Waited an hour over my appointment time to get my covid test via drive-thru. Was told I would receive results in 24-48 hours, and that did not happen. I tried calling 3 times. I was hung up on all 3 times after 30 minutes. Haven’t spoken to a single human being, and the automated messages and music have even stopped playing. I am a former CVS pharmacy employee, and this is unacceptable and pretty disappointing. I know workers are being over worked, but this is just sad.

Chris, forgive me if I got your name wrong. The young man who helped find me the right cane. Simple and plain not flashing witch was the only options on the floor so I asked him for some assistance and he was a great help. He went to the back and came back to give me a small selection and had exactly what I was looking for. I was on my way to the check out and he went back to find a similar one but had a better grip and better for my usage because I place a lot of pressure for comfort. You were the man today!

Waited on hold for pharmacy over 30 min a few times just for them to hang up. Never again using this store. When it was time for my Covid test appointment, I get to the window just for them to say they ran out of tests. No one let me know before hand and they “come back later.” They couldn’t give me a specific time nor call me to let me know when they had them. I have a trip out of the country in a few days so I scheduled it for a reason.

If I could give zero stars I would. This store has time and time again given me bad experiences. The manager seems like he makes up rules as he goes along. He is horribly rude. I called customer service the first upsetting experience I had and they took the complaint to no avail. I never received a call back. If you go in and the manager is there I would definitely leave.

Horrible, rude employees. Do not go here. I went in and asked to get a passport photo. There was a male employee that didnt even look at me and said we dont offer that as he walked away from me. I said the other store sent me here specifically and he just cut me off and said the same thing. Then walked away and ignored me.

This is a CVS y Mas. You can find limited amount of items you would get at a normal CVS with Hispanic goods at discount price. The store needs to be organized better and restock more often. During my visit, Max has been very helpful trying, while the other cashier Matthew has been very rude and disrespectful. Matthew pretended that he could not hear a customer and was very rude when talking to customer by reversing what they have said, and did not know how to do his job.I know CVS has bad customer service reputation, but this is not an excuse for anyone to be rude like Matthew did- I genuinely feel bad for those that has to see him at the store. He should be replaced. When a customer is not happy with the attitude with Matthew, and asked why he gave them attitude, he does not ask that back to the customer; when a customer asks him not to talk to them like that, he does not say that back to the customer. It is very rude and disrespectful to mock/mimic customers. He needs to find a different job where he does not talk to people.

I get my medication and my sons every month there and I know they keep track of who gets what on a monthly basis so I don’t understand why you have to order something that you know we take and very important to our health and well-being.They need to have more compassion if you’re going to work with patients .

I live a minute from this CVS and use it all the time. Unfortunately, from my 5 year experience at this location, it has been the worst as far as pharmacy. For some reason, what should take 5 minutes to pick up my prescription, it takes an average of 45 minutes. If you go through the drive thru, make sure you bring games, puzzles or have your Netflix ready because you will be need it. Todays experience was way too long, therefore, Im reviewing. Next time Im switching to Walgreens

Great place for the quick pick me up needs. Basic grocery- milk, bread, etc. Tons of fantastic beauty supplies, makeup, and other personal care too. Everyone who works there is super sweet and does their best to give personal service to all their customers. Keep up the great work, everyone!!

I’ve had nothing but issue after issue with picking up my medicine here and i will definitely be finding a different location with more staff with better customer service! The most terrible customer service experience I’ve ever had. I needed an RX for my 18 month old who has been battling several infections. My usual pharmacy was out of a prescription I needed so they transferred it. They ended up transferring it to the wrong CVS. When I went to pick up the RX, because they were about to close and my pharmacist told me to hurry, it was a terrible experience. First, the pharmacy technician couldn’t get my daughter’s birthday correct. I kept telling her the month, day, and year as 2016. She kept putting in 1960...why? I said it was for my daughter who I was holding, clearly a baby, and I said 2016...several times.Then when she finally saw me in the system, she said that it was sent to the wrong CVs.She said that they were about to close so I needed to send it somewhere else.I get it, you’re tired and need to go home, but seriously? It would take maybe 5 minutes for me to call and get it transferred and then maybe 10 more minutes for you to fill it. They still had a good 15-20 minutes until they closed.

We went through drive through to fill the prescription and the insurance denied it. So the lady who was working with us told us too come in so she could help us with a app called good rx... So the prescription came out to be 42 dollars and some change. So with the discount it was 25 dollars and some change. The lady came back and said you don’t owe anything it’s paid for you have a zero balance! My husband and I was like huh... But long story short these Ladies Rock we really really Appreciate you guys. Thank y’all so much. ❤️

All the healthy milkshakes and snacks that have the discount It is ridiculous at Walmart I can find the same thing at half the price instead ended up paying more than half the extra with the discount.I would love to know who is responsible for putting the prices they have promoted as a discount. It is a fraud. Prices change its ridiculous what they do. If you are going to buy here be sure to look at the product somewhere else before, I assure you that you will realize the fraud y they have here

Go across the street and save your breath. Dont even bother with CVS. Their customer service consists of hanging up on you, yelling at you, telling you your prescription is ready when it isnt. Very short staffed. Minimum wait of 30-45 minutes for flu shots even at 3pm on weekdays. Why not hire more staff or employees? Later on the same day took spouse and kids for the shots at around 6:30 pm. Folks didnt even attended us at the counter for 15 minutes. Later when i asked them to at least tell us what is going to happen? Indian lady at the counter stated we are terribly busy, please come during 8pm to 9pm on some other day. It seems either this CVS is very short staffed or they have high margins in prescriptions(and may be very low margins for shots). Wife simply decided to take the shot from some where else. After 3 days went once again and this time at 7:55 pm. Another Indian lady first stated - we are very much busy...well there was no other customer for the shots. Then another Chinese lady stated that we dont give shots to kids who are less than 15 years of age. What??I simply told them - werent you aware of this fact and told us 3 days back when you saw my kids? This is the 2nd time kids are coming for shots and now you are telling me some other reason. Then another Indian lady at the counter stated that i can go to some CVS minute clinic. She doesnt have the courtesy to even tell us where the minute clinic is? Avoid this CVS location. Its in between North and South Irving and it seems they have no concept called customer care or customer service. They are always looking for excuses not to do some work which is not high margin profit. CVS only cares about money and profit, patient care is the last. Hiring these kind of staff who has no empathy towards the customers/patients is terrible. One saves money to go to CVS location for shots as doctors appointment is not needed. I have Aetna insurance and Aetna got acquired by CVS. So Aetna has made this rule in our insurance that we can get free flu shots from any of the CVS. Rather than promoting CVS stores-its better to promote stores which really want to serve public. Its high time that such big organizations will be broken down into smaller entities and main street shops emerge once again. Avoid this location - they have some serious attitude problem. Pharmacists are still paid very decent salary. High time AI and Robots take the jobs of these kind of careless and unsympathetic pharmacists who are simply refusing to work with n number of reasons. Two times - my kids were denied shots here. Once for my wife. I was the only one who could get the flu shots. That makes their overall efficiency and satisfaction score to just 1/6 or 16.7%

The pharmacy staff is nice, but they dont have enough people, and due to being overworked, they dont pay attention. I waited 20 minutes just to be noticed, only to have the staff attend to someone who just pulled up in the drive thru. Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere, too disappointed in how understaffed they are.

If it were possible to give this DEN of thieves NEGATIVE ratings, I would. This store RIPPED ME OFF $10. Took $10 off my card but wouldnt sell me my merchandise. So now I am out my $10 AND the merchandise I paid for.How do these THIEVES live with themselves? Bad enough their stuff in overpriced. The managers are RUDE, and apparently are so hard up for cash, they had to take my last $10, NOT allow me to have my merchandise, so now I am out both cash and merchandise.No refund. No work around. Told me I have to wait FIVE to TEN business days for my BANK to refund my card. One of the worst customer experience i had in my life. i wish there was a 0 star. Store supervisor, Paul Anderson and Front deck Clerk, Morgan dont understand what customer service is. they dont know to handle peak hours, they dont know how to talk to a customer, forget about being polite to a customer who pays their monthly salary, they were so rude to say get out and show hand gestures. No idea who made that kid (Paul) a supervisor he is just useless and immature. Not just this CVS, i am not buying from any CVS from now on.Management: If you want more business, fire these kind of employees who dont treat customers with respect. I had to move my prescriptions from Kroger, only because I have CVS/Caremark. They were refusing to cover meds. So I search for a CVS. None had good ratings, this location was convenient. If I had the money, I would pay cash and avoid this place all together. Never in my life have I dealt with or heard of a place so inept. But, according to them; they dont make mistakes. It is ALWAYS somebody elses fault. The Dr, because they did NOT send the script, or sent brand name instead of generic; or the Ins because we all know THEY dont know what they are doing. They absolutely REFUSE to admit when they screw up. And God knows they do. A transfer from Kroger (miss you!) with a year of refills. Guess what? No refills!! They refill medications that you have NOT requested. If you have been blessed to have good service, you are fortunate. For me mail order cannot get here fast enough.

I bought a medication from the pharmacy area and it was expired. Check your expiration dates before leaving this store because some medications if taken after date will make you very sick. The next time I went into the store for a hair product they had it stocked improperly and refused to give me the shelf price where they had many more stocked. It was $10 cheaper than it should have been but it is not my fault that your employees dont pay attention to where they stock items so I should have gotten it at that price and then it should have been corrected.

The pharmacist in the counter, doesnt know anything about medicine they sell and the costumer service was awful. Unprofessional people, and the checkout guy was rude and looked at me as i was some damn thief. And also Just so you know buddy, I am not intrested in stealing your stuffs. Cvs in irving is near to my aparment and I go to this store for any medicine and other product. But I was shocked this time when I bought one spray and told my friend about it. He told me this product is $13 less in walmart. I was going this store for than a year and until now how much money have I paid more. This is really not good to be done in such kind of store. I have been a customer for almost a year and eveytime I go there and Deal with that fat guy in purple shirt who is the supervisor or whatever, its a disaster! Everytime I ask him about some item he ignores untill i ask him like 5 times. Today, was the worst experience ever! I went for talking a PP size photo and that guy made me wait for like 15-20 mins. He was taking customers that came after me. When i went and asked him if could check me out, he was halla rude and told me i had to wait as if I was there to get stuff for free.I like shopping here because it is near to ppace where i leave but after today i never going back there! I dont know how many customers younhave been loosing because of these kind of uneven treatment.
