Great service overall. Well knowledgeable staff, won’t make you buy extra parts you don’t need. They provide excellent vehicle and customer service. Not all places would fix German vehicles but this place definitely is knowledgeable enough to get any issues fixed!

These guys are great. Firestone wanted to replace the entire A/C compressor and other parts, all because of a clicking noise(Big No No). I went to Zam Zam, walked in without an appointment and they helped me on the spot. They found out exactly the part that needed to be replaced, had the part delivered to the shop within MINUTES and I was out of there in less than 1 hour. Efficiency, quickness and perfect customer service. I would give them 6 stars.

I went to go get an oil change done and they drained my transmission oil and did not inform until after 2 hours of sitting there I went inside the garage to ask the guy. Very unprofessional 10 out of 10 do not recommend. If I didn’t ask it would’ve just been covered up saying oops it took so long

Car stalled out at a red light in Dallas. The owner was kind enough to loan his jumpbox to a total stranger who doesnt even live in TX. After getting the car started he was able to order us a special battery and install it for us. Would recommend this business to anyone in the Dallas area over by the airport.

If youve been wanting to find a mechanic you could depend on without breaking your wallet, look no further. Honda was charging me over $1100 to replace my damaged radiator and AC condenser. Zam zam charged me less than half of that. The owner was able to get the parts and make the repairs the same day I called. I was super satisfied with the service.To top it off, I asked him if he felt my transmission fluid needed replacement. He looked at it and said nah it has time, the color of the oil looks good. This was right after Honda recommended that I change it during my visit. Dealerships want your dollar bills above everything else. Glad to have finally found someone whos the exact opposite and who cares about the people they serve. Look forward to coming back for my regular service checks.
