This MAC location is one of my favorites. Jonathan did a great makeup tutorial for me and I bought colors/items that are great for fall. The staff here is always very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Johnathan was absolutely amazing !! I came into Mac with my mom looking for a concealer and we finally found one. We bought more items of course and love them as well! He provided great customer service and knew exactly what we needed. If I could give more stars I would! We will for sure be back again !

Omg Jeanette C. at the Town center in Jacksonville, Fl is the Best! I came in after work Express what kind of make up I was looking for and she hit it out of the park. She listened, she was patient, and most of all she kept us both safe during our encounter. Jeanette truly is a plus to MAC and of course her face was “beat to the gods”. Wow she is amazing!

Sam was very helpful with my makeup needs. He was so patient and very knowledgeable on everything! Keep up the great customer service, Sam! Will definitely go to the Town Center location (inside Dillards) from now on to get all my MAC beauty makeup!

Very helpful staff, helped my wife pick out several items and we were able to be in and out in under a half hour! They make you feel like they are just there to help you not sell you things and give advice in the same manner. We had to swap out an item that was ordered online in the wrong shade and there was no issues what so ever. One of the best brands to buy and you cant go wrong with a gift card

The African American sales associate was extremely helpful oh and she was gorgeous too. I didnt experience any rudeness. I did go really early so that it wasnt crowded or anything. She offered to help me a few times but I already knew what I was looking for and just went about my business. When I finished with going through the make up and knew the stuff that I wanted, I walked up to her and told her to grab them for me and she rung me up. I didnt have any make up on. I was really casual looking. I went in right after I had dropped my son off at school. I realized I forgot to brush my hair so just put it up in a bun. I felt like a hot mess and no one was rude to me. I also had a pleasant conversation with another African American woman who was testing out lipsticks. She asked how the color looked on her and it was great. She made the lipstick shade look really pretty.

Bad customer service, very rude I called to look for a holiday collection product and the guy had an attitude about me calling I don’t know I just felt like this store isn’t trained well enough to give customer service. If you don’t want to work please find another job. I love Mac and I spend a lot of money into this store and I won’t put a foot into this store in particular. So sad.

I called earlier and spoke with Darnell, I told him my mom was on the way and that she was an elderly woman who doesnt need to be pressured to buying anything more than she wants. Long story short, Jessica and Darnell took good care my mom today. Thanks guys!

Updated stars because my experience there today was good. Everyone just has to keep in mind this store never takes returns or exchanges with out the original receipt. Even if it was bought the day before and they have the info in their computers.LOVE studio fix foundation, tried so many others and always keep coming back to studio fix its the best! Love all their make up!

I drove over 45 minutes to get to this lcoation. I have used MAC for years. I currently have a show I do, and I needed to get some items to really balance out my appearance on camera. Jessica the sales associate so helpful and nice. She took her time showing me the right products and application. She even allowed me to show her I understood how to apply the makeup. The best part she did not push me to purchase all she used, she allowed me to pick. She was so nice, I drove the next day 45 minutes back to the store to see her and get a few more items. She made my face flawless! Thank you

The plus side of everything they Always have what I need in Stock however you always have to acknowledge them first all they want to do is stand around and chat amongst themselves. If I could buy something without them getting commission I would gladly only once I had someone attentive the entire time and he was a guy I brought 5 lipsticks and all over concealer got a lipstick free because I brought in 6 empty containers.

Customer service was poor. Ive been loyal to Mac for 15 years. Id rather order online and wait for my products or go to the Mac in Dillards nearby than to shop at this location. If Mac wont allow me to grab my items myself, then they need to train their associates on being more service oriented and attentive. Im never that customer that doesnt know what they want. Every time I go in there its a lagged greeting and then it takes forever to get my things.- No need for me to be told to look around, I already know what I need so I find myself waiting to have my items grabbed.

Overall store is great, but service is HORRIBLE. Staff just stands around and is very pretentious. If you ask for help they just point you to the cosmetics. You almost need to go in knowing what you want. The store manager is RUDE!!! If you absolutely have to go to this store, ask for Judy. She is super helpful, nice, patient and you will walk out very happy. With the other sales reps youll want to vomit including the store manager.

As long as you are there to buy anything they suggest, employee are nice. Bought 3 eye shadows and 2 brushes. I realized I bought a shadow I already had so I went back the next day to exchange it. I didnt ask to return just exchange for a different color. I was told I could not even though the exact girl who helped me previously was there today. Seems a bit strange, especially since I had the eye shadow single in proper packaging and it was untouched. Wont be back.

Staff doesnt do well with trying to do too many things at once and often you are left hanging in the valence waiting for someone to come back to you. Parking can be a mess as well, but overall, the store is clean, typically have lots of products in stock to choose from and the staff is very professional. They are also good at helping with new or better choices fit just for you!

I prefer this location over the Avenues Mall. My favorite consultant is Jennifer - I have been going to her for years. I will say that I am not impressed with the other consultants and agree that they can be standoff-ish and un-welcoming. Jennifer is the EXACT opposite. She always remembers me and makes me feel welcome. She is an excellent artist too.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I went in with a friend and we werent acknowledged, when I finally had to ask an employee for help finding a foundation she seemed annoyed to have to help me. The makeup artist did only half of my face and seemed irritated when I asked her anything. I was surprised because the store wasnt even busy and it was the middle of the day. When I got done the employee told me how much the products were and then just walked off behind the register. Upon leaving my friend commented on how bitchy the employee was and I didnt want to drop $30+ on a product from a rude sales person. Coming from someone who works in customer service MAC needs to step their game up with who they hire as employees. I never have any customer service problems with Sephora, they actually make me want to purchase their products.

I use MAC lip sticks and their foundation.. very good

I guess everyones experience is different. Today was my 1st time here at MAC towncenter. I was greeted with a smile and great eye contact as soon as I walked in. Im a novice at the makeup game.I absolutely love CORLIS. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He did one eyebrow and then guided me to do the other while he assited another customer. I believe that this is the best method to be an excellent makeup artist. Before he did my makeup I thought that their makeup was heavy but he helped me find the right product and apply it. If I ever win the powerball Im definitely gonna snatch him as my personal artist.

I get my foundation, blush, mascara, and lipsticks here. Glad they can track my items in case I forget. Get a make over and try other colors.

Employees are EXTREMELY rude. Wouldnt give me the time of day to help me find lipstick and acted annoyed when helping me

Today I had got my makeup done for my senior pictures and the lady wasnt being gentle around my eyes causing them to water and then she caught an attitude because of her own mistakes....thankfully one of the other workers saw that I was getting aggravated and was ready to go she came and fixed everything but I will not return for any other events
