you get two frames for one low price. I am going to get my glasses here from now on. This place really rocks.

Ive been going to the same eye Dr. ford the past 10 years.Yesterday I decided to go to Eyeglass World Beach Blvd. From the time I walked in to the time I left the experience was amazing. The Dr. was very informative and efficient, Rob with the hair was also great lol....I spent the most time with Heather who was incredible. Her customer service was 5 star, she was very efficient, transparent and has a great since of style. As long as Mrs. Heather is here you guys have a customer for life!! Great customer service. However, I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a medical exam and took off work for this service. 20 minutes after arriving I was told the doctor who was in office does not perform medical exam and I needed to reschedule. Huge inconvenience being that I took off work and I wasn’t able to get my eyes checked as I anticipated.

EVERYTHING in including they said. In fact sign outside says $78 for 2 pair including everything... Well eye exam is 120.. I dont like to be cheated.. Tell me the truth and I will decide to pay

Even without an appointment, eyeglass world accommodated me and gave them a 5 star for customer service. They were all very helpful and made me feel very comfortable specially the lady technician who checked me in, Dr. Duncan Smith who did my eye check up and lastly the charming optician, Ms Katherina who helped me choose the right frame and lenses. I visited Eyeglass world to find some new frames that i liked. They offer increadible deals on their glasses, including 2 pairs for $78 and a bogo on select frames. I didnt get my lenses made here, so I cant really review the customer service, but all of the salespeople were extremely pleasent and helpful. They offer eye exams here as well. The only complaint I have with this place is cleanliness. The carpet was absolutely full of filth, and the eyeglass shelves could have used a little dusting. But I guess thats minor considering what the place offers. Overall, I found some awesome glasses here and will reccomend it.

I needed an exam and had some time to stop in. They scheduled me immediately and the optometrist was able to complete the exam the same day. They were very professional and courteous. Everyone wore masks and asked plenty of questions to ensure that I was comfortable with the environment and received the appropriate services.

This place is a joke. more concerned about filling the place and not about customer satisfaction. I went last year and said I would never be back. A year later due to the proximity to my work it is convenient so I called to make an appointment and decided to give them another try. I called in the morning and was told its my lucky day because their 11:30am cancelled and I would be marked in. I asked would you like to take my number or info, she said no just let them know your are our 11:30 when you arrive. arrived at 11:15 and said I had an 11:30 appointment. Filled out personal info in a about 5 minutes and showed my vision insurance copy from blue cross blue shield with ID number/ member #/ effective date/policy #/Even chatted online with blue cross and they gave me the same info. After multiple customers coming and going the receptionist said she cant find my insurance delaying the process even longer, then another receptionist came over looked me up and found it in minutes. After the 6th person being called in, the customer actually stated oh that gentlemen is before me and the receptionist states dont worry hes a walk in. I then inquired how am I a walk in I had an appointment. After her blaming poor communication on her teammate that takes the calls I continued to wait. At the 2 hour mark I got up and walked out. This place has no respect for peoples time just worried about packing them in.I will never go to another eyeglass world again. Untrained and do not care about their customers.Good luck!!!

Dr. Smith is wonderful and I would definitely go back to him. Unfortunately, He is in the wrong place! Debbie was extremely rude and could not answer questions about my prescription....I needed ready glasses and distance. I also wanted sunglasses. She was so rude, uneducated and it seemed I was bothering her in buying glasses, I then asked how long would it take...she said 10 days or more. Me.....why? Are machine is broken! Really, Thank you for being so rude and then telling me I cant even get my glasses. I picked up my prescription and went to lens crafters at the town center....Very professional and helpful...I got my glasses in 2 1/2 hrs. Owners definitely need to know about Debbie at Eyeglass World.....you lost alot of business today...

Huge waste of time. Got there exactly at 0900 only to be told they DO NOT DO same day service anymore due to Covid....even though there are multiple big signs plastered all over advertising they do. Don’t waste your time here. They don’t greet you, they don’t respect your time, and they sure won’t follow through.

Over two years I have been lucky enough to have had Ms. Moser help me whenever I go into the store: to choose frames, to schedule appts, to buy lenses, to get a fitting adjustment, to get the Rx corrected (from another store’s mistake and foot dragging), to repair frames I bent. She knows everything, is always looking for a solution that makes it easy on the customer. Excellent service every time!

My experience was awesome, Nicole Moser,GM,on from Hong Kong from my optometrist and recognized the prescription when some of the others did not. She then was able to hurry me along as I was in a hurry and selected my frames and within four hours as she promised they were ready and notified me. She should be commended for her experience and customer service.

First time using this company and will not be going back. They messed up my husbands glasses up twice. They put the wrong prescription in the glasses not once but twice. They lack attention to detail, it took over a month to get this fixed. They offered no compensation for their mistake, other than a simple im sorry.

I had a great experience at Eyeglass World, with the help of Ms. Kenyatta. I got the frames I love at a low price.

We came in and sat for over an hour and other customers were acknowledged and not us. There was 3 associates working and the only acknowledgement we received was the lady with the braids. She was helping another customer and still trying to help us along. Another customer came in with a dog. She was not scanned in and went straight to the counter. The representative played with the dog, watched tricks and still never acknowledged that we we waiting. Very disappointed in the service.

Ive given this location the benefit of the doubt a few times Ive spent a couple thousand dollars over 5 years now Ive done business with them and every time theyve dropped the ball. Original purchase was the 2 for one sale and I asked the girl if it was a better deal than using my insurance and she said oh yeah, well out of curiosity I called my insurance and they actually wouldve covered a large percentage of the glasses, so she lied on that. The second incident was one I purchased contacts and asked for them to be delivered, they were never delivered and actually sat at the store for close to 4 weeks before I was able to get them, no phone call or nothing. A month ago I went in to purchase sunglasses and was told be the associate that the ones I was looking at were to expensive and that I should get a cheaper similar pair? Honestly she told me this. Finally this last purchase same thing the glasses havent even been shipped because they were under the impression I was going to pick them up. I called the 1800 number only to be told someone from the store would call me later on today, well its 10pm Im sure theyll call...So oakley cant fill my prescription and eyeglass world wasnt the issue with that, they also overnighted me my glasses. It took the store 2 days to return my call after I called the 1800 and thats when the explained everything to me, shouldve not taken all of this if they had common sense. I bought glasses and didnt pick them up due to a miss understanding after 24 to 48 hours nobody thought to call me?? Good bye eyeglass world.
