Worst CVS pharmacy ever. Would be zero rating if this was allowed. Always try to give benefits of the doubt but note that the previous reviews speak for themselves. It took them nearly a day to fill in a small prescription for my 3 year old son that had severe allergic reaction to bug bites. Whenever you call they never reply. Had to personally go over there and wait for them to fill in the prescription. Those people working there are also very unfriendly.Definitely do NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Had 2 amazing people today’s t this CVS who helped me! The guy at the minute clinic counter with the golden eyes was very patient with me and even helped me check in when my son was being a toot. Then the minute clinic doctor was amazing!!! Treated my son and I like family!

Rude, inconsiderate, terrible. Unbelievably long wait times. The staff is rude and acts like you dont deserve to be there.My girlfriend and I sat here for 45 minutes....past our scheduled flu shot time....and still didnt get called on. TREMENDOUS waste of our time.We saw a huge line, and each person trying to get their script filled was told it wasnt ready.

Came for a covid test they did not tell where the testing area was. I was told to sign in on the machine the machine did not work nobody inside knew where covid test was had to call customer service and get transferred to 3 different people only to get transferred to the location I was literally standing in. Finally told its in a tiny booth behind the store walk in and the lady wont even turn to face me or let me speak she just says youre late Im not testing you please leave. I dont know whos over this location but they need to start making sure all employees are aware of simple things around the store.

This place is a god send when you need something late at night and everywhere else is closed. The folks here at night were super kind and went into the back to search for an item that was not around. Very pleased with this location and will definitely visit again.

I absolutely love this store, I frequent it on late nights after work and they are always so helpful and accommodating. Customer service is perfect here, I always leave smiling. Every person who works here late night are some of the best humans I have encountered in a long time.

Not happy with pharmacy at all. If someone has been waiting in line, you can’t just walk away. If so, one of the other 4 pharmacy employees should be able to help. Get you staff better customer service training.

The pharmacy techs seem very young and unprofessional and come off as if they do not care. They never answer the phone and my prescriptions have never been ready when we arrive, whether they had been sent over 1 hr. prior, or a whole day prior. Theyre out of stock a lot of times and always try to get me to buy OTC items instead of filling our prescriptions and today offered me an ointment they had that was smaller than the one my doctor was prescribing and said they would have me pay for it and wouldnt bill insurance, since they had the same item OTC. I am NEVER having them fill a prescription for myself or my family again and will make sure to let others know how poorly theyre organized and their lack of customer service.Also, the time before this last visit. My daughters antibiotic wasnt even mixed up. They literally gave me a bottle 1/4 full of powder.....I wouldnt trust them with your families health tbh.

Came to pick up photos that were already paid for. No sign of where to walk, had came in before a line of people started showing up, and was then told to get at the end of the “correct line” for pick up.

Based on my observation when shopping, Olga was greeting non-black customers with a smile. When I came to her line, there was no smile and a unhelpful attitude. I think she needs customer service training.

Terrible customer service. Staff sitting behind the counter so they are not seen, forcing customers to use the 2 self-scanners. Wanted to buy a locked item and couldnt get a staff member to unlock the item. CVS prices do not match CVS service--I use to pay more for the convienence, what happened to the convenience. CVS has high prices and does not offer fast convenient service these days and wants me to scan my own items. No way! Negative 5 stars!

CVS pharmacy is horrible! Your DR sends in a RX and if it’s 1 day too soon they never fill it until you call in and ask. Why wouldn’t they fill it then on the day it’s due, without you having to call? Every RX that is sent to CVS is messed up one way or another! My new insurance will not let me go to Walgreens so I’m held hostage to the incompetence of this pharmacy!!! I may to to fill my rx there but I wouldn’t but a stick of gum there in the future. Horrible, 1 star is generous!

Lady that was in the pharmacy today very rude and asked her could I buy a pregnancy test from the drive thru she told me no and I explained to her that my child was in the backseat asleep and I didnt want to wake him up! Lol wow okay..I proceeded to go to walgreens drivethru and they did it with no problem. Very poor customer service CVS.

The staff is usually nowhere to be found (I think they only have one girl working usually). There is only one girl that is friendly and helpful if I can find her when she’s working. I can never buy locked items because I can never find staff to unlock them. It’s messy and disorganized plus they are usually out of everything I’m looking for. I couldn’t even get hydrogen peroxide.

Terrible pharmacy service. Doc called in a scrip at 9am, went to pick it up at 130pm and had to wait over an hour because it wasnt ready. They didnt appear to be that busy and told me if I didnt want to wait I could come back. How hard is it to put some pills in a bottle?

I was in CVS today to do an exchange and purchase more items. Jessica was the cashier on duty. She was very rude . Jessica didn’t want to do the return and I tried to explain to her that I wanted to do a even exchange. Jessica preceded to talk loudly to another customer about my exchange. Turns out the lady was also an employee who was not working. She told Jessica to just put it on a gift card or call for a manager. There were six other customers in line who heard the whole humiliating conversation. I asked her were I could find that item to exchange and Jessica’s reply was I Don’t Know. She gave me my card and said next in line. She has horrible customer service skills and definitely needs retraining. When I was ready to check out I used there self check kiosk because she wasn’t worth my time.

The review is for those supposedly administering the COVID area in the Minute Clinic. Makes sense why this place has such low rating. Very disorganized, rude and unprofessional. A total waste of time. When you get to your appointment you get a run around from inside to outside and then turned away with no reasonable explanation. Hate brews here.

I arrived at 6:51 for my 645 appointment. I was sent around the building, to the drive-through, drive-through told me to go back to where I was parked in the first place. I’m livid because I waited for an hour past my appointment time to be told the clinic is closed, it wasn’t even 7:30 yet!!! I have to work tomorrow but now I can’t so CVS is taking money out of MY pocket. God forbid you guys do your job so I can do mine. I will never again be a customer at CVS as long as I live.Also, if you have an iPhone, scheduling your appointment will be like jumping through hoops of fire.

This pharmacy was great for years. For last few months there is always a problem. These are basic non-controlled prescriptions I’ve taken for years. I’ve been holding twenty five minutes so far as usual. Terribly understaffed and my prescriptions are almost never ready when they are supposed to be.

The pharmacist Danny is the absolute best. His customer service can’t be beat. He really gets to know his customers and shows concern for their well being. The only reason I go to this CVS is because of how well he takes care of our family.

Dont even deserve a star.Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and after being called into the clinic the nurse/doctor was nothing but annoyed and rude. Didnt even ask what was bothering me just got straight into the payment system. Once I told her my insurance she shot me down telling me she couldnt do anything without my insurance card. Im under my parents insurance so I had to call my mom. Once I did that the nurse/doctor did nothing to help, didnt even look at me. Could tell that this lady would not help me so I left. A total waste of time and you will not get the decency you deserve as a human being if you go here.

Cancelled minute clinic appointment couple of times at the last minute in two days back to back. if you cannot service , why do you allow take appointment in first place. You are wasting our time and delaying patient treatment somewhere else, I don’t recommend.

Had to use the ATM for a MoneyGram transaction. The ATM declared a $3 fee per withdrawal, and with low withdrawal fees I had to withdraw twice, costing $6 in fees. The next day I checked and it took an additional $2.5 per transaction which was NOT DISCLOSED at the ATM.

Pharmacy needs to step up their game when telling a parent that the medication will be ready same day and then they never text or call you so by 9:55 pm - we drive back through the drive thru and the woman says they have been too busy and it’s not ready ! The medication is needed in order for the patient to function properly! I’m upset at CVS on Walnut hill and beltline as they know we routinely go there for this medication and they didn’t order it ! What a selfish way to work or untrained staff that slacked off and didn’t do the inventory on time !

Went in to the Minute Clinic for my sick husband. The store was dirty, carpet was old and overdue for vacuuming. It smelled slightly of mold, too--not the kind of condition you want to find at a place where you go to get healthy. We were called in for our appointment 20 minutes late. I know that can depend on other patients showing up on time, but it was still frustrating. I was about to walk in to the appointment with my husband, and the doctor brushed me off and said I couldnt go in because I wasnt sick. Didnt ask if I was the wife, didnt graciously explain any reasoning to it, just shut the door on me before I could get a word in edgewise. If she had taken the time to ask who I was and say something like, Im so sorry, Im not allowed to let anyone but the patient in because ______, I wouldnt have a problem. Instead, it was handled without compassion or understanding, leaving a concerned wife unable to be present for an important appointment. We will not be back unless absolutely necessary.

I hope my review will be taken in constructive way, below is my experience today:With the associate Selina: The associate said that because I did not give the Extra Bucks(EB) receipt upfront she does not want to accept the EB.I gave the EB at the end but before the payment.How ever I still appreciate the associate for going back and adding the EB after a long explanation of my ignorance and APOLOGIZING multiple timesHow I could have been helped better:Honestly if I knew that I have to give EB ahead, I would have done that. If I were the associate, I would not expect customer to know CVS preferred way of doing things but would have POLITELY/FRIENDLY taught the customer to give the EB upfront for the next time even if it is not honored this time (I just expect some respect)I just expect Customer friendly Environment and not intimidating the customer in front of all. I usually dont experience this with others like Walgreens, walmart etc.,

Several visits to the pharmacy counter with bad service. Stand there 5 minutes with no assistance with several pharmacy personnel making no effort to help. Then a drive thru customer pulls up and they run to the window leaving you waiting MORE even though you were there before the drive through customer. Poorly managed.

Probably the first & only CVS I will be giving a one star. Poor communication with each other & customers. Came in Oct 14 2019 well before 1:30pm for a pet prescription, basically human antibiotics & steroids, I had RX coupons they said it will come out to $130(ish). Where as the vet total would be just about $500. They were having trouble finding the vet said itll be about 30 minutes I thought okay cool tipical waiting time. I picked up my dog went home waited HOURS I finally called back at 8:00pm they said the medicine has BEEN READY. I get there to pick them up, new shift, and they tell me its basically $800!? I tell them the quoted price and she asked if I had coupons I told her I had given them to the lady that helped me in the afternoon with the prescription papers and well coupons are apparently no where to be found. The only reason I picked this place was because its closer to my pets vet. I guess this is my reminder to only go to my usual CVs pharmacys.

Worst cvs ever. I called to check if they take passport pictures. A lady answered at 1 pm and said they do but the camera is being charged and suggested me to come after 3 pm. I went there at 3:30 and the store clerk said I don’t know who said you to come after 3, but the camera is still charging. Wow, this is how you do to your customers CVS? What type of camera you have that takes more than 3 hours to charge? You waisted my time that I saved from my lunch break. I am never ever gonna go to CVS again.

Went 4 times to pick up script and it was never ready. Tried to transfer prescription and new pharmacy was told the script was invalidated. CVS couldnt give a reason why. Worst pharmacy if you need medicine.
