I used the pharmacy for my covid booster shot and flu shots. Great staff and a clean establishment. I do plan on shopping there in the near future.

Really impressed with the assistance I received from the producer department over the phone. I was having trouble finding a specialty item and they were great. All of the produce looked great and they have the best selection in town by far. The store was very clean and inviting.

Walked into this location while in town visiting. I was pleasantly surprised to feel at home in a location Ive never been into. If you want a satisfying lunch or dinner choice get one of their deli subs. Talk about a fantastic sandwich!!All of my favorite items were readily available and fresh as my hometown Publix.

I really like Publix, but it is a bit pricey. Of course, they have a lot of unique products that are well worth the money!

May be a bit on the expensive side at times but I buy all organic and as animal friendly as possible so thats most likely why. Ill take more expensive any day for their amazing customer service. Always friendly employees and always clean store. And its super convenient since its by where I live. Best part is if u shop later at night, parking lot is well lit and people always offer to walk you out so its not as sketchy as other places. Keep it up publix!!!

Amazing and super clean grocery store. Prices are high but you get what you pay for which theyre definitely better than food lion or anyone else around. Rotisserie chicken is amazing as well.

Publix has always fresh veggies and fruits, I enjoy shopping here, the customer service is great and the store has a great selection of wines if on a budget.

The bakery does not measure up to the rest of the store. Got a simple birthday cake for my mother-in-law and was very disappointed. Upon receiving the cake, the edges of the box were stabbing both sides of the cake and the simple top and bottom icing borders were very sloppily done. The cake tasted good, but was not pretty. They show some pretty extraordinary designs that they can do, but cannot do simple borders??

Very clean and organized. Loved the fresh food selection. Sushi was made just for me. Wild mushroom soup was delicious

Very friendly staff and a really clean store. My only real complaint is that literally every time Ive tried to buy fish there is only enough of one item to feed about two people. Ive stopped trying to buy fish for four or five people there because inevitably half will have to be pulled frozen from the back. Did I miss the memo that only single people can shop here?

Havent been to Publix in about 20 years. The subs in the deli are even better than I remember. The price of the bakery items are very reasonable for what you get. And the selection storewide there is just outstanding .

I bought a three layer Raspberry Elegance specialty cake. With raspberry between each layer and a deliciously sweet cream cheese frosting coat around it and was topped with fresh sliced peach. Before this, I had not bought anything from the bakery here. Hands down the most impressive cake that I have ever ordered both taste and price wise. Will be returning again

Its wonderful to have a Publix nearby. I moved here from Florida where I grew accustomed to getting a Publix sub whenever I wanted. It was heartbreaking to leave that behind.When you go in to this location (and the one in New Bern as well) the customer service is great! All the employees & managers are friendly and helpful. Im always asked if Im finding everything ok or if I need any help. The attention they pay you is welcomed, it makes the mundane task of shopping much more pleasant and you dont find that with their competition.Of course their subs are fantastic. The store is clean and organized, and I often get assistance carrying and loading my groceries to the car.Publix goes that extra step and its noticed and appreciated. If you somehow havent shopped here, youre missing out. I often travel the extra 2 miles to go here over somewhere closer.

We picked up Cobb salads and went upstairs to the convenient cafe setting overlooking the store. So nice!

I went to the pharmacy and these people are not that helpful. I had a coupon to make my meds less expensive for me because I have limited income. Yeah it would have only saved me a few dollars, but thats a few dollars! My sister always has a problem with the male pharmacist too, not wanting to use the coupons.

We enjoy this grocery store. They carry all sorts of stuff and we especially like their cut fruit. We recommend!

Loved the store, friendly staff, shelves are always stocked full .So many varieties of the same item .PRICES are a little higher on some items but the trade off is worth it.

I enjoy this store. Fruit always looks good. They have some things I cant get at food lion. The little kid shopping carts are great. They have a handle you can grab and control where your little is going or to stop them from crashing into people lol... All stores need them.

They have the freshest produce in Jacksonville and the best steak for the price.

I didnt have to wait long for my flu shot even though the second pharmacist was out to lunch. The one on duty was efficient, what with other customers coming and going.

Admittedly shopping at Publix cost more than low priced grocery stores, but they have a excellent selection of most food categories. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The young man, today was willing to look in back to find the brand of milk I wanted. The ready to eat meals are good for late arrival at home and the desserts can be irresistible.

It is an expensive grocery store. We call it the Albertsons of the area. Staff there is really helpful and nice. My 3 year old loves the kids carts.

By far the WORST Publix Deli I’ve ever been to. I’m from Florida so I’m very familiar with Publix….. Placed an order online. Received a call that they didn’t have the bread we selected cool no big deal. However we arrived at Publix at 9 for our scheduled pick up time. We didn’t receive our sub until 950. There was only one person in line actually placing a sub order. Makes zero sense for us to wait 50 minutes for something we ordered ahead of time. Also they jacked up the subs with missing ingredients or put the wrong ingredients on our Subs. I’ll never return to this Publix. I’ll just drive the extra 30 minutes to the Publix in Emerald Isle!!!!!

Ive only been a few times but, I love the atmosphere here. I just wish I could afford it more. This place is a comfort to my 11 year old daughter whose autistic and has fears of different places. I dont know if foodstamps are accepted here or not though it would be nice if they were.

This store is soooo organized and allows me to complete my instacart batches with ease! The staff is super friendly especially to me. My first doing instacart would have been a disaster had it not been for this extremely patient cashier who happens to be familiar with instacart! 😃. Great place to earn extra 💵

Wow. Spacious isles, fully stocked shelves, immaculately clean and extremely courteous staff members makes it easy to revisit again and again.

I go here mainly for the vegetables. They are always fresh and always clean. If you cant find anything in other stores, publix will most likely have it. Every employee is helpful so dont be shy to ask for questions

Great selection. I came in to get some premade sides for a last minutes BBQ. Potato salad and coleslaw were very tasty! Im always hesitant to buy things like this at a grocery store but they were a hit.

Wonderful staff and store is always clean! The pharmacy staff ROCKS, Brandon and Andrew are so patient and kind when explaining medications and insurance to people, and their pharmacy techs are sweet and funny, they make the whole transaction super easy. 100000/10 for the pharmacy!

Disappointed about the cake that was purchased for a celebration of birthdays and a going away party. Take more pride in your work. Looks like a toddler did the art work. 😡

Mike at the Deli was polite and helpful with low and no salt added lunch meats. The store was clean and all of the employees were helpful and polite.

Customer service is amazing in the store overall but that pick up area is iffy. When I’m picking up for customers, I don’t want to overhear conversations with your friend; that can wait until I leave. That space is but so small, it only needs to be 2 in there at a time not 3, just standing there talking. I’m very big on professionalism in the workplace and I was highly irritated to be listening to conversations about what went on in your homes after work is over while picking up for my customers. Also, be respectful when someone is in there, just wow.

I was looking for Twinings of London Green tea k- cup pods for my Keurig.

Never seem to have bread for subs happened several times now. You can order a sub at 5 to pick up at 8 and theyll run out of bread and just cancel your order. People working their seem to have no clue whats going on or what day of the week it is. Need to work on communication

I usually love coming to Publix but recently when I’ve placed an online order for a certain pick up time they haven’t even started my order when I arrive. When I tell them I’m here to pick up something I scheduled they take their time to prepare my subs and are very slow.

Best customer service! Had a snafu with my grocery and deli order and they helped me every step of the way to make sure I was able to pick my items up at the time I needed them.

I only went for the cut up watermelon so I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Stopped into Publix and picked up a birthday cake a couple of cards. Get 12 butterfly shrimps, and a few onion rings. And they were both good. And a 1/2 gallon of raspberry tea.

The store is clean, modern, and offers selections that cant be found in most other local grocery stores. Their hot food selection is great for grabbing a quick dinner to go.

I ordered 3 cakes ($75) and a 50 peice chicken box to be picked up at noon, all were delicious. I got there at 12:30, waited about 30 minutes at customer service. Wait time I feel was to long. But, I would still order from Publix again.

Buffalo Chicken Tender Sandwich freshly made at Deli. a 5Star must get.

They are horrible at making subs the girl had the edge of the turkey sticking out I had her to turn it around so the middle coyld be filled, then the next person filled it with lettace and then tomato so the tomato would hang off the edge causing my sandwhich bread to be red and soggy. I asked her to shove the tomato slice in she bends it in half. How hard is it to make a sub???
