The fraudulent company!Most business owner dont have the comprehensive understanding of signage structure and this fraudulent company will take advantage of their innocence.I am adding example below to give you some idea about signage structure.Cabinet signs: the frame or external structure of a box-like sign that encloses the various functional elements of the designChannel letters: three-dimensional letters, often hollowBasically fundamental difference between channel letters and other signage types is that channel letters are dimensional. And Cloud signs which are also called shape signs, are much less expensive than channel letter signs.I been communicating with this company owner Myra and graphic designer Eric since past few months, strongly emphasizing that I am only interested in dimensional channel letter sign. To get my point across I sent all my email messages with visual.At one point we even scheduled face to face meeting and she brought channel dimensional letter to discuss our project ; But never talk about letter will be inside the box..Instead of saying they are not capable to deliver dimensional letter, she delivers boxed sign .All my prior email w visual is my strong proof and I have signature of other signage companies to shows that she is a fraud delivering wrong kind of sign to people because most people have no clue and are not familiar with sign terminology.
