It’s not very large but great things sometimes come in small packages.Professional, efficient, and personable. They make sure I receive my jewelry docs quickly after purchases. And even returns or jewelry adjustments are quick and easy.Great store. Audrey Hepburn would be proud.

Just great guest service while having amazing quality. You get what you pay for and the quality is up there!The service at this location is always incredible, they immediately greet with a smile as walking in to the store. Which, the staff is friendly and helpful as I had special requests in the past and they were flexible plus accommodating. I appreciate the service that they provide not only just once but ongoing service. I know the price may seem high however getting a extreme high quality plus service that will last a life time. There are not many jewelry stores I’ll go to for the simple reason of service. In addition to: shopping online is not the same with jewelry.There are two sides of the store, one of what they are known for: sterling silver. While the other is gold, rings, and etc. Although the store is divided someone will help you whatever you are looking for, I have yet to have someone refer me another area.I continue to come in for cleanings (and purchases) and the service has yet to change; it’s great!

Great service, lots of gorgeous jewelry to choose from. We found several wedding bands we liked and finally settled on one. My wife has a very small sized finger so they had to order into the store but it should only take 3-4 days.

Everything here is expensive, shockingly so. The service is great, and if you buy something they may even offer you whiskey to drink. A very classy spot and a great option for momentous gifts.

I ordered a necklace for my 30th anniversary. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed. Lina and Justin at The Fashion Mall at Keystone location found a similar necklace that I could give my wife on our anniversary. They turned a difficult situation into a great outcome. I have always had a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis, and New York City.Specifically, I have always shopped mainly at Tiffany & Co., Fashion Mall. They have an amazing staff who ensure all receive the same time and attention.Ever since Covid took over it’s been difficult for people to realize we all need to be safe, and wear our masks, wait in line and wait our turn to enter the store.Throughout the years I have acquired many wonderful pieces and always been very happy with what I purchased. I want to thank all the staff and managers and store director for always taking your time with us and your store is magnificent!

Unimpressive. Went to look for engagement ring and they told us they would stay in touch by email and find us the ring we wanted. Never heard from them again.

Purchased necklace and had engraved. Spent almost $1000. Got a call to pick it up. This was a bereavement gift so I needed to get to FedEx with a special card same day. I get to Tiffany and there are several people in line. I asked if I can please just pick up what I paid for? No. I need to wait. As I watch everyone else coming out, no one bought anything. Awesome way to treat people who have ALREADY PURCHASED FROM YOU! If you had any type of management skill, you may want to service people who have already purchased, possibly bring the merchandise out to them? Instead, I was told to wait like everyone else until I asked for the manager and told him how rude it was to treat customers like that and then he took me in and told me not to get nasty with customer service because I was nasty to him. The customer service lady was so nice and ironically, she said she had not been helping anyone the entire time I was in line. That is because I was the only one in line to pick up merchandise. But management was too stupid to try to help anyone, they are more interested in making the store look busy and servicing the browsers one on one. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have always had the best customer service experience especially with Sheetal. Sheetal is phenomenal and I would recommend her to anyone! We have been working with Sheetal going on close to 3 years and have always treated us amazing.

I had a ring fixed not so long before it was completely broken.  The wing on the ring was bent so I had the company fix it for me.  After the repair, the newly fixed wing broke off on first trial.  I cant believe the poor craftsmanship.  I told the salesperson we cant believe the wing completely broken off after we had it repaired.  We told him we do not want to pay for repair again.  Of course, he did not care. Their repair shop wants to charge me again. I cant believe Tiffany wont stand by its products and continue to ask for fees while this should never happen to begin with.  I am very disappointed with the customer service and their professionalism.Update - Tiffany did end up re-repairing the ring under warranty after several emails. It appears their first response is to deny.

The customer service in this store is just amazing! Kyree helped me pick up my item I had repaired and he was beyond friendly and helpful! They are all very professional and the overall experiences Ive had in here were great! My bracelet looks great after being fixed and being cleaned and polished!

I love how they make me feel when I walk in either to purchase or to get my jewelry cleaned. Very professional and pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about them at all.

You might say you are paying more at Tiffanys but it is worth it! They offer top quality merchandise and the best customer service! It doesnt matter which location you are at either, everyone is trained to make sure your needs are met and that you walk out satisfied. I dont think I can ever shop anywhere but Tiffanys when it comes down to jewelry.

I purchased an expensive ring less than a month ago and it started to tarnish and discolour when I have barley worn it and appeared to look fake. I went to the store and the customer serious was very bad.

Great Customer Service. I had to get my necklace fixed and ring cleaned. They both look like new. I was also able find the hoop earrings that I saw online in store.

Tiffany prices, very nice pieces with diamonds at cost of 10x more than diamond price. Stopped to buy a bracelet and ring, but price was not visible upfront for ring, and I was told that gold bracelet was around $ 1, 600 with diamonds. On check out golden ring with 0.325 karat was not 325.00, but 3,250 and bracelet with 0.5 k was not 1,600 but 3,3000. So instead me spending around 2k on total of 0.825 karat of diamonds, that is expensive, if you know that pure diamond runs about 2k for 1 karat, my bill come out at little over 8k. It was 2 beautiful pieces of jewelry, but in my opinion at 5x of price. I know it was Tiffany, but it was way too much. I guess Tiffany is not for everyone and not for me

Had an unhappy repair situation that took months to resolve. Brian Plummer ended up making it right in the end, I appreciate his efforts and do plan to continue to shop with the company because of him.

Had a great experience! I went to get a pair of couple rings for my girl friend and for myself. All employees greeted me as I walked in, and I did not wait long time until Sheetal came to assist what I was looking for. It was my first time buying a ring so I had a lot of questions to ask, but she answered with great manner. Only thing I noticed was that while having a small talk, she asked me if I was going to present the ring to my girl friend in China, after I told her I was flying to meet my girl friend. I am Asian but I never said that I was from China and I was actually flying to Rhode Island to meet my girl friend. It did not bother me at all, as I know not everyone would know or even care where I am really from, so in that case I just happily correct or inform them. However I thought it would have been more of a courtesy to ask more questions before assuming my identity or not assuming anything at all. Other than that, everything was very satisfactory especially in terms of the service she provided and the product itself. After purchasing two beautiful gold rings, Sheetal texted me when the product was shipped for delivery and provided me with a tracking number, and made sure that I got those on my hands. I presented one of them to my girl friend with a surprise and she was so happy to see a ring I bought from Tiffay & Co, which I later found out that it was her most favorite jewelry brand. I thought my ring was little too loose when my fingers are cold, so I informed Sheetal that I wanted to custom resized, and went back to the store. Although resizing was complimentary, she still took care of it professionally, and helped me to get that ring resized and delivered back to me promptly within a week. I could not ask for more because I am highly satisfied with everything. One thing I am certain is that for our next rings, my girl friend and I are coming back to Tiffany & Co.
