I had the best experience here.To start I had been looking for a sectional for my new home and had been to a few places, one place in particular I found a couch I loved, but the sales rep was so pushy. Like literally made me feel awkward and uncomfortable so I said I would be back as we weren’t making the purchase that day.I ended up checking out JaxCo Furniture because I had been following them on IG and saw they had some really great stuff. So I went in after work one Friday and was greeted by Ryan who was so chill and not pushy at all! Told us to have a look around and if we had any questions to let him know. So that’s what we did and there were several pieces of furniture that I loved.Went to Ryan and asked all of my questions and we decided on a few pieces. He made it so easy and assured me that they were flexible with delivery as our new home is being built so we don’t have a set move in date.Over a couple of weeks I had been in contact with Ryan adding and removing a piece or two as we determined something would or would not fit. He was so patient with me the entire time.Finally went in last night to confirm everything and make payment and Ryan was so gracious entertaining my dad’s “dad jokes” and stories.What made my experience so great was Ryan! He was never pushy one bit and made me feel comfortable asking his opinion on what he thought would match. This place was great! First time going in I spoke with Ryan and he was more than helpful. He took me and my gf around and showed us all the available sectionals and let’s us look around without being overbearing. He told us what to expect between different price points and what drives pricing on items (i.e materials, name brands, etc). We were given a realistic timeline on delivery (which is messy in this COVID world). This is an absolutely fantastic company. Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had.Before I went to JaxCo, I stopped at one of the name brand furniture stores first. Their sales people were like vultures, spent an hour aggressively pushing a sale on me. That was an instant red flag and I practically ran out the door at the first opportunity.JaxCo had the same sectional couch I wanted, so I headed there afterwards. The experience was night and day. Their staff were available, friendly and extremely helpful, answering all of my questions without any hassle. Ryan had me taken care of and out the door in 15 minutes tops.Alex delivered it for us yesterday, and once again, wonderful experience. He brought our huge sectional up 3 flights of narrow stairs by himself, taking great care not to damage the couch or our home. He was on time, friendly and explained what we needed to know before he left.Best of all, JaxCo had the exact same couch as the big retailer, but it cost hundreds less. After delivery and warranty, they saved us nearly $600 in the end. Will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy furniture in the future.

Went here for a couch for my mother for Christmas.. Jaelle was great on the sales side, listened to what we needed, and helped us pick the best fit for the room. She was also communicative about the unit coming in, time frame, and helped us work around a reflooring to get the delivery done once it was settled. Kevin was great on the delivery and set-up end. I was in need for a comfy rocking recliner for my husband that was facing some health issues and I didn’t have time to wait for delivery. Ryan was super awesome. JaxCos showroom was big and easy to navigate, and the staff were friendlier than what I encountered in competitors stores. Shout out to Jaelle who was so kind, patient, authentic and helpful -- and in a crowded furniture market with several options for buyers to choose from, that really matters! I needed a sofa and explored several stores. Availability of sofas is complicated right now due to COVID, and since Im new to Jax I didnt have an existing sofa; Im not in a position to wait, needing something now despite the limited availability of sofas nationwide. Jaelle walked me around and told me exactly what was available now, and gave details on the options. Prices were fair and the reviews of the store were great, and I found an available sofa and chair set that worked well. I was happy to give my money to JaxCo over others, particularly because both of my visits left a positive impression. There was no pressure here -- I felt like people genuinely wanted to help, not just sell me something. I definitely recommend you go browse this store. Finding the right furniture ultimately depends on taste/availability/price, but Jaelles customer service here also made an important impact.
