I was a dedicated Publix shopper up until my most recent experience. I was watching and waiting for the person in front of me to be checked out. They gave the cashier a $20 dollar bill and everything was fine. When it came time for me to pay, I gave the cashier a $20 dollar bill fresh from the Bank and it was immediately checked with a marker. Can you guess the difference in our skin tones? This was the first time I’ve had that too happen to me at Publix and especially for such a small bill. I’m highly offended and disappointed. Do better Publix!

Customer service here is always excellent!!!! Makes me happy to be able to find some products like the picanha and guarana. I wish they would have crab legs on sale more often and that their water refill machine did stay down so often

Quick and easy trip(s)!! Pharmacy is right in the very front. Bakery & Deli next to pharmacy. Compared to some of the other Publix stores, this one is laid out perfectly. It flows very nicely.

Please talk with your baggers.Not just this Publix.I do Instacart and I am met with so much negativity. I am nice but sometimes I have multiple orders at once.So I might ask for plastic one single bag one double or even paper and I always ask please not to heavy and bag with care.I never ask too much.I am also more than happy to bag my own orders .One guy got mad when I ask him for double bags he quickly apologized when I said I would be happy to bag it myself.I am not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just think it needs to be said Instacart is still representing your loyal customers and there items deserve the same quality care.I also ask cold items and dry be separated for cooler bag purposes.Please fix this .Thank You

This is how a grocery store is supposed to look and feel. The staff here are superb. Theyre always happy and theyre always very well-groomed. They are well abreast of where everything is in the store and their courtesies and matters are Beyond outstanding. I wish all other Publix stores were this way. Publix has an outstanding reputation throughout our nation and I have rarely had a bad experience at any of your stores. This is my preferred location to shop

I notice lately customer service dont greets you once you are entering Publix. They use too all the time. I feel like Im in Miami where no one there greets you or help you. Some floor mangers sometimes say hello or do you need help. But the employees at this Publix are so nice and I see how they treat customers too. Helping customers with their bags. I have to give a big hands to the employees that works there. Mangers need to do something for their employees like cookouts. Whoever at customer service needs to start greeting customer coming in like it used to be. Thank you

I ordered two 20 piece hot and spicy chicken wings one was spicy gold and the other sweet home Sriracha. I placed the order at 3:20 with a pickup time for 5:30 to give them enough time so they did not have to rush and just throw the wings together and to ensure that the wings were throughly cooked. My order was not ready at 5:30 so I had to wait, the chicken was soggy and barely had any sauce on it due to the sauce being watered down. This is probably why the sauce didnt stay on the wings and the container that it came in was very oily at the bottom which meant they probably used oil to thin the sauces out. This is actually the second time I have encountered a thinned out sauce with this same location and will not be ordering anymore wings from them. Its sad because Publix hands down has the best chicken wings when made right. My family is going to be really disappointed as they love Publix wings but I refuse to pay almost $30 for 40 soggy wings with an oil based sauce that I have to drive 25 minutes to get there as this is the closest location to my house.

We dont normally shop here but they were the closest Publix offering covid vaccines. Its nice. I appreciated the coca cola freestyle machine.

The inventory has let me down recently after they stopped carrying German goods in the International section. No Cajun boiled peanuts. Other than that, Ive been pretty satisfied and the staff is very helpful and courteous.

I just had the most wonderful experience here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today was really above and beyond. It started with the cashier asking if I wanted another ice cream because it was buy one get one free. I contemplated cuz I didnt want a line to form behind me, but luckily the gentleman bagging got it for me! Then a manager came over and helped me bag and started up a wonderful conversation with me. I received very bad news today so it meant the world to me. He then proceeded to continue the conversation while he walked me to my car and helped load the groceries. Thank you all! I hope you get the credit you deserve 😊

Very great location. Parking is tight & close. Their customer service was definitely welcoming & pleasant. The manager went out of her way to assist me while waiting in line & the selection is more accommodating.

Poor availability of many items. The store is blaming that on Covid. The pharmacy has ongoing problems, the pharmacist is very very good but the lack of medication is ridiculous and seems to be getting worse.

Very helpful people work here. As I was leaving the manager asked if he can helped and went through to look for what I wanted all this with me asking for it. Leading by example. I like it here because theyre willing to go the extra mile.

This is a small Publix compared to others. The seafood and meat selections are lacking variety. My bakery experience was awful...I will not buy another cake from this location. I wish they would revamp it so it can compare to the new Publix stores. This is my neighborhood Publix and its disappointing that it is the smallest and most lacking Publix Ive ever been to. It has all the essentials but if youre looking for more than your bread, eggs, butter, etc then you most likely have to go to a different Publix location or a different grocery store altogether.

I would first like to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of dedication that this Publix went to make my family and I satisfied with our order. There was a mix-up with our order from the previous night and after talking with Trevor the Customer Service Representative (who should be a Customer Service EXPERT), we were more than satisfied with our restitution. Monica and Brian also played a crucial role in making us feel special. I will definitely not hesitate to come to this Publix, where shopping is truly a pleasure.

I had a very good experience with the deli employee Dawn! My boyfriend and I had ordered a couple of subs from the deli and I received the wrong sub. I called the deli because I had already left and they told me to come back in the next morning. I came in and was promptly greeted by Dawn who then helped me, answered all of my questions and made me a new sub. Her customer service was excellent and she deserves a raise!!- a happy customer

I normally gove the a 5 but today the deli chicken was dry and very hard. Like I was totally disappointed becaise its a first time occurence for them.

I have to say that Publix keeps their stores in impecable conditions.They are always well organized and clean. Their associates always ask you if you need assistance or if you found what you needed. More places should emulate what Publix does. They do show with their service that they care about their customers.

This is a pretty good Publix with most of the things you can find at others like it. Their food is always fresh and they rarely run out of stock with their items. I would give it 5 stars except the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare at times but other than that its a good place to shop!

I love Publix all together! However today I went to pick up RX and decided to grab a Publix sub! Jackie was the lady who made my sub but Jackie must of been having a bad day. She messed up on the customer in front of me I believe she put mustard on chicken tender sub and the customer did want it on that one sub but took it anyway! Jackie must of been having a tough day, very rude and not friendly. Jackie today was not happy making sandwiches and what I experienced was the rudest PUBLIX associate I believe Ive ever experienced in over 30 years living in Florida!It happens but its unacceptable!It wasnt a pleasure today!

One of the better publix in the area. Customer service people were super helpful as well as the stockers on the floor when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. They never don’t have what I’m there to get like some others in the area. I’ll go a little farther to this on vs some others.
