It’s a good Publix. Staff are always very helpful and greet at the door. If an item is priced incorrectly bring it to their attentions and as part of their policy on correct price guarantee they will give one of the items for free and correct the price of the others if buying multiple.Though it’s seldom that happens. And usually happens if there is an item that is on special and was not correctly included in their system.The grocery section is always well stocked and fresh. Always someone around if you have any questions.

This is a fairly new Publix store.The store is well-lit. The aisles are wide. The shelves are fully stocked. The employees are helpful.This is the first Publix I have visited with a self-service aisle. I used it for my purchases and used the Publix app to pay. It worked smoothly and it was fast.There is plenty of parking and this is a well designed, large store. It is an upscale grocery store and likely to be very popular with the breadth of services it offers. A pharmacy, deli, good wine selection, and large selections of meat and baked goods.Publix also provides COVID-19 shots as a public service. This service has allowed residents to obtain these shots from a local neighborhood store and enabled Florida to get many people vaccinated that may have had trouble otherwise.It makes the grocery stores of the past seem as outmoded as the cracker barrel country stores that used to be commonplace.

Its always a pleasure to shop at this Publix. Ive shopped here since its been open .The workers have always been very helpful.

I go here almost everyday. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and well stocked, and the subs are great.

I love this Publix, If I ever need help, They will walk me to the item I am looking for.The store is clean and is laid out well.I buy seafood here because it never smells fishy in that department.I drive past 2 Publix stores to use the best store.😀

Without a doubt, the best varieties of aprons for one. Their sushi has expanded offerings! My personal favorite over all is sushi. Here it is always fresh. Also, you cant beat the $5 sushi on Wednesdays. This Publix crew is the best, bar none.

I don’t have much good to say about this Publix. They never seem to have anything in stock. Went there today with something I specifically needed and they were sold out. They also stopped offering rain checks (probably because this location has to write so many of them… they literally never have what you need in stock). They also have a really poor-quality produce section where the bananas are always tiny and green (who wants that?). The bakery overcooks the coconut pastries every time (which makes them inedible). I have ordered a deli sandwich from here on multiple occasions and it was always poor quality. I’ve since started getting my chicken tender subs at a different Publix down the street. I’ve never encountered a helpful staff member at this location, come to think of. It’s almost like they do it on purpose to drive customers away. It’s just a junky Publix whose owners and employees don’t take a lot of pride in stocking their shelves or providing quality products. Overall, I recommend you save yourself the headache of going into this Publix just to be disappointed. There are two other Publix grocery stores that are within a ten minute drive and you would be better served at one of those locations. The new Publix off Race Track Road is significantly better than this store. This store honestly needs to close. They have tarnished my love of Publix grocery stores and they will let you down, too. Trust me on this.

Check your receipt!! After month of research and multiple store tests the results are in.Publix here in Florida have been scamming customers for years! Most BOGOS are added back to the bottom. I have also found multiple duplicated. Beware!

Subs were great, no line and fresh items. Rarely see popcorn chicken ready and they had . Great service!

Love this Publix! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Food assortment is always on point and the weekly specials are great!Cant go wrong with a pub sub, get the chicken tender sub if you have not had one, if you like it spicy ask for buffalo style and they will check the tenders and toss in buffalo sauce. So good!

The deli hummus and the Ithaca hummus were covered with mold and the deli wrap was rock solid as if they left it out overnight.

I ordered a ice cream cake and sandwiches platters for a birthday party. As always, the food was ready when promised and the order was correct! The ultimate sub platters were fresh and very tasty. The ice cream cake with cream icing is the best in town.

I went to the deli department and ordered the Herbed Tofu wrap, and I was helped by Lindsey. I had the best experience! I always order the tofu wrap, and usually the worker will be very rude about having to go get the “special” ingredients for it. Although the counter was out of the Herbed Tofu, Lindsey went and got a replacement option that was still a plant based option. She was so nice the whole time, and never complained or acted rude towards me about having to do extra work. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Publix deli, and I will definitely return in the future! Thank you Lindsey! My wrap was awesome! 😊

This Publix location is very clean and organized. You rarely have to wait more than 3-5 minutes for checkout and the staff is friendly.

Horrible location. People beg all outside, produce and meat look gross. Staff is great. Place isnt.

Only pharmacy I will utilize near me!. Both pharmacists and pharmacy techs knowledgeable in terms of conflict between meds. Saved my life by informing me two of my meds were dangerous to take together. Other than that it is just a typical grocery store!

I wanted to acknowledge Mrs. Gina - Manager at Publix. She went above and beyond in helping me. For the last 10 years my brother has fed the homeless or people less fortunate at the City Rescue Mission. We gather turkeys every year and feed about 1300-1400 people for Thanksgiving. She helped me get them all together and it was a huge order. I cant thank Mrs. Gina and her staff enough. You will put a smile on many peoples faces. Thank you for your help and compassionJennifer

This store has a very good level of customer service. Ive noticed that employees are quick to check with me if I appear to be looking for an item..... The staff will check with me to offer their assistance in finding what Im looking for. This is my favorite place to shop for groceries.

I am a fan of Publix, but this location seems to get the short end on produce and other items. Shelves are often not re-stocked or they do not carry the same usual items. I think because they are #1 Newly established and #3 Covid impacts, they just havent had a chance to get to 100%

Bought a lotto ticket. The glass is up because of Covid 19. The female clerk took the ticket and thumped it under glass making it slide across to me. Instead of politely Sliding ticket under glass. Treated me like i was a animal. I felt disrespected. I called in a complaint on her. Her low self esteem is evident.

The team that works at this location are top notch. What I dislike about this publix is the lack of cart returns.

Great store. Customer service and cleanliness is fantastic like most publix stores. Love the fact that they are back open till 10pm again. What I really appreciate about this location is that they dont rush you to get out of the store at closing time. They usually will let you spend an extra 10-15 mins. In the store after hours. Unlike Wal-Mart! Only thing that I am on the fence about is the reset that they did, moving the isles around as far as product placement is concerned 😟; throws you off a little bit.

My father, who is a Vet and disabled has a terminal illness and Wellcare insurance and which has a contract with Publix to provide medications for Wellcare holders refused to fill his prescriptions. I think Publix shouldnt have signed contracts and then deny service. I have a negative opinion about Publix, who pick and choose who they serve.

Public is limiting paper towels to 1 per person. Im not mad about the limit, I understand. Im mad they you arent putting signs up to warn people. Im sure you have tons of people who grab more than one roll. Then you let them know and put it back on the shelf. How many people are touching the same rolls that keep getting put back on the shelf. If you want to help slow the spread of this virus you gotta prevent stupid simple ways of transmission.pit a sign up so you dont have 100 people touching the same rolls being put back up! Anyways at least its limited so people cant hoard.

The produce manager Scott is always really rude to me when I go in and it makes me not want to shop here anymore. I like this one because it’s nicer than the one by my house but he’s so mean that I don’t want to come in anymore. He also made me cry and he then was saying to calm down and not stress over things I can’t control as if that would make me feel better. The other produce manager is much nicer to me.

Publix has the best customer service! I picked up a beautiful cake today to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday who was flying in from out of town. I was devastated when my two year old accidentally knocked it off the counter minutes after we got home. I called and spoke to Lauren in the bakery. She told me she could have a new one made for me in 30 minutes. She showed so much kindness today and made my day and my mother-in- laws birthday. Thank you so much Lauren for going above and beyond my expectations and creating such a beautiful cake!

Very large very clean store. They had an enormous amount of pre-made meals that are delicious and convenient.

Love Publix but, changing the store around during a virus was not smart. Even the app doesnt have a lot of the items locations.
