The guy behind the counter was rude because I wasn’t a pro and needed help...but he also apparently didn’t know what he was talking about. I was visiting from Georgia and went in for a coil. I’m new to vaping and not very knowledgeable but when I tried to hit my vape after the combination coil/juice he sold me it was terrible. Took it back to the shop in my hometown and they told me the coil/juice combo or something (salt nic? Idk for sure like I said I’m new and rely on my vape shop in town who has helped me every step of the way) is why my vape is hitting messed up. Don’t bother going here if you have any questions or need help.

Guy was too busy watching movies, go to the smoke shop by outback, they are huge and friendly

Ron was awesome. I was traveling and he was able to set me up with a new device because mine was malfunctioning and even set me up with a new flavor juice. Anytime Im traveling through Jax I know where I am stopping for all my vaping needs.
