Tammy S. was charmingly helpful.She was quick and intelligent about helping out multiple people in line at the same time, this minimizing wait time and efficiently following company standards.She went above and beyond in explaining policies, and was patient throughout the transaction.It felt like a genuine person helping us, as opposed to a robotic associate, and that makes all the difference.Thank you Tammy!

The first thing I want you to know is that I am a FedEx Ground employee and I sent two packages at the FedEx Ship Center location using the employee discount for the first time. It was very quiet when I entered the office. There were only two customers, but no FedEx employee, which showed up after a few minutes. It took almost 10-15 minutes before we got help, despite the fact that it wasnt busy, but it didnt matter to me because I understand that employee might be on another task inside. I was helped out by an older African woman. Looking at her I had a sense that she is not fast and doesnt have a good attitude, but who am I to judge? In an effort to make it easier for her to type, I wrote all the shipping and recipient information on a piece of paper that I handed to her. However, considering that she took almost 25 minutes to input that information, I wasnt too concerned. As she was placing a label, I noticed the recipient’s name and phone number were both incorrect and different from what I wrote, so I told her. As opposed to thanking me for pointing out her mistakes, she had an attitude, telling me that as long as we had a zip code, everything would be fine. She shocked me with her response, and I began to wonder how the hell she got hired and who hired her? Since I didnt want to cause a scene, I thanked her and left. I was looking forward to writing a review regarding her customer service skills for that particular location. Finally, I request the location manager to train her properly or she needs to find another job, if not she will ruin FedExs reputation soon or later.

Over charged me for small package. I questioned him about the price and he said that was the cheapest... 26.00 to send a small envelope, when it’s normally 9.50. I knew something wasn’t right so I checked the website he charged me the retail rate and not the one rate. Watch out for this guy apparently he’s trying to get a bonus or something. Older white male with glasses kinda skinny and tall.

Terrible! The customer service member was very good, but FedEx gets a fail. The package was out on the wrong route. When I called to check on it customer service has no access to the actual computer record to check or update the address. It was nearly impossible to speak to a person. Long story short, my package that was to arrive two days before the birthday will now arrive two days after the birthday. Go Prime or USPS.

We tried to ship a package here for my fathers birthday, but they put the wrong label on it and gave us the wrong receipt. So, we couldn’t track our package, or get a refund. It was a total nightmare.

Do not use this place!! I have had 2 packages stolen in one month and they forged a signature for the package I was supposed to receive and not even my signature! I have video evidence of this driver stealing 2 packages of mine and not delivering them. I told them and they continue to let this driver off and cover it up. Just disgusting!!

Worst worst experience ever I was shipping cold items internationally and the guy who works in this place recommended to put 8lb of dry ice, I paid close to $500 for a very small box of medicine, they sent the box next day to me said it was restricted because of the dry ice and when I asked for the refund or credit which I spoke almost with 8 people in billing department each one gave different answer .now they ened up to reject my refund . Dont waste your money go ups or Amazon

Worst service in 25 year of using FedEx. Fist time to ask for small piece of type for a box and he want me to pay for the tape! Incredible and hard to believe you would charge for a small piece of tape to a clients with an account and 25 year of history and tens of thousands in business!I recommend FedEx to monitor this... or reconsider they new policy!

This place is tricky to get to, it being off of an access road near the airport. Unfortunate experience. When I arrived to pick up a package, there was no one in the lobby to talk to and no bell or anything to page an employee. There at least needs to be a bell or way to get ahold of SOMEONE in this place. Eventually a lady who was visibly frustrated with something talked at me with absolutely zero eye contact and asked for an ID and my tracking #. She then wrote some stuff down on a paper without saying anything, left and returning asked for a signature without looking at me, getting frustrated when I asked if it was me she was talking to. Service with a frown, and pretty sarcastic at a Mexican gentleman who had limited English skills but still needed his package.

I went their to pick up the package that was supposed to be delivered because I wanted to get it early. I called a day before on the 1800 number so they can hold the package, the guy said he did, but when I get there the customer representative said she didn’t see a hold and it being transferred to a truck, she half to run and make a long walk to get my package before it left the store. She was awesome , but they on the phone didn’t do the work.

Worst experience. Online agent asked me to pickup from this location but, the package was still lying inside the can for 24 hrs. They were not willing to get me the package, instead asked me to come next day. The next day, the experience was worse than before, their servers were down and the lady doesnt have any courtesy to answer with patience. USPS or UPS are better truly. Fedex service was bad. It was a 2 day delivery but, Fedex couldnt do it even within city.

Spent extra money to get overnight shipping for some school stuff and my package didnt arrive until a WEEK later. I was ok with it cause atleast I got my package and I called to ask for a refund for the extra money I paid to overnight it and they flat out said no. They kept telling me they only received the package a day before but I have multiple confirmation emails from them starting the day after I ordered saying they had recieved it and my package would be there the next day. I got these emails for 6 DAYS! But they tell me they never received it. I usually dont trip over these thinkgs but the shipping was expensive for the overnight and I feel 6 days is NOT overnight. Just Trash.

This is not meant for pick up or drop off, despite being told to come to it to grab a package. This is warehouse. While picking up, I had to wait over an hour before receiving my package and was not informed of what to do for the first 20 minutes of the wait.

On 9/15/2015, Shortly after arriving to deliver my package, the female driver stated she could not leave my package with my neighbors the day before when she came to deliver it because they refused to keep it. She began to question me why and admonished me for not getting along with them. This FedEx employee is paid to deliver packages to customers. It was not her place to meddle in the customers personal affairs. Moreover, the package required a signature. She had no business in trying to leave the package with my neighbors when it required my signature.

This is a horrible FedEx service provided by this location. I have a package picked up with Air Bill, They picked up the package, now they dont know where the package is. I have a case id created and no information for hours from this location. Truly horrible service by FEDEX.
