Hands down one of the best Publixs locations in the greater Jacksonville area. The staff here makes all other locations feel like walmarts. From the front desk to the cashiers and even those in the isles stocking, everyone is always ready to help and maintain the store.

This is specifically for the deli. My boss asks me frequently to go get pub subs last minute and this is normally between the hours of 7pm-9pm. They shut half of the sub making down and I totally understand that, but every time Ive been there, there has been a pretty long line and one stressed out employee. Granted, that employee has EVERY SINGLE TIME been kind and gracious, but obviously stressed out. I go out of my way to go to this deli because they are amazing and maybe thats why they always have a line - because they are fantastic. But also, publix- maybe adjust your scheduling to not stress your employees out so much, just a thought.

Great folks, just like all Publix locations, and they have all the items on my shopping list 99% of the time. The good part is that they will seek out and special order items for me, if needed. They always seek to be accommodating and helpful.

I had to stop in to pick up pizza dough for dinner. They had it in the cooler hanging out just waiting for me. Conveniently, they also had pepperoni and cheese in the cooler too! Sweet! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The store was nice and clean and everything was fully stocked as usual!

This is the best Publix Ive seen in Jacksonville. Its clean, the staff are great, courteous, and eager to help you if you need it. The Deli is the best deli around, plain and simple. They bend over backwards to help you and their products are awesome. I would go there everyday if my diet would allow me LOL. Either way the whole store is great.

Publix Bakery all cakes and cupcakes were fresh out the freezer and none baked fresh and none of the cupcakes were colorful and vibrant just a bland selection of white cupcakes and then the cake was gorgeous but the most DRY cake ever and all the Publix on the beach bakeries are selling dry cakes. And I had crab legs seasoned and wow I only asked for seasoned not to make fun of me for asking for them seasoned 😔

Publix is always stress free shopping. Great deals. Friendly employees.

I love publix, I took a while to order my sandwiches and the lady making them didnt seem to get upset. She was a great worker and now they are giving free cookies to the kids again.

The Publix at Intercoastal Plaza, not my usual Publix, has an older layout which took a minute or two to get re-familiarized. After that it was easy to find everything.Publix as a company is known for the high quality of their employees. This store exemplifies that quality extremely well. Busy workers, in different departments were not too busy to ask me if I needed help. The cashier and the gentleman working the check out area were fast, efficient, and more than courteous!The Publix workers that I encountered were all wearing a smile which was noticeable in their eyes, even with the rest of their faces covered by masks.

The only place we can find pumpernickel croutons for our Ceaser salad so I made a special stop for them and also grabbed the Publix brand salad dressing. It was delicious.

Publix is a GREAT place to shop and I go there almost every day for 30 years. I really enjoy shopping there very much because of the people that work there. I go to the one at Beach Blvd. and San Pablo Rd. However, I get stressed when I go to their Pharmacy because the people there are the worst I have ever worked with such very unfriendly people. I dread it when the doctor sends a prescription to them and tells me to start taking it right away because I know it will be a long, long time before they will fill the prescription. As a matter of fact, I always ask my doctor what I can do in the mean time because I know it will be a big delay and I want to wait till the next day to pick it up because of that. The pharmacist acts like they are doing you a favor filling it in the first place. They do their best to ignore customer and make them wait even when no one else is there in line. They still make the customers wait. They are barely polite, they are very, very slow and do their best to never make eye contact with you unless you are sanding right in front of them. Once your prescription is ready and you pick it up, they cannot get rid or you fast enough. You feel like you left Publix and went to a different store. You may ask why my family stay with them, it is simple...because the other 90% of Publix and the other employees are great, helpful and friendly and cannot do enough for their customers and also, it is convenient since I am there almost every day.

Don’t go here if you plan on getting a rotisserie chicken for lunch! Here it is 11:15 and it’s going to be 51 minutes!’ This happens ALL the time!!!! Don’t know what the problem is! I had list of items to get but just left and went to Winn Dixie where they always have the chickens at lunch and they ate cooked not half done like Publix has been putting out.

I regularly shop at this Publix. But Ive noticed too many customers not wearing face coverings! When I bring this to the attention of the Customer Service desk, they tell me this policy is not enforceable. Not what I expect as an answer.

Everyone at this location is super friendly except for Nancy. She just always seems to be having a bad day.

Sub Sandwich Station closed before 8 pm (an hour and a half early) and employees act like its a hassle to cut cold cuts at the deli, so I just left without purchasing anything

The pharmacy at this Publix is an absolute joke. It seems like they hired pharmacy techs from wish.com. Stay away at all possible because they dont care if its life or death for you,because its on their time no matter what. This place needs new management and is an absolute joke when it come to getting peoples medications. STAY FAR AWAY

I was disappointed with the service at the sandwich counter. I was skipped. Then when it was my turn, the lady behind the counter turned and walked away. She didnt acknowledge me in any way. Im used to most Publix employees being overly polite. Not at the deli here.

They have great service and good prices. They also have a station where you can get a sub and a drink if your in a rush. Overall one of the nicest grocery stores in the area.
