Update: Looks like they have hired some new people . They are kind and nice and I havent had any issues with anyone. I still am making the drive to shop here . By far, I have shopped at many looking for best Prices as well as variety in town and I drive 20 miles just to shop in this store! Plus the customer service is above and beyond that I have yet to experience in a shop if this kind! Prices on cigarettes are awesome! Nobody is cheaper so who wouldn’t make the effort to shop here than anywhere else! I can say I won’t need to shop at any other store other than this one from here on! I was amazed at the selection they have that I took a lot of pics so I could share .

The associate we worked with was AMAZING. He was so helpful and got us everything we needed. We were visiting Jacksonville for the weekend and ended up here. And I wish we lived there so we could visit this place more often. They have a great selection of juices and vapes along with other tobacco-related products. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really good people here, they actually care about their customers. They are always happy to strike up a conversation with you, I think they said they were from Syria, and they always teach me something interesting about their culture. If your a regular and your a little short one day they will work with you just pay them back next time you come in. They go above and beyond to help people. I refer all my people to HR Vape.

The atmosphere was great. The guy that waited on us was really nice. They even had a flavor (Cotton Candy ) that I have a hard time finding at home. Prices are fair and reasonable. This place has a wide selection of devices, juice, glass, and more! The prices are comparably lower than competitors. The staff is helpful and friendly. I tried this place out because of the convenience of my daily commute, bought my usual product at a lower price than my usual spot. I saved money, time, and gas. This my new spot! No offense to my regular vape shop.

Sam helped me tremendously when I needed it most. Ive been going through quite a bit of stress and anxiety and his tea has been a healthy, amazing alternative to pills (Xanax, Valium etcetera) and drinking for me. He is incredibly helpful and kind and is more than willing to instruct you on how to make your own kratom tea at home, which has been a blessing for me. My mom is in the hospital and may not make it so my chest is constantly feeling like its going to explode from stress, but his tea got rid the chest pains, panic attacks and constant crying. It also does not make me tired. Thank you so much!!!

Hiyan helped me try to find replacement glass for my vape tank. She spent 10 mins with me trying different glass. I even broke one trying to fit it on and she helped dispose of it and insisted she would find a fit. I eventually just bought a new tank. A+++ service and selection. Don’t go anywhere else.

I bought pure lychee dank RG CBD bar from this location. I left the store before checking. Upon opening, the label read “Lechee Dank.” That means it’s fake.The representative did not refund my entire purchase for selling me a fake product. Instead, they offered a discount for purchasing a (probably fake) PuffBar.Come to this location for fake products. I will never return.
