This was the first time coming into this hair store. And I must say I absolutely loved it. The store clerks were friendly and helpful. They got everything in this store for hair care and other things. I live on the North side and hands down this store is better. Check them out.

Huge beauty supply store. Pretty much has almost every hair care brand in their store. Prices are reasonable. Staff just need to be more customer service friendly.

Yesterday I came in this store and spent almost 200.00 like I do every time I’m there. I bought some bad glue for the 4th time LITERALLY! I got to my hair appointment at 9 last night and couldn’t get my hair done because of the glue. I missed my own birthday party because I couldn’t get my hair done. This is very inconveniencing that this store keeps doing this. Then the manager told me it isn’t her fault I should have looked at the glue and hung up in my face. It is very ghetto and unprofessional. I will never be returning here they loss a loyal customer. Do not recommend. I will be posting a review to Yelp and to my 15k followers

This store has a variety of products for men. I purchased Finale Products Beard Care and I really like this product. Its All Natural and Herbal.

This shop has pretty much everything someone could need in haircare. The employees have been great at helping me find products that work for my kind of hair, and Ive found numerous products I love. Theh have ab excellent team working there - friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

This place used to be great large with a wide variety of items and great prices, I used to go out of my way to come here. Unfortunately their prices now exceed what’s being charged at other stores or online. Items like shampoo and conditioner, wrap strips, gel, or hair treatments I used to purchase from here have now doubled in price.

Beautylicious is a beauty supply store located on Southside Blvd. They have a large variety of hair care products. They have several hair options, from braid hair to wigs. The customer service is lacking. I had to go find a worker, nobody offered to assist me. The lady that helped me was not pleasant and I am reluctant to shop this establishment again.

They are friendly and professional but their prices are too high. You can probably get most of their combs and accessories for a lower price at other beauty supply stores. Not the best selection on stuff.

The people who run this place needs some serious help. Store hours for Sunday are 10-6pm , I got here at 9:50 the time is now 10:40 and they’re still not open. Lot of customers came and left. It’s crazy. How you want people to support your business when you run it like that? It’s sadder when it’s a black owned business, they should know and do better. Never again.

I really love this place, however employees should not be able to be on cell phones while working. I was asked if I needed help while the attendant was on her cell phone. She did not expect me to say yes. I felt like I was annoying her. I left empty handed.

This store has the best products! They carry Finale Products, an all Natural Vegan product line for hair care. Finale Products has a Growth Serum that has done wonders for my thinning hair.

Its a no for me... The reciept list the return policy but please be aware no unopened liquids can be exchanged and other policies not listed in store but communicated after the fact... To include but not limited to hair dye up opened cant even be exchanged... Smh On to the next one!

The evening i had wonderful experience with Sam he introduced me to 100% African shea butter with kemi oil and another with avocado oil. Sam said this particular shea butter comes from Ghana I am going to try these products then I will give my feedback later. Thanks Sam for being so helpful and such wonderful experience.

Ive immensely enjoyed coming to this beauty supply store in the past, but I felt that they fell short this time. The item I was attempting to buy was double the price of similar items around it.. Also, there was no price tag for the actual item. When I got to the register, I mentioned this, but as compensation, I was only given a 5% discount, which came out to a little over a dollar off. Not proper customer service, in my opinion. The price displayed should have been honored.

This is my yelp review:I made a purchase online on a Friday. I actually attempted to contact the store TWICE via their email and customer contact forms online to request a modification to my order. No one responded to me and has still yet to do so. I called the actual store and spoke to who handles the online orders. Porsche seemed unable to help me at first because my modification would cause me to need a refund. She later called back and offered a different solution. Which I obliged. However, the order took another week to arrive, which I was charged for priority 2 day shipping, and it what I actually received was not the same value of what I originally ordered. Needless to say, poor customer service and clearly just about the money. Won’t get my coins again! Thanks for nothing Porsche! Happy holidays!
