This was my first time ordering from this company but did so from the advice from a stylist. The shipping process was great, I received my order in two days; however, it was not what I paid for!!!!! I purchased 12in Havana twist and received 14 and 16in!!!!!!!! And it was in different colors. I ordered and paid for 1B. I tried calling and emailing with pictures several times with no response. I never order from a site without reading the reviews, apparently this is what this company does, just send you whatever. Theyll take your money but not your calls. Smh, crooks. Youve been warned.

They have HORRIBLE customer service. Ive been trying to email them from 2 different emails & never got a reply back after numerous emails. Then I took it to instagram since they constantly post but I still didnt get a reply. Finally I found a phone number and called, theyre not reimbursing me for the $12 shipping I had to pay to send the hair back. So now I dont have hair, lost $12 and Im blocked on instagram. I would not recommend this company at all.
