My truck looks good as new! Dropped my truck off exactly a week ago for a very deep scratch and significant dent. Communication was present throughout the entire process, and last but not least, they took the headache of dealing with insurance agents out of the process! JDS was simply amazing from arrival to departure. I took my mothers car there for repairs after a quarter panel area impact, a tough fix. The staff up front was not only superb and friendly, but James took us through step-by-step of what was going to occur with the entire process, which was great since it was my first accident repair claim.I would commend this business on OUTSTANDING customer service and high QUALITY workmanship! Every aspect of the repair was tended too, and it truly looks brand new, if not better. From timely automated updates to the handling of insurance paperwork, it was truly hassle-free. Took my truck here for severe hail damage. All I did was drop it off and gave them the claim number they did it all. The easiest repair shop I have ever worked with. Got the truck back looking really nice and clean. They did a great job and kept me informed at all times. They sent text letting me know it was still on track with the due date. very pleased. The ladies up front are real nice and professional. 100% recommend this shop for anything

After a somewhat minor accident, Geico recommended this shop to perform the necessary repairs. Upon receipt of vehicle after JDS had it about 3 weeks, passenger door will not open from the inside, emergency braking system that should only engage when on ice kicks on at any hard stop, windshield is still cracked, passenger window has strange scratchy streak marks, and headliner is still covered in soda stains from accident. Only positive thing I can say is that the body work looks nice, though my vehicle which was in perfect condition prior to the minor accident is no longer reliable or even functional.

Recently took my car there to get a fender bender fixed, appointments are maybe a month out but once its in they get it fixed very fast. With everything said and done and fixed, it took about 1.5 weeks compared to Toyota collision which took 6 weeks. They have text updates on repairs and very easy process. Would definitely come again for any kind of scratch or dent.

I was kept up to date on the progress the entire time and the job was finished on time from the first estimate. You can’t even tell anything ever happened, it looks brand new again.

A catalytic converter was stolen off my vehicle. The insurance company recommended this place. They held my vehicle for four months due to a backorder of a part that wasnt in stock. Overall, came out of my pocket for $4,000, only for the catalytic converter to be stolen again.

It looks like Angie doesn’t like to go over the details of the repair with me when I went there to pick up my car. I know the replacement of my rear bumper cover is very easy. But I also want to know the details of the pre-scan and post-scan of my car. At last I just asked for the scan reports of my car. My first name that progressive insurance company gave them was wrong, and I told Angie about it when I was leaving. But it looks like that she didn’t want to take care of it. In addition, the collision center is also a progressive approved facility. Another lady who helped my car pickup was very nice, I like her. The whole repair process was very fast. Although the bumper cover that Progressive insurance chose was totally a new one, but it didn’t fit my car completely. And also I’m not sure whether it is very secure and strong enough to protect us like my old damaged one.

Vehicle was restored to new, was completed ahead of schedule and was washed and cleaned upon pickup. Received daily updates on my vehicle and was more than satisfied with result. I highly recommend.

My insurance advise me to have my car be repaired at Jds. Jds told me that it will take 15 days for my car to be repaired and the expected date of release was July 6. Every day, I had received a text from Jds that my car was in progress and on track with the released date. Came July 6, I called JDS at noon asking what time they will release my car. Maria or whoever manning the phone said that I needed to call back at 3pm to check if my car is ready to be released. I called at 3pm, they said my car is not yet ready and to call again. I told that I was assured by Scott that my car will be released on July 6th. They said that Scott had been let go by the company and they just took over on the cars that he was working on. I told them that it’s been 15 days and we needed the car that day. That’s when they told me that they couldn’t release the car since they’re still working on it. They promised that it will be released the next day at 12 noon. The next day, I called them at 11am asking for my car. Lindsay said that the production manager will call me since he was on the phone on the other line. At 11:30am, I called again asking for an update. Lindsay said that the production manager will call me and he’s still on the other line talking to someone else. Lindsay left a message at 12:40pm saying that my car will be ready for pick-up at 3:30pm. I called her back and verified the time of the release of my car. Lindsay said that it will be ready by 3:30pm at per production manager. My husband was at Jds by 3:20pm. Our car was released at 5pm on July 7th. I felt that they’re very inconsiderate and unprofessional. They couldn’t even finish our car on the time that they said that they could. And we never received any apology from them. They keep on pointing the blame that it was Scott’s fault. If I only knew that it will take this long for them to have my car fixed, I would have gone elsewhere. I’m not satisfied with their service.

First, they said my car was going to be ready in 1 week and the day I supposed to pick it up I CALLED them to confirm and they added 2 more weeks. Then, when I CALLED THEM again after 2 weeks to confirm if I could pick it up on Monday 9th they said it was not ready. Today, after CALLING THEM once again they gave me a new date (August 11th). Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Now Im nervous about the repair, this is really frustrating.

One word, WOW. From the initial drop off to pick up, solid Communication and transparency. Thank you JDS for making this headache of repairs so incredibly smooth! Would HIGHLY recommend using JDS again in the future!

They’re very fast but left some paint tips that I didn’t have, would expect better quality. People are very nice though.-Updates: It was frustrating that it took time to complete all of details, brought my car back to this place several times. However, they’re always very nice and tried to fix it as quickly as possible. Always cleaned up my car. So I’d appreciate it and would rate 3.5 stars.

From the front office staff to the team that has worked on a couple of our vehicles we have been more than pleased. We have even taken my Mothers car for repair and she was overjoyed at the work that was done. Very professional, reasonable prices and timely. I also should mention that our vehicles were vacuumed and washed when we picked them up. Great service!!

I flew in to buy a used car from a nearby dealership. There was paint damage that wasnt visible online and it was crucial that I get a professional opinion on what it would cost to repair before deciding whether to buy the car or buy a plane ticket back to Seattle.Scott was extremely generous to offer his time and professional opinion. Even though he knew I was from out of town and wouldnt be getting the work done in Texas, he wrote up two different estimates and sympathized for the predicament I was in. I emailed JDS with a list of parts and prices from a friend who works as an adjuster for an insurance company, searching for an estimate on parts/labor costs to aid me in choosing a body shop for a 3-4k repair.The president of the company, David Shirley, got back to me fairly quickly and in his second sentence, accused me of attempting to commit insurance fraud. He then delivered a very condescending lecture on how one should not expect to match the price of insurance quotes, and another on how there may be additional damage to the car.I had already had the car inspected, but had not yet asked about the additional repairs. Instead of asking me further questions about the situation, the president jumped directly to accusations of fraud, and condescension.If this is how the people near the top level of your company behave, you need to do better.

Like most people, going to the mechanic falls in the same category as going to the dentist- you don’t want to go, but you have to.That being said, I’m so incredibly happy to have found this repair shop- they were quick and consistent with the quote, honest about the required vs. cosmetic work, and most of all, very timely with everything.100% would recommend and will be back here in the future should any other problems arise.

My partner contacted this business on my behalf to request an estimate for repairs. I have an estimate from Geico and am paying out of pocket for the repairs.The person who responded to the inquiry was ridiculously unprofessional, rude, and accused him of engaging in insurance fraud.This is wildly unprofessional and I honestly dont know how the reviews for the place are so good if this is how they treat potential clients. I have used JDS on two separate occasions. They were first recommended to me by my insurance carrier (Progressive) and did a great job on the repair, they were timely, and very professional. A year later when my new car was hit, I requested to use them again. They continue to provide the same excellent quality. The staff is very friendly, the repairs look great, and its very stress free. They helped to coordinate the drop-off and pick-up of my rental car, texted updates of the repair status, and did a really nice job detailing my car when I picked it up. My wife brought my car to them to get the estimate since the car was involved in a accident.They didn’t even look at the car properly and said they email it to us, they never did. Even we called them two days later and they said they gonna send but didn’t.Worst customer service!

Happened upon this shop by chance with my auto insurance using them. By far the best vehicle experience I have ever had at a mechanic, auto body, dealership, etc. I had a lot of questions over 5 weeks to the shop manager Scott and was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail in answering my questions, getting back to me timely, and working with me on every aspect of my repair. I was also in contact with the shop owner who was phenomenal and assisted me with an ancillary detail on my vehicle which I was extremely grateful for. I was very impressed with the service I received! Not only was my cars rear bumper repaired quickly and ready before the estimated date, but it was washed, tires were shined, the interior was tidied up and vacuumed too! The way they work with Geico and Enterprise made the entire experience of getting my car repaired a breeze when I was anticipating a lot more legwork on my end. They kept me in the loop through text message updates and had a portal to see all of the costs broken down into parts, labor, etc. and I was able to see the status of my cars progress. The work the team did was fantastic, and should I ever need their services again, Im definitely going to them again.

My dad has a 1987 and after backing into a pole he had a loose bumper. The team here did a great job of making it look just like it did before while being incredibly affordable. The customer service representative communicated well during the process and we were very happy with the results.

JDS was pretty easy to set up everything. From repairs to rental. Pretty pricey but i dont care insurance paid. Receptionists and adjuster where very nice to work with.

I was in a collision where someone ran a red light and hit me. The other drivers insurance (Progressive) suggested JDS as one of their repair shops and I couldnt have been happier with the job they did on my Chevy Volt. Rental was completed on site and the staff was very friendly. The shop made a stressful situation more comfortable with updates as the repair happen. They finished a day earlier than originally estimated and my car looks showroom ready again, you would never know there was an accident and it drives beautifully and comes with a lifetime warranty! I hope to never be in a situation to where I would need to use them but in the case of another collision they will be my preferred choice.

I took my 2018 Equinox there after someone hit the front end and did quite a bit of damage. The people there were extremely helpful and kept me up to date on my repair. It seemed like a short time when my beautiful car was returned to me in as good shape as before the accident. JDS Collision Repair is like no other collision repair shop. Scott Villegas went over and above for me during my recent visit. I went in for a wheel alignment and found out my tire rod was bent and needed to be replaced. He also discovered another problem that needed to be repaired, which I wasnt expecting. Ive been unemployed for a while and I was concerned about cost. I asked Scott what I had to get fixed now, and what I could hold off on. He told me that the tire rod had to be fixed now but I could hold off on the other repair for now. Once the repairs were complete, Scott returned my car to me and told me that there would be no charge for replacing the tire rod and the alignment. The only thing he asked for in return is that I bring my car back to them so they can repair the last bit of damage. He told me he understood I was in a difficult financial situation and that the most important thing to him was that my car was repaired and safe to drive. I can honestly say that this is the first time Ive had an experience like this with an auto repair shop, or any other repair shop for that matter. I will never even consider taking my car anywhere else and to say I highly recommend JDS Collision Repair is an understatement. Thank you so much, Scott, for all you did for me. I am truly grateful!

Felt like I made the right choice to take my car when I walked into JDS. All the staff members were friendly and updated me on the repairs of my car! I was very happy to pick up my car cause I had missed it so much. Everything looked great and back to normal.... until I drove my car and realized my alignment was off knowing it was okay when I first brought it in. They would have gotten five stars, but I had to dip into my own pocket afterwards to get my car alligned properly! I’ll still recommend JDS to my friends and family though 😕
