Sweet amazing staff💕 both workers on 9/28 around 3pm?? Very helpful and attentive! I was picking up an online order and was helped fairly quick! (Also seemed to be very stocked up and I was able to get all items I ordered/needed!)

Always helpful very sweet staff. They are going green so to say... You either bring your own bag or pay for a paper bag. No more plastic! Which is a great contribution to society and our planet as a whole! Small steps! Anyway Ive never had a bad experience here!

The last 2 times I had come to this location they were closed and locked up before the closing time. The 1st time the young lady came to the door and unlocked it and let me in to shop with no issue. The 2nd time it was a different young lady that was closing. I didn’t get her name. However, she was a white girl with light brown shoulder length hair and she had some pinkish purplish streaks in her hair and probably about early 20s. Anyway, it was10 minutes til closing when I had arrived and the door was all locked up. I pointed to my watch and looked at her through the window asking to open up the door. She opened up the door and had the audacity to tell me , “ you need to hurry up and get what you need because we’re closing soon.” I told her she needed an attitude adjustment when I went to check out. Everyone knows, you should never speak to customers like that and you shouldn’t close the store before closing time. I’ll still Go back to this location to shop only because it’s convenient for me. The store manager there needs to consider hiring some people to work in there that actually want to work and treat paying customers with more respect.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped by Jamie she helped me find everything I needed plus more to help my hair. Super friendly and DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE PAID MORE !!

So right off the bat you walk in and the young ladies working are very friendly and willing to help if you need it but you will soon realize differently. I assured her that I need some time to look around and figure out what I wanted. It is mostly them following you through the store making you feel as though you are a theif. I was watched very closely the whole time I was in the store even though there were others in the store. Well this is my experience and maybe if you look similar to myself you may have the same experience. I really do no appreciate it. Train your employees better, do better Sallys. I did spend my 90 dollars this time but I surely will not return. Hopefully if you decide to visit this store you have a better experience than I, I wish this feeling on no one.

The staff here is knowledgeable and very helpful. Although the location for this store is not somewhere I plan frequent. The shopping center needs maintenance and some curb appeal.

Ive gotten my hair dye products here for a long time. The sales people know a little but are not able to answer too many questions without going to look at the products like I could have myself. Just tried to go to @SallyBeauty supply on normandy and cassat. They didnt put up a note since they were closed due to covid cleaning i asked her to put a note on yhe door since they made me stand outside waiting to find out for 20 minutes she was rude and refused to leave a note. Why are they being so secretive? that makes it seem like if someone catches it there,@SallyBeauty wants to be able to say it wasnt from there? Shouldnt they be transparent to allow customers to make an informed decision to not go there?

Sales person was extremely knowledgeable about nails and related products. We bonded over our love of blue 💙 nail polish.

I cant believe it. The stores complain about their slow business. I went today at 5:25pm to this store that suppose to close at 6pm, the staff were in the back and didnt open the door. We were 4 customer outside. We knock the door and called by phone. We saw the lady with a Bluetooth airpod moving boxes and she didnt do anything to respond us. We all left.

I actually have shopped here several times and my issue isnt with the products its with the lack of customer service/professional that myself and another customer had to witness today. It was 5:30 pm I just got off of work and needed to grab something from Sallys like yay its open and I know the store wasnt due to close until 6. As I attempted to enter the store a lady runs towards door with no shoes on shouting were closed, were closed and locked the door. Now im not blind, I witnessed a repair man go inside shortly after so okay you had an issue and you had to close early but that could have been expressed to your customers waaaaaay better and way more professionally. Ive worked retail and I know at times things happen out of your control but its no excuse for poor customer service.

I have been going to this location for years, close to my job. Something has changed for the better. Store is cleaner, organized, manager is so sweet and remembers me by name. Seriously greets me with enthusiasm and knowledge about natural hair care, make up and gave me a detailed recommendation of trimmers for my hubby. Excited to see new staff, the changes were nesesary. Hard to find though, they look closed if you don’t know better. Sign is so old it’s faded pink and there is no signs st the street. But they are over by Family Dollar and Curves.

Ive going to Sallys for roughly 12 years or more and not only do they have a great selection of any and everything is but the people who are working there are extremely knowledgeable and so friendly.

OUT OF EVERYTHING! Or rather, NOTHING IS BEING STOCKED AND OR PRICED ON SHELVES. I WAS TOLD THEY HAD 100’s of boxes in back but they don’t know which is which! Worst product and inetory knowledge EVER!!! What? Bexause I have an iPhone I can’t pay with Apple Pay or Verifone but droid people can?! That’s messed up! Just wasted my time which I consider priceless for NOTHING!!! Thanks so very much!!! I even checked to make sure they had the pay Thru phone readers. Not at all a happy customer. Not to mention EVERY other Sally’s I’ve been to offers IN-STORE DISCOUNTS WITH SALLY’s card. This store does NOT!!! Find better, more knowledge employees and management and fix this store or close it! Please and Thanks!

The store hours out side says its open on Sunday’s! Wellllll it was closed Sunday alll day also employee puts an “ill be back” sign on the door during store hours !

So based on the size, selection and excellent customer service I got here I’d give it a 10, but I’m mad. I have been shopping a small dingy, dirty store on the other side of town where the woman ignores you and gets annoyed if you ask for help. Or I can where my Kevlar to the bad part of town. Comparatively speaking this store is the a veritable Sally superstore, with helpful staff that know their products. (Hard to believe it’s the same company) I live just around the corner from this store and found it by accident. I looked and assumed it was closed. Even the google picture is of the wrong building. There’s no sign visible from the street, and like the other review the faded sign on the store is barely visible, and actually looks like the store it’s above is empty until you get close and see that’s the empty space next store.

2nd time coming here and again, friendly and helpful service!
