Simply put, the owner is an awful person. Would not recommend this business. Owner is irate and irresponsible, and not good with people - take your business elsewhere.

At the last minute we decided to get a banner for my sons graduation party. Rocket Banner was fast, efficient and easy to use. The banner looked great and delivery was early! I will definitely use them the next time I need a banner.

Try them at your own risk. This company did some banners for us and DID NOT do a quality job at all, you could not see any of the logo unless you walked up really close on the banner. I didnt want a refund because I wanted the banners I just wanted them to do them the way we sent them but they DID NOT do anything to fix the problem. I am going to make sure that before ANYONE tries this company out they know what they are getting. The service was very poor he had NO consideration for the customer and if THEY make a mistake the mistake will be on that client. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and if you do, do it at your own risk.
