Store is cleanPpl that work there is always super nice.Only reason giving 3 Star is that the parking is a nightmare! So beyond frustrating. And that some items will just disappear and wont sell again. So end up having to go to a different store after buy that item there for the last 3 years

Great customer service they didnt carry an ice cream that Publix makes. So I asked a manager and he ordered it for me, they had it 2 days later and even called me when it came in

The only reason Im giving a 4 is personal annoyance. The layout is really weird compared to all the other Publix Ive stopped at. Im sure its only because of the location constraints but it just took a long time to find what I needed. Other than that, its all good.

Love my Riverside Publix. Its smaller than other Publix sites but its well stocked. I find the employees very helpful and see the same faces each time I shop. To me, seeing the same employees time and again speaks to good management.

I love this Publix not only is it right by my house but the staff is always amazing.

Even though this Publix has a mask mandate their vendors who are stocking the store dont wear them and on several occasions they have absolutely refused to step back where I could shop, would not socially distance. People bagging have their masks under their noses. The produce in this store has really gone to hell in the last year or two and that I quite often get stuff home that is in poor shape. They could do better.

Its smaller than any other Publixs than Ive ever been in. They probably want have all the items & choices that you are use too. But...I gave it 4 stars because it is very clean and has some surprising little items that are different. Plus the staff ask me 3 different times was I ok? Did I find what I was looking for? Try getting that at Walmart, lol. They were genuinely nice and helpful. The cashier was 💯. The size is the draw back. Wish I could have given them 4 and a half stars.

I love this Publix store. This store has the most courteous and helpful employees. Great selection of food products at reasonable prices. The employees of the pharmacy are fantastic!

They have the bakery right by the door and it should be outlawed. The smell is too inviting. Friendly people and great selection. Only issue is the parking as the lot is too small for the amount of business they do. Gary the manager is one of the best and always says hello.

This has become my favorite Publix to shop at. Friendly staff and they are willing to help you without any attitude. Its a smaller store and can be crowded but the service makes up for it. Instead of forcing you into the self scan machines which never work they actually open extra registers. You know like Publix used to do 20 years ago.

Best Publix Ever but take your valium first if youre venturing into the general parking area. I recommend parking behind the building on Oak St.

Its always crowded but I like the location and the employees are nice, especially a gentleman by the name of Deonta! He helped me during my self checkout and he deserves a raise for being so respectful, patient and kind with the customers! Wow! Only giving 4 stars because parking is a difficult at times. Probably because they closed the gateway location!

This Publix is always so clean and the staff is friendly and helpful the deli and bakery always have fresh hot food with not too long of a wait. The sweets are fresh and the prices are great. Checkout is always a breeze, they also have self checkout... The area is so small for parking though...people drive crazy as if there is enough room to have a race in the parking lot, but the store, items and staff are perfect...

Dani.. and a young lady that was working along side Dani, he first name had Niya on the end. I made contact with these employees today. And I left a very happy senior citizen..... If youre looking for a sandwich whether it be hot or cold you got to give Publix a try. The boars Head & chicken strip sandwiches that they make fresh at the deli are Dynamite!! Absolutely the best in town! absolutely! OMG Im salivating just talking about it. Im telling you you wont regret it.

Just bought a pre-packaged salmon salad and found a whole grasshopper inside after finding what I thought was a piece of hair and pulled on it to realize that it was the antenna to the grasshopper hidden inside. I’m taking it back as soon as I get off and getting my money back. Never again!

5 stars because its Publix in Riverside. That alone is worth 5 stars. However you should know its a small Publix with limited inventory. Yes it has a full pharmacy, bakery, deli along with meats and seafood. Where it may lack is in the inventory within the grocery section. Also it shares a small parking lot with the other shops in the center. Lunch time and after work can find it crazy busy. But it is Publix in the heart of Riverside.

Every time I go there to order a Ring ahead of time they give me a hard time saying we dont make them the same day duh. I know that I need it for Friday not today, Tuesday. Brought strawberries 🍓 they were mold the next day.

This store was super clean, There were no stray carts in the parking lot, and all the employees I interacted with were super friendly. I came on a Tuesday at midday though and it was super super busy for some reason. The parking lot situation can be a little tight.

Smaller store, lots of wine/drinks, could not find pedialyte or a choice of Gatorade for an elderly living in that community.

A couple of the managers at this location seem to profile people at this location unnecessarily when youre there to #SHOP and not shoplift as their behavior displays so Ive decided to make the extra miles journey across the bridge to the Merrill Road location where youre welcomed and made to feel like you business is APPRECIATED!!!

Very helpful workers with well stocked items although I couldnt find a couple of items that seems to be out of stock in other supermarkets.

The store is clean, the store associates are helpful. I came here to drop off & pick up my medicine little to my surprise they filed it. The one thing I noticed about this is although its on the corner it is a busy store. People are coming & going out of here constantly.One thing for sure is you can definitely come buy something & check out quickly. Adequate parking & also a bike rack if you decide to ride a bicycle here. You can also sit outside under 2 big umbrellas

Finding a spot is half the battle.. in my opinion, once you find a spot, and shop, loading up your car and backing out is an adventure in itself. Will someone park too close to your car for you to get in? How many carts will be precariously wedged between your car and the next? NEVER go there when there is a strong wind..the carts take over..Riverside Publix Parking lot game! The store and staff are wonderfull as usual..its the parking..I need to mentally prepare and give myself a pep talk before going there, or park somewhere in 5 points and walk. My favorite grocery store. Clean store, fast check out, wonderful customer service, fresh food and produce, love the fresh made sandwiches or lunch/dinner plates to go when you do not have time to cook. A must visit if you are in the area.

Its the parking lot for me. Whoever decided to put a publix right there did not think it through at all.

Other than the parking, Ive never had a bad experience at this location. So far, I have only had a strange issue where they were not willing to sell me a deli item, because it was past their cut-off time for selling it.
