They delivered early as requested even though they have a busy delivery day. The fruit is reportedly sweet and delicious and the dippped pineapple bunnies were big and creative. The basket with dipped decorated strawberries looked like eggs strung throughout the arrangement as though it were an Easter basket. I will definitely call them directly to order again.

Everything with my order was flawless. There were special instructions for delivery that were followed to the letter. The strawberries were absolutely wonderful and the overall gift presentation was fantastic. I cannot recommend this store enough!

I ordered a large bouquet at 9:27am today. I called the store and the gentleman who answered my call was VERY helpful (I didn’t get his name unfortunately). I explained that the person who this is being delivered to leaves work early and I wasn’t sure what time she would be leaving today. I explained I understood that it was last minute and that if they couldn’t guarantee a time it was okay. He and the rest of the staff said they would hurry up and make that order for it to go out on the first delivery and that it should be there by 12pm. It took ONE hour and they had it delivered!!! Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!!! Thank you!!!

This store is on Southside Blvd. near Touchton.It has parking if you would rather pick up your gift items, because they do charge for delivery. Great phone manners, and great in store customer service. Just go to the website and have an idea of what you want, and they will do the rest.Check out those chocolate covered strawberries!!!

Bad customer service and Company need to get a new computer, she was telling me it was shutting down and freezing and the worker was acted like she did not want to take my order with a nonchalant attitude. The workers need better training and need to do anything to perfect customer service I was very disappointed and now I can’t put in The order I requested for my mothers birthday gift and I was told they closed at 5 and clearly it says they close at 7 on there website that need to be fixed ASAP.

Disappointed because we went there for smoothies after hearing the EA smoothies are some of the best. We were told at the Bartram location that they didn’t do them but Southside did, so we headed across town excited. When we got there, a worker came up front from the back and asked what we needed and we said smoothies and he looked at us like they wanted to say no. He went to the kitchen and we saw him whisper something to someone who told him to just say no we don’t do smoothies here. So he came back and told us “no we don’t have the ingredients for smoothies”. The worker at Bartram Park who was friendly and helpful said “go to the Southside location. They have smoothies and they will make them out of just ice and fruit that we make the arrangements out of!” So how would they not have the ingredients for them when we saw they were in the back making arrangements? It was nowhere near closing time, so it was a horrible excuse to be lazy and they lost out on us. We will not go back.

I called and got help from Jessica. She was so helpful and as sweet as she could be. I would definitely order again!!! Great customer service is a bonus!!!! I was talking with the service person and was put on hold twice during the order. When it was delivered to my daughter the arrangement was missing the chocolate covered strawberries and when I complained the store gave me a 5 dollar credit instead of sending a new arrangement. The fruit was fresh but not what I ordered. Very disappointed.

I placed an order to be delivered to a friend at a specific time. I called the shop and spoke with Josh. He confirmed with his manager and they agreed to have it delivered during that timeframe. Awful! are not customer focus just about taking your money. A MESS! and one would think they would be more customer friendly. Especially since its located in a very questionable part of the city.

What a pleasure working with this establishment to surprise my husband for his birthday. Very friendly, eagerly accommodating, and excellent on their delivery promise. The bouquet was also beautiful!! I highly recommend!

The product and company is great and I reccomend them for unique items for occasions. However, look out for their drivers on the road, they drive like complete maniacs without consideration for anyone else. They are delivering gift baskets-not saving lives!!!

Needed assistance for anniversary gift to be sent to my wife. Saw one on there google site , so calledto order but the female who ans needed name or code to order it I described it and still she said she has 16 different types. I didnt care just wanted a strawberry bouquet to be sent. No customer service to at least try to use imagination or suggest something. Needless to say I hang up and went elsewhere. We fellas sometime need a little help we arnt too particular, so guys dont call this location for your significant if youre needing a little help or someone to go the extra mile!!

This organization does not even deserve a star. Tony has the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. He hung up in my face twice while trying to bring resolution to my sisters birthday delivery. They do not know how to resolve problems and I will never deal with this company ever again! They do not appreciate their customers for your business. I am pretty sure I am not the first customer they have lost. Furthermore, I feel sorry for the way they treat their workers, they are also under-appreciated, but if Edible Arrangements continues to operate this way, soon they will not have any customers. Called for my mother to send her friend a basket in Jacksonville. We called around 12:30 & my mothers friend called to thank her at 2:30 pm. Her friend was thrilled with the gift (in all honesty, I couldnt picture her saying something bad about her gift but she seemed very happy.)

Felt like the lady was rushing me off the phone while placing the order after every time i said something she was basically talking before i finished the sentence. Slight attitude. Then asked to get a courtesy call before they arrived and said they normally do but never got a call. Product was delivered though. Will use another store next time.

Very unhappy. Spent over $50 to have some chocolate covered strawberries sent to my boyfriend. He was not at home at the time of delivery so they gave me the option of leaving them outside or with a random neighbor who could deliver them later.Now just waiting for my boyfriend to get home to find a $50 puddle of chocolate at his door.Will not be ordering again.
