My first time here and I was very intimidated by the beautiful selection of wigs. I have never worn a good quality one and I had no idea where to start. Luckily, a gorgeous young lady was so helpful. She showed me different styles and textures and I asked a ton of questions. I didnt want to seem dumb but she reassured me and made my experience wonderful. The other young ladies were sweet when I walked in. The selection was like whoa. So much to choose from and great prices. The store was very organized and clean as well. I left with makeup and a wig. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making me feel comfortable enough to want to return and not making me feel awkward as I toured the aisles slowly taking in all the pretty items.

Love the products and the store is huge i feel special everytime i enter this huge place. Love to come here close to my home literally a 8 minute drive awesome place.

Great variety of hair and oils. Competitive price but closer in the high end. Very clean and bright ...that might matter to you but it matters to me. Happy shopping.

I like Beauty Depot way better than Coco’s. Beauty Depot has way better customer service. The lady manager/owner at Coco’s has ZERO people skills. The only one who is friendly & will assist you is the African lady. However, the staff at Beauty Depot are all friendly. Beauty Depot also has a better weave, wig & lace front selection & the quality is better as well.

Very well stocked. Nice clean store. Floor associates very helpful. I really like this store. This was a early March 2021 visit....outside looks like its under renovation, almost looks closed down....but they are OPEN😄

Workers are always willing to assist and prices are reasonable and they provide coupons on the receipts at times.

Salespeople youre very patient and efficient

I’m constantly treated like I’m invisible although every time I enter the place there’s about 4-5 people standing in the entryway and at the registers that are directly in front of the entrance. I’ve experienced women avoiding the register once I get in line and attempt to check out on multiple occasions. Not a good practice if you want to retain paying customers. Seems like the employees are annoyed and have attitudes every time I come to this location in particular. Do better.

Marquita is very helpful. She took her time assisting me and even gave me some suggestions that worked out perfect. She is very professional and made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. This is my favorite beauty supply store because of her. Thank you Marquita for taking the time to actually help me and answer my questions. Outstanding customer service !!!

Its very clean inside, the floor clerks were helpful, I bought 2 wigs 1 was shedding the 1st day I put it on and on top of that the wig was nothing like on me as it was in the store it seemed to be an irregular, clerk told me up front that purchases are final. I dont think Ill go back.

VERY VERY IMPRESSED! I think Ive found my new wig place. Ordered for the first time and everything was great. Shipping to Canada was super cheap! They shipped it on the same day that I ordered it ! And it got to me in 5 days. Im not sure what in store Customer Service is like but theyre great when it comes to online stuff.

I went into the Arlington Beauty Depot for some braiding hair for my mother. We were greeted with hello and welcome when we came in. On a whim I decided to look at their wigs. Sonja works in that department and was super helpful to me and my husband. She answered all of our questions and eliminated my anxiety when purchasing wigs. Everyone was very nice and I’d recommend this store for your beauty needs.

This store has the largest selection of hair care products for African American women in the city. best of all their prices are right on par for what youd pay to Amazon or some of the discount stores and they have a greater selection. They really amped up their supply of product for curly hair no matter what ethnicity.

This place is super organized, friendly atmosphere and a wide selection of products. If nowhere else have it just check them out they probably have it and more.

Overcharging a bad experience

I will not support this place again. I was lied to by the sales person about a wig I bought. Their policy is no returns on wigs. It was not even 5 hrs the manager yelled NO very rudely when I asked about exchanges. Maybe he should just get better workers! Horrible place

Basically, the items you would expect to see in your typical beauty supply store. You can also shop online, receive their emails, and they have a rewards program also.

I was told by an employee that the wigs I was looking at was bogo free and after selecting 4 wigs I go to purchase manager said not the right brand. Instead of giving me the wigs at that price because his employee told me that he walked off.

This is the worst store Ive ever visited. Staff is so disrespectful and get a temper for asking them simple questions like is this product good . I never usually write reviews but this experience was so bad I felt an obligation to inform all you beauty supply enthusiasts so you dont waste your time or money over there . Overall, my shopping experience wasnt horrible and they have a great selection. Im giving two stars for poor customer service. My mother and I were walking down one of the aisles and an employee walked up to us and rudely asked if we needed help finding anything. We told her no and then she just stood right next to us and stared as if we wanted to steal something out of the store. The cashier was very nice and professional, but I will probably never shop there again. Ive never been to any store where someone was that rude.

A lot of their prices are reasonable, and they have a wide range of hair products to choose from. I just wish the staff was a whole lot friendlier. Sometimes when I walk in they just look at me and wont even greet me.

Its not very noticeable by the road unless you know where your going but the ppl are awesome they are willing to help you and give you advice....great selection wide variety of products of skin and hair... This is forever my go to hair store absolutely love it
