Wanted to give a quick acknowledgment to Nick. He was so very helpful and kind in getting my printing needs set up. Unbeknownst to him (initially), I was grieving my mother and emotionally overwhelmed while trying to make funeral handouts. Nick made the process cost-efficient and easy to order. They turned out perfect, I appreciate this team immensely!

Nick was EXCEPTIONAL. I used this office to print programs for my wedding. I walked in right at 5pm and was helped promptly by him. I needed the programs in two days and he was able to accommodate my request and then some! Turned out I needed them reformatted and Nick was up for the task and was able to even call me on short notice to confirm my print job and to confirm a price. I was very impressed by the professionalism and service displayed by Nick and will be using this office for my printing needs from now on.

I show up at this print center 3 minutes before closing because the other FedEx print center didnt have the capability because their printer was down. They recommended that I come to this one. There was a black gentleman standing by the front door telling me that they closed at 8:00 no exceptions and thats just it. I told him that I was there before 8:00 and I should be able to get done what I needed to get done because I just needed one print. He stood by the door and did not offer to help with any assistance. So I waited in line for the lady behind the counter to tell me that they cant print from USB stick even though the website tells me they can. It turns out these people just didnt want to help because of that time of night. So I started video recording them both. The gentleman told me that the printers would shut off at 8:00 and that I wasnt going to be able to get my print done so dont even try it. The lady was telling me that they cant print from USB stick that I needed to submit the order online even though I checked before I left home to make sure the USB would be acceptable. I went over to the printer to find that I could insert my USB stick, But again was told the printers would shut off at 8:00 to not even try it. If I would have been greeted at the store like a customer rather than a burden this would have been no problem. I would have just come back the next day. This wasnt the case. It just so happens that all my brochures will now be printed at office Depot

I came to print a document from my phone, didn’t got the code… send the emails several times. I was I’m a hurry…. A very nice guy came to the rescue…. He was very friendly and helpful… at the end he printed the document for us and didn’t charge us because of the long wait. I think his name was Nick! Thank you!!! I didn’t miss my flight thanks to you!

I use this Irving location for my printing services. All of our business contracts are printed through FedEx Office.Mrs. Kathy OBrien was so helpful reordering our contracts and during the pick-up process. No real wait-time. Great location!

If there was a zero rating, I would rather do that. Completely unethical and unprofessional. I was there 10 mins. prior to closing and was able to print few pages and there was page left to be printed, their self service gave up, when asked they kept saying they were closing down and can’t help!If everyone were to close their shops like them, America wouldn’t be called best in customer service, this country is built on few principles and this location is hell bent on proving it wrong.

GreatThey are following all the CDC norms during pandemic. Staff is always friendly.You might want to wait for couple of minutes if youre here for printing or scanning.The best feature is you can send the document well in advance to their ID and you get the code. You can access through code and get the print outs. Saves yours and others time who are in queue.

Avoid this fedex at location all cost, especially if you are sending something really important. My wife sent some important packages for business reason to one of the employee. Employee received an empty package, apparently somebody didnt do a good job somewhere. On top of it, employees working over there were not helpful at all. If you have lost a package, you need someone to at least talk to you with patience and hear the other party out but this store they are a little rude. I would also give a zero rating but there is no option. People used to say if you want to send your package safe, send it through fedex but looks like it is not anymore safe. Horrible.

Every time I go in and i just need to print something real quic all the machines are occupied by people printing/scanning a million things. They need to go back to being open 24 hours to alleviate the congestion. Current limited hours are not convenient

Have shipped a ton of things out from this locations on a number of occasions. The staff here have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in helping me print out some business cards in a foreign language (different script from English, so it took some out of the box thinking to everything properly displayed for printing). Nice people, nice management. Definitely five stars.

Fedex is absolutely the worst receiving experience Ive ever had. I ordered a chair from Utah and fedex, not only lost the correct addess to ship to. They lost it, i called and informed them of the correct address, they set it to be delivered to yet another incorrect address in another city. I called and informed then of this and that it wasnt going to the right place and they STILL SCREWED IT UP and sent it to the wrong place Absolutely unacceptable when that is literally the job description of the company.Use any other company Im sure theyd do better.

Kathy took care of my 3x6 banner within 2 hours of me calling her. I needed the banner for a parade my mother-in-law was having for church the next morning. I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to get this done for me. It really meant a lot for her to print my banner out last minute. My mother-in-law will have the best sign at the parade. Thank you again.

Easily one of the best shipping couriers in the city. The staff are super kind and polite. They will help you out with whatever it is youre shipping or printing. The self-serve printing is also extremely useful and easy, allows B&W, color, send to email, copy from Google Drive or flash drive, the whole works. If someone is at the self-serve printing and you just need a sheet of paper printed, the staff will help you out for free. Did I mention theyre also 24/7? The atmosphere and staff here are night and day compared to the UPS Store across the street. Ill always do my shipping and printing at this FedEx. Theyve helped me so much already!

Horrible experience! No customer service at all, their machines, devices and the staff itself it’s worthless. Incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I won’t ever come back here I can’t believe I wasted one hour of my time with their useless printers and no one seemed to know how to fix the problem, one of the reps decided just to completely ignore me when I was right in front if him trying to get his attention and the other lady was trying to be nice but didn’t know what she was doing either. Find another office FedEx to go to this is not worth your time, this happened to me today but I’ve already had bad experiences here before. Not worth your time, find another location to go to.

Extremely kind and helpful! Called to ask if I could pick up a package late, turns out you can pick it up whenever you want! Had to reroute a package to this location because of size restrictions and being out of town over the thanksgiving holidays. Nick was incredibly sweet and helped me right out, told me just to have my tracking number and ID ready and it’ll be signed right on out! (He was also super encouraging about my up coming wedding and said if I needed ANY printing done to just come on down and they’ll take care of it!) Just overall a great visit, a great associate, and a perfectly easy pickup!

Unlike other fedex office location, they dont let customer borrow scotch tapes, scissors, nor stapler. How am I supposed to tape up my envelope and staple documents after print when the print serve vice doesnt provide necessary tools??

Be mindful when you place a printing order online!When I placed the order, I got an email that they could not calculate the price and that someone from the office will call me with details about the final pricing... Next day I got an email it was ready for pick up. When I showed up, they said it cost $90! I was expecting a $20-30 dollar job but I was stuck now, I ended up paying 87 dollars (including a $10 discount the lady there was kind to offer).. Never printing there again.

Miss the shipping label forms at the store where we can fill and drop off package at the stores in the drop box..Always dont have time to print a label at home and go to the drop box. The associates have to manually type in the from and to address which is very slow and causes long lines...especially not a place to be during COVID.

This place has excellent staff! This is my go to shop to print after having bad experiences at the Office Depot nearby. I enjoy how theres options for those that need help printing, and options for people like me who know their stuff and prefer to do it themselves. I was approached by a staff member who was very kind and offered me help, but I happily declined. The reassurance that help was readily available is what makes me come back, even if its a bit farther away.

I received EXCELLENT customer service from Tori today. She was knowledgeable, professional and patient, as I worked to figure out the proper address configuration for the delivery. There was also a gentleman on duty whom I observed being professional and courteous, as well. He even took the time to greet me even though I was working with Tori.

I have always had an interaction with the employees here no matter what I was working on. Have spent many hours here working everything from proposals to wedding programs. The employees here have always given the best advice and been willing to print off as many samples in as many different ways until I was completely satisfied. My favorite place to come to print or ship.

Needed to print my resume and wanted quality paper. I saw that the packaging side of the counter was busy, but the lady standing behind the printing counter didnt bother to come up to me as I was standing right in front of her counter for awhile. I had to talk loudly over to her so she could finally help me. Then she asked what color paper I wanted. I told her I didnt know because Ive never used resume paper before. She listed all the colors, however, I didnt know what they looked like. I had to ask her if I could see them. She did not like that very much. Seeing her attitude, I told her a nice, neutral color would be good. She hands me a handful and walks away. I asked how can I print it with this paper? She said you cant use the self-served computers, youll have to email it to us and we can print it. Why she didnt just tell me that in the first place, I dont know? Anyways, I go back to email them my resume. I stand at the counter for even longer waiting for the same person to help me. She didnt even budge to come over. So I had to interrupt another employee who was busy helping customers. I think it was the manager. Im thankful for the manager. But this process took longer than expected only because of the poor customer service from one employee.

They always give fantastic service. If you call and tell them what you want over the phone and send your prints through email they will process the order very quickly. I print stuff for our Corporate office at least once a week and love their customer service.

Went to this location, and had a chance to experience one of the best customer service reps in a while. Eduardo was very polite and fast. He helped me navigate the shipping process while doing it with an amazing attitude. Will be back to this location soon!

The service here is absolutely ridiculous. I walked in while there was no other customers there. I asked this lady if she could guide me on how to print a few pictures on photo paper. She told me to go to the table and figure it out. Disappointed, but also in a rush - I went to the both in hopes of trying to figure it out myself. Printed 5 pages, from which only 2 for printed and then the system went into a weird frozen mode. The two pictures that were printed werent sized correctly so they were useless...and the fact that I had to enter my credit card details before I placed the order. I got charged $35 for 2 pictures out of the 5 but in correctly. I went back to the front desk and that lady was helping someone else - so I asked the gentleman there to help me. He came super slow - showing absolutely no urgency - did his thing sooooo slow. Started speaking to another employee regarding another order while Im standing there waiting for him in a rush. I wouldnt go there again. Go if you want to spend $35 and get nothing done! I ended up going to Office Depot, paid half the price and for it printed there. I called to get the refund because I told them Im in a hurry and they said just come back when the system is up and running so we can refund. No one answers their calls. Waste of my time and my money!

I sent a Laptop and the Recipient got a ATT U-Verse Modem and cables.While The claim process was quick, i only got the amount mentioned which was a casual number. Make sure you claim more than the value of the product. Because there is high chance they will miss the shipment.

This place has no service at all. I stood at the desk to mail 3 packages for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledge that I was there. I ended up leaving and going to another FedEx store 8 miles away. I have to give it one start in this review but you should add an option to put zero stars since that is what this store deserves. Replace the manager, youre losing money!!!

Never do INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING through fedex they don’t know no rules and regulations of customs. Made me sign papers that says”it’s a gift package” where in gift package’s value can’t be more than $100 in my home country. So they know my package is more than that. They just take your money and promise you guaranteed shipment.

Very rude staff. I just had one simple question about how much they charge for an international package. But she wont answer unless she sees my package size and weight. That was so insane. A ball park figure would be enough but she started seeing the next customer even when I was standing in the queue. I dont recommend this FedEx at all.

Went in to take a photo print on a 4X6 size and I got 4X5 prints. The photo kiosk machine charged me 78 cents plus tax 7 cents total 85 cents. The photos were obviously not useful and so I asked for a refund. The customer service representative could have been more polite but instead was arguing that I had selected 3X5 or that I made a mistake. Excuse me, but there is no option to select 3X5. Even thought he gave the refund, the FedEx system could only process the 78 cents. The Fedex system couldnt refund the tax of 7 cents. When I asked for it, the representative was again arrogant and stated its just 7 cents and that I should let it go. Even though its only 7 cents, its still my money. If its just 7 cents, why cannot a Multi Million Dollar company like Fedex pay just 7 cents. FedEx - Fix your software so that it issues refund properly.

1 to 2 Homeless people regularly sleep / nap in the computer workstation area from around midnight until 5 or 6am - they sit in the chair and lay their head & arms on the desktop.(the homeless people at night is an ongoing situation here - this location is open 24/7)Another problem is that the store has bugs/mites/pests - so they need to hire a pest control company to regularly treat the building.The restrooms definitely need more frequent cleaning too.

The clerks are nice. However, this place is rather dirty. I have had to tuck my pants in to avoid all the little biting carpet mites. I used to go and do some work on their workstations, but not anymore. The stench from body odor is just too much. There is that one lady that is always there most nights. Smells like rotting flesh or something awful. This store needs to give people free shower vouchers. It is not a bad idea to get pest control to come in once in a while.

This may be worst fedex service i ever recieved. I am fedex employee, i came in with my ID and gave the my employee id and the prrson working there didn’t even ask if i am employee or not. She was like ‘you are not the fedex employee and you wont get the discount’. That was kind of humiliating as well, she didnt even give me chance to explain and verify myself until i did not argue.

I love this FedEx center! Kathy is my go-to when I visit! Im so happy KEN doesnt work at this FedEx anymore. He is so rude! Everyone avoid the Southlake town square FedEx. I think they put him there because he is super lazy. He helped everyone BUT me when I was there and I was shopping 15 boxes OVERNIGHT FIRST DELIVERY which you would think he would be happy because we were spending so much. Ken likes dealing with envelopes, they are much easier, so if you have a envelope at the Southlake location youll maayyybbee get help.

I requested a package cancellation in less than 24 hours they said my package should be returned to me and now my package got delivered and they didn’t care that I’ve called a lot and they always tells me it’s been canceled and now they said there’s nothing they can do about it.

Everytime I visit this place, I end up wasting half an hour to 1 hour for none of these ppl here have any clue about what they are really doing here!! - even if it is sending on simple mail to a given address! I wish I could learn to operate their systems.. Saves so much of time, given this is the only 24 hr open fedex.
