Store is always clean and well stocked. Excellent take out, great subs and hot platters. Ask for Ian when getting seafood cooked, he does it just right.

This is the worst publix in the state, purely due to the fact that not a single sole has never answered their phones at ANY extension. I have specificity tried the deli over 10 times with nothing but ringing. Either fix your phone system or tell your employees to answer them, either way it should not take me writing a review to get something done about it.

They have the amazing fruit cake in a bar, usually. The person that answered the phone and held some items for us in the Deli is awesome. Fried chicken had a Smokey taste to it though... Weird.

I love love love Publix Stores. The one on 103rd Street is my go to for game day. If youve never had their spicy chicken wings or their sandwiches, or salads, you have just got to check out their deli. Dont forget to make a stop in their bakery for fresh baked goods...

The Management and Staff, are always so friendly and welcoming everytime I go in there... I just have to mention 2 special individuals at the Publix on 103rd street, that always go above and beyond when I am there and they are;Annie - In the Deli DeptRemark (sorry if spelled wrong) - In the Seafood Dept or Wherever they need him to be...So if you go to the 103rd Street Publix, look for Annie and Remark and all the other Amazing Management and Staff...Thank you everyone!!!Timm

Where shopping is a pleasure, right? Well 99 out of 100 times it is at this location. What i currently have an issue with is, the new self check out. I dont get paid to process my purchases by Publix, so i wait for a real person, sometimes 6-7 customers deep. They usually on run 2 other lines, sometimes 1. That is a no no in my book. I understand this may be a cost savings, but until the savings is passed along to me, i am not a fan. If the managers would see long lines, open another register, this IS NOT walmart.

I really wish the produce had more variety in bagged greens. Its clean there, the employees are very nice, and helpful. They run out of wings and premade sandwiches early. The line is usually long and slow back in the deli but the food is delicious.

Went in for a pub sub and had service like Ive never had before. Ask for miss v shes an awesome person and you can just see the love and care she pores into her work and her costumers. If anyone high up reads this give that gal a pat on the back and a raise. She is truly the spirit of Publix🙂!

The employees asked you if you need anything or can they helped to find what youre looking for. They also tell you what tastes good and how good the food is. The deserts tastes real good. I would tell anyone to there and shop for groceries and cook food.

Like any other publix but with a cop inside and out all the time. Long as you dont wonder why a police officer is on a standard pot here, its just like any publix. With all that I shop here 3 times a week and never worried.

This place has changed completely. I hate all of the self checkout that they have put in there putting people out of jobs. The selection of products have become few. But the real reason I came here was to get a sub, I had to finally leave because I was waiting 12 minutes and the line still had not moved. There is no system or structure for deli as there where multiple people just walking up to get subs and no one knew where the line was so people that had been waiting were being skipped by others just walking up after 15 minutes of still waiting I left. Took my 3 year old to use the bathroom, I was scared as heck we were going to catch something from that bathroom it was nasty and with covid Publix should be ashamed. Not only does it need to be cleaned and heavily sanitized it needs a remodel as well. I will not go back to this location ever!

This is my go to publix super in my neighborhood. I Cant give enough 🌟. This place is clean, friendly an secure with Jso onsite. Publix meets most of our household grocery an pharmacy needs. I highly recommend.

Had a bad experience with Dalvin from Deli. He seemed very annoyed that he had to make my sandwiches at the time I went. He made me super mad I almost left the sandwiches he is lucky I was hungry.

Just wanted to give this store some positive feedback. We ordered and picked up an Italian Sub and it was delicious. We were out self-checkout and as we looked away at the end caps considering a drink, the cashier thought we needed assistance. She was really sweet and welcoming. I’d shop here again.

All the staff look like theyre depressed except for maybe three people. The outside parking lot is a minute. Sanitation practices could be a little stronger but I guess theyre doing the best they can. I come here out of convenient not preference.

My Publix. Ive never taken ownership of a market, but this market is the best. Always well stocked with my favorite products, and really friendly and helpful staff. I got both COVID-19 VACCINES st the pharmacy. So this is definitely my Publix. sidenote: Better than Ralphs, the L.A. markets.

I love their deli and my wife loves their chocolate chip cookies. I dont shop at Publix exclusively but when I do its always a nice experience.

If I could give the publix pharmacy a -0 I would. So unprofessional kept telling me all day that my prescription would be ready by end of day. Never received a call. Came in next day around 1 and the prescription was never made. The cashier kept telling me that there was only 1 medication when I know there was 2 and pharmacist confirmed. I had to wait 45 min for the medication to be filled right then NEVER using publix pharm again.

They need to hire more people to help serve people in the deli so no one has to stand for over 30mins if they have to be somewhere. I hate shopping there due to this i pick winndixie for the fact i never stand longer then 5 mins to get sandwich meat or anything i need.

This store needs to get their act together on the prepared food. One of the top sellers, wings and chicken, they never have. The Argyle location is the place to go for these items. Seems they know how to order and keep it stocked for the numerous people that request them.

The employees was very helpful and polite. I had a special request in the meat department. Before feeling my request the employee explain to me the difference in pricing due to My request. I give Publix 10 stars. I had a great shopping experience.

For years my family and I have been shopping here and we never had an issue with our Publix Super Market, but today 5/28/2021 a family member of mine was being discriminated by not only the staff, but by one of the managers as well when he asked for $10 for a powerball ticket and $10 for a lotto ticket. The staff there had a miscommunication with him and explained to their higher ups that he said something completely different, to where one of the managers yelled at my dad to get out the store. My father knows little English but knows how to explain what he’s trying to do. He wanted to clear the misunderstanding and be a value customer, he wanted to tell the store manager what happened, but he was thrown out. Someone at the store knew Spanish, and my dad needed a translator but one of the managers told his employee to shut up and not help my father out when there’s a language barrier. As soon as I got off of work an hour later, he explained the situation to me. I would like to speak to the regional manager about this misunderstanding since my father is a very kind person and feels like he should be heard, this whole misunderstanding would have never happened if they heard him out in the most respectful manner, as well as someone else helping him with the language barrier.

Deli is the worst ever. Tried to see if it was just a bad day but its never-ending bad service. Online order but they cant make sure your online order is correct and if you order in person its always a long line or theyre out of something. No bread, no mayo, no cheese its always something. Bakery even messed up the cake. Wrong color and flavor this is by far the worst Publix Ive ever dealt with.

I definitely love Whataburger at Neptune Beach they are the bomb.com very good food

This afternoon, I had the pleasure to be taken care of by Cherra in the deli. Where lunch is a pleasure. Before I ever made it to the counter, I knew I would get an awesome sub. She greeted me warmly, smiled (as best she could with a muzzle on), and was attentive. She was efficient, cleaned up between sandwiches, made sure my ingredients were fresh and not old and wilted, and she cleaned the knife off so that I didnt have mustard or mayo on my bread. I dont like these condiments on my sub. I mentioned to her that she was great and she simply stated, If I wouldnt put on my sub, I wouldnt put it on yours. She may have just been doing her job, but it I havent seen that level of care in the last year at a variety of locations throughout Jacksonville. Thank you Cherra!

By far the most limited selection of Sushi I have yet to see at a Publix. They seemed to be melting together & there was no real fish. Just crunchy cream cheese & cali rolls. Argyle/Oakleaf put this place to shame.

Expensive store to shop at. It looks clean but as soon as you walk into front of store you get a smell of rotten fish coming from the fish section in the back of the store, which means it is not being cleaned well at night. This Publix is a small store compared to to other Publix in the Jacksonville area. The deli area in back has some really nice ladies who work well together in a cramped area. I have eaten a lot of sandwiches and chicken from that area and gotten a lot of meat never had a problem at all . The produce section is nice just be careful what you get and look at dates. The Pharmacy is clean and very nice people work there that get the job done fast.

I would have given a ZERO if I could! Worse Publix ever! I have NEVER been dissatisfied with any of the Publix Ive gone! This location serves cold food that is supposed to be hot, flat fountain soda and the deli/food service section is VERY SLOW!

I go to Publix a lot when Im in a hurry and dont feel like waiting and Walmart super ridiculous long lines still has a good Vive shopping environment occasionally you will run into a not too nice or ax Walmart cashier who I was lucky enough to get a job at Publix but for the most part its great even though its a little bit pricey at times I enjoy the buy one get one free though it helps

Took 45 minutes to order a cold sub I only had one customer in front of me and the Delhi had already put all of the sub toppings away so she kept going back for each individual topping for the lady in front of me and also myself 45 minutes to get a sub when I was a second person in line is ridiculous so overall I give it a 3 which is a high star for my visit but once again this Publix Deli always lets me down I prefer the Publix at Youngerman / Argyle Forest on Blanding Boulevard and 295 Orange Park

If youre black show your receipt if they ask or the police will come to taze and arrest you, theyll drop the charges when they get called out and blasted on the news but still its easier to go somewhere else. Theyre great otherwise :-)
