If you need somewhere to feel uncomfortable this shop is it. From the entire cabinet display of numbing agents and beakers to the man in a hoodie with 10 cell phones and dumping thousands of dollars into the bitcoin machine there are plenty of options. You can also pay about $5-$50 (depending on the product of course) more for the SAME items shops all around the area sell. I use to love Smoke City and now every store is dirty, mismanaged, and just all around sketchy to be in.

This place has real glass art notable artists in glassblowing such as Hamms waterworks, Toro, Highly Educated, and so on. It was very refreshing to find a shop in Jacksonville where the best quality piece of glass isnt a Cheech. Nothing against generic production glass, but its not everyday you find the quality they have here.

Sold me 2 brand new vapes that both died in less than a day. wont recharge. wont take a charge.

Walked in, woman behind the counter was vaping and not wearing a mask. Asked her if she had one to wear and was net with a short no. Turned around to walk out, thats fine, and heard a sarcastichave a good one! as I left. How are you going to vape inside then roll your eyes and give an attitude when a customer asks if you have a mask to wear during a pandemic? Dont recommend.

I will not be returning to this smoke shop ever again. I was excited to buy a few pieces and some much needed supplies . Within 5 minutes of my visit I was immediately disappointed and appalled from the customer service received. The male employee was not only rude but had a snobby moment to top it off. A friend of mines asked for a smaller version of the handheld oil burner glass water bong on display and The male employee replied with a nasty attitude by sending my friend to the Sunoco down the street. Yet the location had exactly what was being inquired. This location lost not only my business but anyone one I know. Thumbs down for this shop!!!!

They have a great selection of anything to do with smoking,pipe tobaco , pipes , papers , insence , etc.

They had what I went to get . So I was on and out no fuss or trouble.

Google and the sign on the door says it opens at 8am. Here i am at almost 9 and the building is still locked.

Its pretty nice. Not 5 star only because they dont carry some weirder things.

No one at the store will help me Kylie has refused to respond to my emails, my messages, and Ive been in and spoken with Josh, Chris, Jason, Ashley I have ubered every time and spent my hard-earned money to try to fix this Ive emailed corporate with no response Ive made many phone calls like I said Ive showed up in person at this point Im going to say that this place is absolute trash even though my review below I was happy with this place until I realized how overpriced they were compared to what you will find other stores I mean like literally $20 more than other stores on most products. But what gets me the most is there any ability to be honest and transparent with the customer and have good communication theyre basically just robbing people. I have no respect for this company whatsoever I wish I could take back any good review which I could but Im going to show that I was a valuable customer that they have now lost forever. And now I have a smok that I cant do anything with that all whatsoever. So much for my first vaping experience thanks a lot Smoke City for ruining it. One of the better smoke shops around Jacksonville. Also most often there is a very cute girl working behind the counter. They have a great selection of dab rigs and all the accessories that go with. They also have one of the best selections of Kratom other than another shop that I will not name on this review.

People are very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had. Theres so many products and new products. Kudos to them for keeping up with all that stuff and it must be a pain to answer all those questions and explain all options all the time. And they werent pushy at all.

I generally have a great experience here unless it’s all females working. They don’t greet you, and I’ve actually left with making a purchase because they never acknowledged my presence.Despite this, I am a loyal customer.

My $30 quartz banger from smoke city is the best nail Ive ever owned. I never worry about it shattering from temp control and when the black residue builds up from taking a concentrate hit too hot every so often it takes about 2 minutes to clear it up completely to perfectly seasoned quartz. Will definitely be getting my nails here for future pieces.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices, however, are beyond reasonable. I appreciate the art of glass blowing, but they have just standard pipes for $20+ that you can get at your local Habib for 5$+. Definitely the highest priced glass in town.

Bought something from them as a gift for a friend and left the store. I was gone no longer than 10 mins and realized I grabbed the wrong one. Came back and they would not exchange or refund. Guy told me he would get in trouble if he did which I understand he is just doing his job. So I’m out of $25 because they have a nasty owner and I can assure you I will not ever come back or recommend them to anyone!

I bought a rig that was way to expensive and it doesnt even smoke right... And the glass ball melted... They wouldnt refund me or exchange this faulty rig and i even offered to buy one thats 20$ more with the refund money.... Messed up smoke shop dont go there...

I would like to start this off by saying that I am a Sales Consultant for a multi billion dollar company which is Chrysler. Never in my life have I been treated so terrible nor have I treated someone the way this store did after I purchased a product from this store in Jacksonville, Fl ... I was advised by a guy who works there (Who I entrusted to be a knowledgeable guy) to purchase a certain product. After purchasing I returned to the store not even 3 mins later, To inform them that there product doesn’t fit my needs & this guy told me there a no refunds or exchanges which I can accept. What I can’t accept is the total lack of regard for customer service, I had a simple problem & they had an easy solution to it. Instead of trying to help me they literally just told “sorry man, Maybe keep that one & but another or wait until I found a cartridge that fits. Owner definitely needs to inform his co-workers that customer service is key & instead of blowing me off he could’ve just help me, I had a problem & he had a solution. Sorry about the review but I can’t do that in my line of work nor will I let anyone do it to me.

Best selection of Kratom Ive seen since I have moved from Ohio and its decent but also waaaay over priced, 15$ for an half oz is insane when I was paying that for 2 whole oz

Very good selection but marked up prices. Although I am consistently disappointed in the customer service. I get the impression that I am bothering the employees whenever I ask them a question, or ask to see something. I have experienced a nice and helpful employee but most of they are a bit pretentious.Example: I asked if they had any recycler pieces in stock and the response was Well, what kind of recyclers? Theyre around, just take a lookThe reason I asked was because I didnt know and I obviously couldnt find them, just thought it was a bit headier than thou response.

Worst smoke shop I’ve ever been too. Mainly because of customer service. They sold me a battery that was broken upon opening and I took it back for them to troubleshoot and when I went to pick it up they “lost it”. So they took my $30 dollars and didn’t give me another battery or even my broken one back. The owner literally told me to come back and pick it up and when I did they didn’t have it and took my 30$ and said they would sell me another one for 20% off!! You have to research the products on your own. Staff really isnt informed about the products. And making a return is like pulling teeth with string. Basically no returns.

Bought a juul starter kit from them for $64. When I got home I checked the price and found out that as a new customer on the Juul website I can get it for half as much as smoke city. I tried to return to the juul, or at the very least get reimbursed for the massive price difference. They were adamant about their no return policy and basically ripped me off. Safe to say never giving them money again.

They sell fraudulent items and Im filing a report to the BBB right now.

Horrible. Do not go here. I came here for the blunt power spray and the guy recommended this other spray for the same price saying it lasts longer. And also said if I didnt like it, I can bring it back. I brought it back with the receipt and the bottle was full and he looked in my face and said that he didnt say that like I just made it up or something. $7.95 in the trash.

I have been going to Smoke City for about seven years now, and I have yet to be disappointed. Sure, they mark up quite a bit depending on the item, but they cant be beat in selection of just about any item you can think of. They have great customer service, and even when there is a hiccup in my experience, they always fix it as best they can immediately.

They have just about everything you could ever want. The selection is excellent and the people that work there are extremely nice and have knowledge of all products. However, the prices are astronomical. I realize that a company is out to turn a profit, and they are the only store that offers specific items, but thats no reason to capitalize on the consumer. The plus of this store is that instead of ordering it online somewhere else for half the price, you can get it now, but youll pay extra. To be fair, I believe they put a lot of time and money into getting the right products. If they lowered their prices Id be there all the time, but as with most people im assuming this is the store of last resort when you dont want to wait for an order from an online company.

Ive been a loooong time customer of Smoke City, ever since I started my freshman year at UNF in 2011.Its a decent place to get small things like wraps, papers, accessories, and the occasional small piece of glassware—they have a pretty good selection of exotic wraps and theres no place I prefer to pick up my next drop-down joint. Their e-nails are actually reasonably priced, too, now that I think about it.But if youre looking to get anything like large glass pieces, e-cigarette hardware, and even e-liquid, youd be better off getting it online. I just spent 34.95 on 90mL of juice that has to be at least a year and a half old. I shouldve known better, but it came in a box, so I didnt see the disgusting dark color until I opened it. Bam Bam Cannoli in a 3mg is not supposed to be black and taste like moldy death. And a recurring theme at Smoke City: no returns whatsoever.So make your tiny purchases here, but beware spending more than $20 in this place.
