Cute products, but I had ordered a gift for pickup, was told it was ready, and went to the store 4 separate times before I was able to get it. The first 3 attempts, no one was there even though it was business hours, and there was a sign on the door that said theyd Stepped Out for a Curb Side Delivery. Apparently that takes over 40 minutes each time. The fourth and final time, I walked into the store but was told to leave by the associate who said we arent open, even though they open at 11 and it was coming up on 11:10, because he hadnt set up the cash registers yet. Overall terrible service, would not recommend ordering from here.

Good service and good prices

I have ordered gifts from here prior to getting married and this place is amazing with costumed service and going above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchase and that everything is correct and timely. I highly recommend any personalized gifts from here. There is a lot of variety here to select from for many personality types.

I have gotten multiple gifts from this location. They have always been on time and Accurate, the one time that there was a small mistake they fixed it right away without making me wait for too long. The storefront leader ship is very upfront and honest as well as you guide you Well with regards to gifts. I would highly recommend this as a store for personalized gifts.

I took 2 watches for engrave, the Guy asked me where I bought this and asked for received and wanted to see it, wow.. other 10 minutes of paper work, already past 20 and he says.. it will be ready for tomorrow afternoon..ups.. I say, sorry tomorrow is the graduation day and I drive to Chicago tonigh...would you please made me favor..he even try and stood on his policy rule that he cant change.. I walk out profiled without engraved and totally disrespected, maybe because .. I am latino? Still there work ethic. I will never recomend this guy.. I was at Gold cobbler, opposite history and when I was waiting a lady walked for erase a engraved job this other cia did, but now he couldnt helped her..wow..a job they do can help her?

Personalized gift for bosss day

I had taken in 2 pendants to be engraved. Customer service was okay. However, after pickup and inspection at home, one pendant fell apart. The engraving is subpar. I do not recommend this store at all, especially for charging me $26 to get an M and an R engraved, and ruining the jewelry.
