The young man who helped me was extremely patient and knowledgeable, he took his time to help me even though other customers had walked in. I definitely appreciate his service this morning

Majority of their disposable vapes are faulty and they don’t care, nobody answers phone calls, the lady that’s always there has absolutely horrible customer service skills and she acts like she hates being there. I’ve had nothing but a bad experience with them.

This place is the worst place to shop just bought a vape and doesnt work and taste burnt and tried to exchange it for another one and all he said was sorry 17 dollars wasted dont wast your money here such a scam and waste of time

Kinda sad, I am sitting in front of the store at almost 10:30AM and no ones here, says they are supposed to be open at 10. Was looking at potentially buying a new mod, tank, coils, juice, totaling well into the 150-200 range. I usually stick with planet vape on discovery way and beach Blvd, some of the coolest people Ive ever met work there, and still supplied me through the COVID mess with curbside pickup. I wish things were different smoker empire! :( Could have paid a quarter of your lot rent today 💔

I went to Smoke Empire the other day to get new sheesha since the one we had opened wasnt working like it should and we havent had an issue with that brand before. I decided to have a look around with my boyfriend and to my horror they are selling sheesha (tobacco) as well as vape fluid that is expired in 2014! I brought it to the sales clerks attention that over 20 of the products I looked at were expired by several years according to the use by dates printed on the packages and he said they dont go bad so we dont follow those dates. He then started arguing with me about expired dates when we had told him that the whole reason we came in was that we had bought some sheesha from them maybe two months ago and we opened it and it didnt put out the flavor it should and then we had found out that it was sold several years expired. This business is very shady and charging full price for items they know are expired by several years.

Got a great selection of juices (I’m hooked on the pachamama!) close to home and I get my groceries from Publix in the same plaza two trips one!

Id give zero stars if I could. I was there last Friday after a date with my husband. When we came in, we saw a guy (bald, in his 40s) working there. He didnt greet us or anything, but we ignored it. After a few seconds of looking around in amazement, we asked him for help. He said, What are you looking for? I told him this was my first time, and I didnt know much about the vape. He rolled his eyes and went back to whatever he was doing, so we walked out. Very rude!! Id rather take my money somewhere else. He needs a lesson in customer service because he was awful. Just disgusting.Edit: I went back almost a week later to give the store another try, but to no surprise, the service was horrible. I had even explained to him that I am new to smoking devices (pens/vapes) hoping he would be a little nicer. It was the same guy who didnt want to be bothered. Meh its ok. Pretty pricey compared to another local vape shop. They ran out of the juice I was buying from them and when I asked when they might get more in their reply was Just try something different. Not real impressed. They had an acceptable selection of juices but nothing to write home about. And the staff is not very knowledgeable about the product they are trying to sell. If you have another option for your vaping needs I would use it.

Horrid customer service, staff was clearly bothered by being asked a question about a product being sold in the store. And when i attempted to pick up the item to read the box (searching for answers that he didn’t care to discuss) he moved the box away from me and held on to it so that i couldn’t touch it. Won’t even get into the possible reasons why... take your business elsewhere guys!

Hours are posted 10am on website but I’m sitting outside store and it’s closed with no new hours posted anywhere. That means I’m sitting waiting for it to open and I don’t even know if they are coming. That sucks
